Hé Hé Hé so very nice look ! so great shoot too !

Is there a better way to use a sweater as a skirt? She has a clue about that ;o)
www.cardiganpumpkin.blogspot.com
LOVELYY!! she looks so gorgeous.. love everything about this shot. the way she's using her sweater as a skirt, her glasses, the boots and ofcoarse the short hair!!
great :)
xx
No one ties a sweater better than a stylish Italian.
I love her hoodie-turned-into-skirt look!
Beautiful pic!!!
Amazing look.... It's a Sweat her skirt....?

I love those shoes! Cute.
x rubyjoye.blogspot.com
The glasses are so cool.
Can a skirt be more original?
http://crisisdearmario.blogspot.com/
Is that a hooded jumper worn as a skirt? Brings a whole new meaning to the notion of "versatility"!
This is exquisite. Gamine hair, fresh face and a sweater sculpted into a skirt! The neckline adds that little bit of structure to the top. Love, love, love
I like everything but the boots. She looks like she's going on a walk and I'd recommend something made to exercise in. I do like her short hair and T shirt
it looks cute when she holds the skirt/sweater up on one side. the light in this picture is beautiful. The glasses are sweet! But the boots - well, zero points from me. The rest is very cool.
Easy, Simple, Fresh, Fabulous!!!!
improvisation at it's best
Oh wow. Love her shoes. But is that a sweater wrapped around her legs? Anyway, love the look.
great shoes!

Love her shoes. The blue and tan shades match great.
love the texture.
Found your book in an amazing store (very funny face esque) in Brera the other day. Should take a picture for you. there on the shelve below chanel and bvlgari was The Sartorialist amongst a rather extensive fashion section in the loft!
grande classe dans la simplicite
she's just very very cool!! xx meenal
ehi davidikus, are you grudging?
Grat idea! W Italian Style!

so cool and relaxed!! I love it! But my question is... is that really 100% improv from a sweater or did someone actually have that amazing idea to make a skirt that looks like a sweater? Either way, her look is great!

I love shirts turned into skirts. Have dabbled into that some myself. It isn't accepted by the general public, but I think it's very cool.

ah, it's her from the fun necklace and hat a few months ago. I like this look, very laid back and margiela-ish.
does davidikus need glasses?
Somehow reminds me of Marni. Love the placement of the sunnies.
That skirt (or sweatshirt wrapped around) is amazing!
La Petite Marmoset

theBohmerian
beautiful deconstructed skirt....and the way to put the glasses.....
love it
I thought this was an elegantly tailored skirt until I spotted the sweatshirt cuffs; even better...beautiful. Dries Van noten was using this concept back in AW 08 and I am glad to see it is still around!
cute boots!!!!
I love the lighting in this photo. She looks amazing. x catherine-oneway.blogspot.com
I love that she's subtly rouching it up a little on one side.
GENIUS. amazing!

This pseudo skirt/sweater is ingenius! Awesome
http://www.steffashion.com/
yeah guys, it s pretty much of a smart look but....I guess it works just for the picture cause we are on a 2 levels not 3dimension !
Can you immagine walking with that stuff all wrapped infront of you?
you d either or look pregnant or possibly end up half naked in the middle of the street! what fun,
Not so sure it works in real life!;)
love it! sweater/skirt is amazing and always amazing are your photographs

I know in milan it s pretty hot&humid nowadays....
suede boots anyone?! ;P
Darling! :) I love it especially when you capture people with a smile...
I've done the whole sweater as a skirt thing. But because I spilled a huge glass of water on my jeans. This looks infinitely more chic.

The glasses are my favourite part, so simple but it just adds something different
http://www.fashionhacks.blogspot.com/
I love this kind of creativity! It's the type of things dancers do, using shirts, sweaters, leg warmers in all sorts of unique ways.
Not a fan, but hey...she's doing her thing. Bravo.
great idea

This makes my Sartorialist top 10 list. It's street style, it's elegant, it doesn't scream "labels", it's fresh, it's creative, it suits the subject. I love it!
Not something I'd try, but very creative. Love the lace up booties!
The Styleseer

I like it, brilliant.
oh my GOD. This woman's style is unreal. Everything about is so original - her askew sunglasses, her hoodie tied around her waist. Honestly, so inspiring.

didn't Edie Beale give a tutorial on how to do this skirt in herv movie?
mm,,, lovely style!
It looks a little like she's half dressed. Be jolly interesting to see what she does if it gets cold.
her hairstyle is sexy
this lady looks so sartorial... love it!!!
www.sax-s.com
She SO owns this! It looks like she is wearing a sweatshirt as a skirt and it totally works. Even with the carpenter boots. Genius! Although this gorgeous woman could probably pull anything off...
Great work! Per the usual...

