Great shot! I especially love way the the BW film noir atomsphere contrasts with the modern (mundane?) cars stuck in traffic.
That said, I really don't understand the trend of wearing your coat over your shoulders. I find it off-putting: very prissy, plus, you have these ineffectual sleeves flapping around. Just put your arms in!!!

Love the proportions in this photo. The whole thing looks very enigmatic.
However, I think the proportions would look a bit off if she took off her coat, like as if the heel were showing TOO much/as if she were wearing pants that were hemmed to wear with flats rather than heels. Thoughts, anyone?
