Love those brown wedges x
Beautiful. I love the shots from the side.
Shoeville, I love it! My favorite? The three-buckled variety...which looks like it came from Anthropologie.
oops, I meant NYC!
I absolutely love the first one!!
Amazing coat and boots!!
I like her style!
xx Ale
Love the shoes in the first shot. I absolutely hate the cold weather but love the fashion. Guess I have to take the good with the bad.

First look is an amazing colour blue!

Beautiful. All that's needed for a perfect shot are some snow flurries.
Here's to winter in NYC.

Wow! looks cold up there! Love the buckle shoes and the moscow style hat!
All 3 are nice but the first pic where the boots, leggings and jacket macth is a bold statement.
Fashinoista like to say not to be matchy matchy, but here it works!
Nice!
great styles, we love it.
I love the shoes in the second shot, and the intersection of stockings and boots in the first! Lovely, as always!

Thank you Scott for your constant inspiration.

The second picture is great!
http://edithinga.blogspot.com
White tights and tan heels . . . how have I not cottoned onto this yet? Thank you Scott. It's lush.
That last photo has to be my favorite! I love the color combo of her navy coat and those wedges!
xo,
Cassie
{Stop by and say hello!}
Loving the Navy coat and White tights paired with these fab Tan shoes!
What a lovely trio! I particularly like the first - all-black just looks so incredibly classy. Having said that, each one of them looks very stylish in her own way.
I like something in all the three shots but the third one is the best.
In the first one I love her figure and how she keeps her hair (and I have a soft spot for blonde hair on a black outfit) and in the second one I love the bag, totally.
In the third one I love everything about the girl, she looks so pure with her white thighs and that coat, almost like a school girl. The shoes are just perfect (if I knew where to buy them I'd take them immediately!).
And the light, how it scatters on her hat, is wonderful.
It reminds me the feeling that one has in the cold sunny winter Sunday mornings in Italy and my childhood: the moment when the people coming out from the church go to buy pastries for the Sunday lunch...
It's amazing how just one picture, one girl, a style can evoke an entire world of feelings and memories.

first is the best
The last pair of wedges are truly epic, very cute indeed.
obsessed with all of these.
definitely loving all of these looks. especially the hat in the second photograph and the shoes in the third.
she's a beauty... love the colour combination! well done!
Great winter looks.
Wow, fabulous photos at the intersection. I like all the outfits, especially the shoes and coats.

vive les princesses, vive le mascara
http://princessemascara.blogspot.com/
Cold weather means great coats, thick scarves, fantastic boots ... love December. The lighting in the third is excellent; she looks like a snow angel in a cashmere hat :)
I like these cloth coats better than the fur shot. Makes me feel that being chic and being rich are not the same thing. All of these girls look like they work for a living, which is wonderful in and of itself.
Nothing like a good coat to give you a wonderful silhouette!
I love how slim the girl in the first picture looks. And I love the tights with the shoes in the last picture.
Love the boots in the first photo!
http://www.hsquaredfashion.blogspot.com
I think teh first pic is of Brooke Hammerling of BrewPR. She has great style.
absolutely love the first outfit! she looks so effortlessly chic
www.ThePantryDrawer.com
LOVE the second picture, just because of the dog. A pit bull has to be the greatest accessorie. ;) Wish I looked like the woman in the first picture, she's just perfect!
Great blog! I've included it on a site I've created, which is a compilation of some of the best blogs in the city.

Such fabulous looks, sometimes I wish I lived in NY.
BTW I'm hosting a giveaway: http://www.indcfashion.com/2010/12/my-first-giveaway.html
Cheers!
I absolutely loooove the first look and the photo capture but also the other two are just great! I like the blue shoe laces at the second photo (also matching the dog's strap :) And I thing that the girl of the third photo has a very fine sense of style. Lovely blue and white combination and those wedges stand out but match perfectly with everything else. I also love her hair.
So, we have a fashionable, a cool and an elegant girl :)
Thanks 'for the inspiration 'Sartorialist' :)
inky navy is such a kinder winter colour than black.
especially in nyc 'light' which can be harsh and more cool toned.
the shorter boots gapping around the ankles ruins the silhouette and line of the apparel.
I see a trend!!! :D
www.queenofmayhem.com
All great coats but especially #1 -- she looks so "New York" to me!
Thank you for winter fashion!
That would be so cool to stand on a corner and have so many different looks and styles to shoot...I'm jealous!
Here in Orange County, CA everyone pretty much dresses alike.
http://lisapetrarca.blogspot.com/2010/12/plan-b.html
All three look lovely and very put-together. Very beautiful!
js ( jacobinvogue.blogspot.com )