She's so effortlessly chic... I love her shoes!
http://leblogdecitadine.wordpress.com/
Absolutely love everything about this (except for the boots, which mar the leg line)! Am dying to know whether the cleverly tied sweatshirt is actually what she's *wearing* on the bottom -- or is it merely an improvised, hot-day trick, and she's got on "official" shorts -- or a slim, short skirt -- underneath??
love the Sweater/skirt however she should have tieded the sleeves slightly to the side as they will bounce off her left leg in an unflattering way.
Never comment, but I look at the blog twice a day!
I love this look and its because of her confidence. The proportions and lines are not the most clean or flattering, but this girl puts it together in a way that's totally nonchanlant and sexy. I would feel awkard tucking my glasses in on that high a neckline, but it seems as if she does that all the time.
Love it!
so creative, and natural at the same time!!
What a clever look. And I love the navy blue especially. Adorable!
www.greeneggsandglam.blogspot.com
love!
She pulls this off because she is absolutely gorgeous. Great shot.

she looks fantastic, i love that she can pull this off!

A good idea this sweater skirt. And tomorrow a skirt as t-shirt.YES.
Great shot. All those disparate elements work: the short hair, the glasses, the sweatshirt/skirt, the simple bracelet and of course, the cool ankle books. Personal style at its very best--originality that works.
...you know i love me some "little edie" style!

This has to be the coolest outfit I have ever seen! LOVE IT!

OMG! She's doing a little Edie!!
love it
http://www.lurybeiro.com.br/blogdalu
Great photo! Love how she knotted the sweater, very original :)
I remember her with the big chicken necklace.!! Amazing sense to play & wear clothes as her own style.
I love all these high neckline shirts in Milan. In my country (Australia) all you see is boring shirts and cleavage in the summer. I'm so over it. Long live great design and fabrics!
amazing! cute!
chic skirt.
love this look.
Looks AMAZING!!! CHIC, SPORTY, bit ROCKY.... mix it up!!
i really adore these surprising skirts.
nouveauskin.blogspot.com
Clever, almost sculptural use of the skirt. Of course it never hurts to be so beautiful. Great shot. Love it.
Amazing skirt
Cool skirt, the volume especially D;
http://fashiondoesntexist.blogspot.com/
I love how creative this is.... If I am not mistaken the dress is a sweater turned on its ass.. What a great way to give new life to every day basics, and the lumberjack booties are on point!
i think thats the cutest thing i've ever seen.
Love the sweater skirt!

Hehe, very creative idea! It looks fabulous!
WOW!!! Wonderful, I love the way she looks!
OMG,,,,I love the uniqueness of this look, it is a different spin! To use a sweater as a skirt is a true stepping stone in creating a new appeal for a garment preset for an entire different everyday use.
love her shoes! very original outfit!
Okay, kewl.
Yes!!! That's exactly what I love to see on your blog! Genuine ideas to style up your look without spending or making yourself ridiculous! Why didn't I ever think of that? 'Complimenti' to the fresh girl from Milan!
Love those boots
This is terrific!
That navy top is gorgeous, I really want one.. Anyone seen it anywhere or knows who may have made that? It's absolutely stunning!
Adorable. And clever too.
i love the photography, you get real feelings of things when on here
http://noblebrands4less.blogspot.com/
Absolutely love this look - it's very 'me'!
I love the idea of a sweat-shirt as a skirt. Fantastic photo!
love this look! she is so chic! That skirt is amazing! I wonder if it's actually a skirt or something else she created? And how she wears her sunnies on her collar - that is fantastic - or are they attached to her necklace? Would love to know this girl she looks like a lot of fun!
- simplystylishmom.com
I love that look! The... skirt? looks so cool. I can't exactly make it out.. isnt it a jumper tied around your waist? I dont know, it looks awesome though anyway. I really want to find a skirt like that. I love the shoes too. x
Gosh...I remember doing this with my grey sweatshirt in my 20's (I'm 38 now)...people either thought I was clever...or...nuts...had a pixie-do at the time, too...ah, good times. Love it.
i do this often around my brooklyn neighborhood for a quick throw-together in the morning to run errands...hhmm, perhaps i should posh it up a bit. looks fab!
it looks horrible… how is it that it's ok to wear a sweater wrapped around your waist? i look at her and i wonder, "did she sleep over some dude's house last night? Was she too hung over to figure out where her real skirt was?" No. I love quirky, but this is not that. No. No.
Ummm...May be a Margiela skirt?
