Do you think they felt a bit embarrassed, turning up in the same outfits? Nice picture.

Anonymous Sophie Mhabille said ... (7:52 AM) :

They look so serious, colorful stripes bring them some "hapiness"!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:10 AM) :

Nice looking men with the perfect accessory. When winter trails away, for me, the scarf is the last of its trappings to go. Much better than a turtleneck in every way.

Something about the sweater/shirt cuff/wristwatch is really appealing on the right-hand man. I only wish he had on a ring of some kind. (Not a wedding ring) - Jean

Blogger Michelle Lee said ... (11:46 AM) :

first thing i notice in men's fashion: watch!

http://pinklemonincrystal.blogspot.com

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:35 PM) :

I have an old one of these in my old school colours - maroon and navy by Ralph Lauren along with a check scarf that and a check scarf in the same colours my favourites to match up with navy suits in the winter. Love them!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:31 PM) :

whats the watch the guy on the right is wearing? i really like it

Blogger André said ... (10:25 PM) :

I really like that kind of scarves and I usually use it like the guy on the left.

And indeed...nice watch on the right :)

Looking very suave, I've got mine at the ready

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:32 AM) :

The watch is a vintage Hermes. Circa 1937 according to folks at La Montre Hermes. Found it on ebay entirely by accident. Strap is in Horween cordovan from Central Watch (under Grand Central station). Scarf is from smartturnout.co.uk

Blogger ITNOFT said ... (6:17 PM) :

I enjoy the look but it looks as though they're waiting for something better...

Anonymous Ben said ... (12:08 AM) :

Did the guy on the right actually attend Eton as sporting the school colors would imply? Can't fake the funk gents.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:58 PM) :

Is that Stephen Rea, the actor, there on the right?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:57 PM) :

and they are shy haha

Blogger Not so esoteric said ... (1:09 AM) :

Ira Glass? Very handsome!
