Me encantan las capas son muy elegantes!
Besos desde ♥ La ropa me vuelve loca!
very stylish gent with his cape, scarf, hat and pocket square no less
I was in Milan last week where I saw the most classy people, especially older people like this gentleman.I would prefer him more shaved but nevertheless he's very elegant
his mulberry scarf flair in the breast pocket completes this look for me. i love how simultaneously wild and dignified his beard, his eyes, are.

Impressive. Maybe a bit more beard trim ?? He is quite Verdi-esque....
Maestro Verdi?
Dapper

Strange...
My most favourite thing about your photographs...people of all ages. I was just saying earlier on today, men look better with age. Is that a cape!? I LOVE it.
haha stylisnsanta!
Gorgeous blend of fabric textures, including the beard.
I've been living in London for over a year now and loving it but every time I see your pictures from Milan I am reminded of the charm of my beautiful hometown...
Incredibly dashing! Love his scarf and that beard is astounding.
Why it's Dr. Andrew Weil in a hat on the streets of Milan. And I thought he spent all his time in Arizona....
The outfit is quite spectacular! The beard ... not so much.
nothing's cooler than a bearded man in a cape.

I want to have a drink with him and get into his head! He looks like he's from Central Casting.

Beautiful beard! The look is a bit over the top but I like that. I would like to see more youngsters wear double breasted jacket. I love those!

Love the cape maneuver and the rich colors in the pocket hanky and his true blue sportcoat (such fantastic felted texture--must be cashmere). He looks like a bearded Gregory Peck would have--had he lived until ten years beyond without aging another day.
I like how he put his cape back over his shoulder, like a jacket worn over the shoulders
Oh good lord!!!!! That is a gorgeous photo-- the shock of white, the intensity and obscuring of the eyes by his hat, the nose just hit by the light. It's like modern day Titian painting. Beautiful.
That´s a style lesson!

wow! look at that beard!! he keeps it tamed well

That man is a wizard! Love it.
cool! directly from the Risorgimento Italiano to the 150th Anniversary of the Italian Nation
Impressive and impressionistic!
A nineteenth-century painter?
A twentieth-century adventurer?
A XXI century dandy.
Very Chic Grandpa!.www.copperetiquette.wordpress.com
Absolutely stunning. While his outfit is immaculate, it is the man wearing it that makes it so interesting.
I think he can pull off the beard; perhaps his strong facial features prevent the beard from being overpowering.
I wish I could have a cup of coffee and a long conversation with him.
great uncontrived stylish presence..in a way almost draconian in his seriousness
Gandalf.
That is a very nice scarf.

Santa looks gr8 during his down time. I always knew he was a hipster :)
a chic elderly man! Great photo!

Sometimes too much is just right. This would be one of those times.
Just a wonderful photograph because it triggers my curiosity: I want to know his name, what his occupation is, where he's going, and where he's been.
Did he see "Mr. Arkadin" too many times?
This man is utterly dashing. I want to know his story!
Absolutely fabulous! Love his style, but his facial expression is what makes this a truly great photo. It's the perfect counterpoint to the young woman below on via Luca Beltrami.

OMG...he reminds me of Karl Marx!! he looks like he carries a lot of stories inside him...those from real life...very impressive! xx meenal
how stately!
Anastasia, ili na volshebnika ili na Tolstogo (Italinaskogo varianta)!
A modern day Giuseppe Verdi. Truly estupendo.
He looks like modern Le Comte De Monte Cristo!
Asia.
It's about time capes came back into fashion. This man wears it well!
Tres beau. He looks like a painting, such depth in his eyes...and outfit.
now this fur is harmless...
Is that the great Demis Roussos? or the evil Ogre from the 80's French Christmas film "I believe in Santa Claus"?... I wonder if anyone would recognize either of those references.
giuseppe verdi has come back to life!

This is how I want to look when I am his age.
Really like the shade of blue on his jacket.
Very Christian Berard-ish! A photograph like a painting here.
I love everything about this. So wonderful. I can't wait to be that age and to be fully realized ...
He looks incredibly authentic, with a unknowing sense of timeless style
The beard suits him like no other
His cape is cool and the beard is lovely. More of this too Scott!
Classic old man look, done brilliantly
this man is to die for... i wanna be an old lady and date him. he looks so enchanting.
He lives in my neighborhood in Milan and has always worn a cape and a hat like that. This is a wonderful portrait of a very stylish and very individual gentleman. His wife/partner is very stylish too, often in turbans and beautiful Indian fabrics. I have never spoken to him but he's always impressed me. So glad to see him here!!
Wow.... this is really amazing...
He looks like a person in the fellowship of the ring, the movie, 'The Lord of the Rings'.
He's ready to go on!?
Anyway, it looks great.
when did Dostoyevsky stop being dead?
so wonderful!!!!!
great photograph. It's Michelangelo inspired, maybe the statue of Moses, or the Sistine Chapel ceiling? subconsciously you were thinking Renaissance solidity and mass.
Well he is just fab! Is that a cape....gotta love any man that can pull off a cape!
I love the colors on this photo from the background to his actual clothes. That cape is so serious, I want one!
If this man is not a wizard, then wizards may not in fact exist.
(also the way his sleeve is folding is very painterly).

Oh Captain, My Captain!
Inspiring - Men's capes should make a comeback!
Fantastic time traveler! Jumped off the label of an old vintage port no?
Some definite Paradjanov vibes going on here

What I would do to have a beard like this incredible gentleman. So distinguished.
http://21stcenturygent.blogspot.com/
Hahaha! I think he looks like DeVincci. I hope I spelled that right.

Stylish wizard, ....teleport me lands of yore!
truly a beard to envy , glad the rest of his ensemble is just as timeless