First is my fav. She just looks fabulous.
http://www.isthisitmodelsreview.com/
Love that first photo - what a fantastic outfit! :)
J'adore la 3ème photo!
Does anyone know where the wedges are from?!?!
I wonder if in the first shot, it is just a weird angle, but the only thing I can worry about is.... why is she STANDING in the MIDDLE of the ROAD messing around with her PHONE?
I don't care how fabulous she looks, that is just dumb.
Adoro o primeiro look! Blog fantástico, fotografias fantásticas!
Oooh the first picture with all that purple is fantastic.
windowshopz.com
love the 1st and 3rd shots especially the shoes.
love the last picture!!
www.cecilleblog.blogspot.com

The first photo is just wonderful. The coat and the boot colors and the side view is fantastic. Who doesn't like a busy, beautiful woman? Thank you! www.pippihepburn.com
That is a nice dog, a very nice dog indeed !
I feel like the dress in the third picture should be a bolder color in order to balance the shoes. Those are some great wedges, but without that coat they will take over the whole outfit.
ahhh i love all the coat. and the wedges in the last pic are soooooooo gorgeous! x
Would like to BBM the woman in photo #1... :-) <3 her style...
I agree - who makes the shoes in 3rd photo?
first one is formal and cool
second one -the colors are great- but why is the lady so angry? yet NICE CAPTURE of the facial mimic!
third one is my favourite! love the navy coat, the shoes with that hoisery and the small freezing pink nose! =) ADORABLE PHOTO! (photos)
Catch me If you can Sartorialist!
It looks like cold weather fashion time in NYC. All three make good fashion statements with what they're wearing.
Gorgeous scarf and hat in the second photo!
Lottie x
http://plutotlamode.blogspot.com
I love the boots in the first photo!
The first picture just HAS to be my favorite, if only for the way the woman in it has tucked as much of her head and neck into her fantastic coat. It's good to know it's cold in NY too. YUM. :)
http://fashionregardless.blogspot.com/
I love the silhouette of the first photo, the spunkiness of the woman in the second, and the daintiness of the third. I want to be all of these women.
The last one is adorable!
I also like the first one but the woman has too skinny legs!
amazing photos!! thanks for sharing!!!
nice!! wish it was colder here! can't wait to go to nyc next week!
This winter, you cannot enter Williamsburg unless you are adorning an eskimo hat!
www.jrocomedy.blogspot.com
that woman is texting in the middle of the street... and you do nothing but take picts?... how extraordinarily enabling of you
this will of course be deleted as all you seem to broadcast are sycophantic comments on your work...
The two ladies in dresses (top and bottom pictures) look very chic and stylish! I love the style of the overcoats that both women were wearing!
love the last look!
The wedges are Chloé! #3 is definitely my favourite <3
Beautiful! The top image is amazing
Elegant womans !!
Fanny
http://fannyhillphotographer.blogspot.com/
Love the second outfit!
the best place to take pictures in NYC
http://sartorialme.blogspot.com
The 3rd shot's colonial buckle shoes, and the 1st girl's all purple ensemble, make them totally Sartorialist worthy.
Wow, great pics! I love them all. The wedges on the 3th photo are to die for!
Xx

So many elegant people.
Where to choose from?
http://lhabitue.blogspot.com
These pictures give me swiftly passing moments of envy of people who get to dress for cold weather. Then I scoot my chair over into the warm beam of sunshine coming thru my window while I'm working here in LA. No regrets.
oooh goodness these are all so lovely. i especially love the third picture. =]
www.inspirationbys.blogspot.com
First girl is absolutely stunning. Perfect mix of elegance sophistication and something charming...
love all the diferent looks!!!!
love NY fashion!!!!

I just love the practicality of style in NYC...All of these women have amazing fashion sense and no frill mentality. LOVE
I love the third look!
www.alinnestyle.com
I just can't grok the big thick shoes and boots with high heels this year. They are creepy. Can anyone explain their allure?
I love best the intersection with the bulldog. It seems ever aspect of urban life at this time of the year is crossing there at once. That is a beautiful hat. Where I live and have lived it is a necessary piece of outerwear and not just a fashion statement. The well wrapped scarf just feels warm even looking at it and I love the wisps of blond hair coming out. They give s little life back to the fur fringe. her boots are as tough as her dog.
coats coats and more coats!
dig it!
http://jimjims.net
Who are the cognac wedges by? I need them in my life!
The white tights on the bottom photo make the outfit slightly fairy-tale-esque. I like!
I love the last one. She has amazing style, in particular the shoes!
I love these clothes!! I will post this images in my blog!!!
I like this look because the overall effect with the tan shoes and white tights is very dolly or very Florence Nightingale.
http://mystylecanvas.blogspot.com
I love how alive NYC is and how fashionable and daring the people of this city are. I love the first picture and how 'the city that never sleeps' keeps spinning around you and you are able to put it on hold for a minute in all of its madness to check into your world.
the first photo looks like Emily from Cupcakes and Cashmere. Can someone verify?
Beautiful style, particularly the last one.
that first picture is gorgeous. love love love.
i like SOHO. There are a lot off styliір people. There u can walk see different looks. The dark purple shoes its realy cool and in fashion.
1] Fabulous.
2] Delightful.
3] Adorable.
I miss New York.
3 very nice outfits. So cool. I especially love the shoes for all of them
I think that deep blue is the most chic and elegant color ever!
www.abitoffashion.com
I'm loving this look you keep capturing: wide ankle boots on long-legged ladies. The break in the line is so cool. But my absolute favourite look is the last one. Sweet.
Love navy blue coats!!!
Great pictures!
And I love the first outfit!!!
http://tarasdolcevita.blogspot.com/
I love all the coats. They're one of my favorite things about Winter time.
Maryjane xoxo
The lady in the blue coat with the caramel wedgie shoes...those are the first wedgies I've ever seen that I actually like. Lovely look!
LOVE the monochromatic look in the 1st pic
I love the first woman's oufit and the fit of her boots!

