I only can smile by looking this man in the eyes! Great photo!!
he looks so pleasantly wise and friendly, especially with the yellow accent.
the blue the yellow, the green...this man knows color. I like his lenses as well. Very distinguished.

LOVE it! With that forest green hat and golden yellow cravat, it's like he's Thoreau. If Thoreau were happy and had wire-rimmed glasses. It's as if you caught him as he was about to step inside his cabin by Walden Pond...although most likely that's a cityscape behind him :)
Brilliant colours! I adore this man.

What a jolly fellow
Just ellegant!
I love how this shot makes me think - who is this man? what does he do for a living?
http://thefoolishaesthete.blogspot.com
You take such a WONDERFUL portrait, this mans positive energy is streaming right out of him!
Thank you!
I definitely want a hat with a big brim.
I notice that the glasses are so beautiful, me myself don't wear glasses but I almost see every people wearing plastic glasses. Maybe that's better when it falls off, but it's also less chic.
old men can wear anything and it looks cool! :) wish more of them would take advantage of crazy color: mustard and moss (and a reflection of the photog in his glasses). *loves* it!

I love the yellow scarf on him.
My Heart Blogged
His smile is the best! charming!
This picture is beautiful. Great job! Makes you want to smile right back at him :)

"I only can smile by looking this man in the eyes! Great photo!!"
Who wouldn't adore this tres chic bon vivant! Can we learn more about who this monsieur is?
I wish this man was my father.
I always love the posts, but this one simply made me grin when I saw it. It was so nice!
This picture has so much color and joy in it. I love the glasses and the yellow scarf. Very interesting style of hat too.

Modern day Teddy Roosevelt! I love it
I'm look'in for a guy like that. Did you get his email address?
Beautiful pic!
Elegant in yellow.

I just love this man's look. You've photographed him before yes? Great tilt to the hat, this is what wearing a hat is all about. You've got to "own it" or why bother?
The yellow scarf and the way he's got it knotted and tucked in is great as well. Wish I could see is entire outfit.
Love his smile and colour combinations! The sparkle of yellow between musky green (?) and deep turquoise (?)!

First of all, I love this shot! One can only hope that he is as warm and as happy as his colors. Second to respond to the prior post-I love the use of the word curvy. I'm a small framed woman, 5'4" 125 pounds but with hips and calves that make finding stylish clothes or representative models difficult. I think this blog does a fabulous job of finding beauty everywhere in a wide range of body types, ages, and self-expression. Long live curvy!
Beautiful open expression, beautifil smile!

Oh...so handsome!! xx meenal
I see a modern 4th Musketeer (or retired Robin Hood?) in this man. Brilliant!
The smile is the BEST part.
There are so many men with beards in Europe. I'm from Russia and I rarely see a man with a beard.
I like that the simple navy blazer and jaket are put together with less common colors.
This photo reminds me of someone I loved dearly years ago--neckerchief, hat, glasses, twinkly eyes, and all. It's a beautiful portrait of a lovely man, and it made me smile (and sniffle a little). Thanks for sharing it.
A glass of wine perhaps? And a conversation?
I like hats in general, and his is really really cool! I especially like how it looks with his scarf - it reminds me a little of a Van Gogh painting...

Hi, i just wanted to ask you if you could write name of Angelika's blog because I can't find her anywhere

Any man who could pull off these colors, in fact knows to put these colors together is a man worth knowing.

He looks like Sean Connery in his incarnation as Indiana Jones' papa in one of those Indiana movies. Happy is always a winner, don't you think?

It seems the only hat an American man will wear is a baseball cap - why?
Fantastic shot! Incredibly stylish and original. This shot is a total expression of individuality.
I reallyyy looove this guy ! Incredible pic ! Total style ! Bravisssimo ... Sunny Side
French Larry David, isn't it? :)
Casual elegance, inviting smile and total confidence. How you are able to capture all this in one photo continues to keep me engaged.
Simply gorgeous. (Chicken Soup for the Eyes!!)
wire glasses cool again!
The combination makes me happy
What a happy man
Elegante!
Lo amé!
Makes me want to smile back at him. In fact I am smiling right now. The knot in the mustard scarf is tight and chic. The sage felt hat is just the right contrast.
feel like giving him a hug and kiss !!!
This guy looks like a very nice person ;)
great photo!
you've captured the eyes beautifully...so expressive, you can't help but want to sit and discuss ..whatever for hours and hours and hours...
He's stud of a silver fox! Gotta love a man who can wear colour ; )
The most elegant man
If you've got it, flaunt it - if it is true, there is no arrogancy -being true to form is ageless. He's absolutely a joy to behold in a world where so many men are clueless as to theie own creative beauty.
Thank YOU, Robert R.,
de Paris.
Very Nice. He reminds me of the character Smee from the movie Hook with Robin Williams and Dustin Hoffman.
@lovebink
Brilliant - love it!

Thank you for posting these senior lads, like me. It is quite inspiring.
Adore him!
