There is something utterly stunning about this photo. She looks Grecian. I like the top, I'm not sure how it all holds together, a scarf over top? The colors are, as always in your photos, wonderful.

All about the light and her elegant pose.

Blogger Hannah said ... (5:00 PM) :

I so enjoy the dusty, slightly gritty feel of this photo. One of my recent favorites. She is truly a regal beauty.

Her ensemble keeps your eyes moving, the contrasting prints and questionable- whateveritis- a dress? layered pieces? I can't figure it out. I like it though. And the red/gold are at their best in this light.

Her chain reminds me a little of something you may find at Ether/Ore Jewelry-- bold, yet subtle..

http://www.etherorejewelry.com/

I'm also digging the blue tights... Lovely, lovely.

Blogger caribbelle said ... (5:02 PM) :

This is a perfect foil for the Jersey Street photograph - both women are still and contemplative, but two such different moods, the first edgy, this one dreamy. These contrasts and insights are the real delights of your blog. (Neither woman is simply following fashion trends; both have crafted a look distinctively their own.

Fashion is a wonderful thing, if done well or uniquely, but her style reminds me of something of the past, yet transendential of time and beyond cultures. Just like the time of day she is photographed in

very beautiful photograph and very rare to see a sunset photo from you. Love the juxtaposition of the bike and the fire hydrant against the subject.