Danniel, you look beautiful in the third shot!
www.insideoutnyc.wordpress.com
beautiful shot angle. those three waiting at the crossroad hold some sort of mysterious touch, epic. love the shoes of all of them.
Great pictures! I love the first one! and the shoes in the third!
http://2anchor.blogspot.com
Love the outfit in the 1st picture.
http://fashiontriedandtrue.blogspot.com/
In the top photo it's amazing how the wide opening on the boots slim-line the legs! I'm definitely keeping that in mind for our next photo shoot! The jacket is perfectly structured for her too. It's tough to find such a flattering and warm jacket that isn't too bulky.
I fell inlove with the 3rd photo. It looks so soft yet sophisticated. It looks like the woman has just traveled through time. Very classic.
Love the pic of the girl with the dog. Her boots are pretty awesome.
The Craft
http://thecraftiswhatyoumakeit.blogspot.com/
classic sartorialist :-)
The newspaper print bag is Alexandra Cassiniti - fantastic designer.
last girl's look is lovely! I like her coat and boots.
Love the vintage Cougar boots on the girl with the bulldog!
can anyone tell me who makes the navy coat in the picture with the camel wedges?
thanks!
great clothing collotion! love this feeling of winter!
Oh yeah, winter come back !
xoxo
http://noumias-papers.blogspot.com/
Like the coat with this nice shoes on the first pic very much!
Love all of the things on the first photo =)
can anyone point me in the direction of a coat like the one in the first picture?
The first photo is timeless the black on black is to die for. The boots top the simplicity of the outfit just right. The side tie on the boot gives them an interest visible to all. The height along with the over sized ankles really give this more classic outfit a new edge in 2010.
I need to start wearing awesome shoes in the winter again. Who cares if it's cold?

Im legit in love with Soho and all the amazing fashions you see around there. So inspired.
http://skiesoffashion.blogspot.com/
why is that woman at the top texting in the middle of the street?? Bad photo set up.
I love first pic!!!!!!!!!!Awesome!
simplicity at its best.
oh, absolutely LOVE the first picture
The woman texting on the street looks so much like the blogger in
cupcakesandcashmere.com ...
Is that her by any chance?
i love the last picture. absolutely adore her wedges, and how she makes her outfit girly with the white stockings and the bottom of her white pleated dress peeking out below the hemline of her trench coat.
For the blonde haired girl with the coat going above her neck, is there name for that type of coat?
Love the velvet boots from the first pic!
I fell in love with the last picture...fantastic
I love the shoues in the last picture! Does anyone know where they are from? :)
The first and third photos are lovely!
all three pair of shoes are great. I wish I new the brand
http://fashiontypology.blogspot.com/
love the coats...amazing blues!!!
FAbulosa! Me encanto
I think the first pic is of Emily from Cupcakes and Cashmere! She looks gorgeous :)
love the first shot with the monotone purple/blue
I love the color palate of navy blue, blue velvet, camel, and vanilla.
Love the purple mids...
bellissima
Wow! I love the shot from the side.
the first picture is perfect- I love the silhouette repeated in her outfit, the collar then the boots!
Yes, Alexandra Cassaniti did the newsprint bag. Her web site is lots of fun. http://alexandracassaniti.com/
different people have different wearing styles, I personally like the most fashion things which is cool and personality.
Nr. 1 MUST be Emily from Cupcakes and Cashmere.
For the winter these 3 styles are super!!!
I love scarves (usually I wear cashmere scarves, like the Ecotoosh ones), and the one in pic #2 is really nice!
Just love that outfit, it's minimalist, but also very feminine. Those shoes give that look that stylish and unique kinda edge.
This is my favorite photo on this blog. Simply perfect. The whole ensemble is classy and a bit retro, great as set in the middle of an urban scene in New York OR on some cobbled path in Europe.
DANGER! They're in the middle of the street!!!! But I love the outfits they're really obviously New York fashion :D
Those are a great pair of shoes.
I love the silhouette of the girl in the first picture. Amazing jacket.
