Comments on "On the Street....Some Side Street I Don't Remember The Name Of, Madrid"
Love the bangles!
Perfect shoes for winter :-)
FH
Her out fit is hot.... the boots are crazy!!
http://vannoybfashion-ronisha119.blogspot.com
I want her bag! :)
This is absolutely fabulous!!!
I totally love her outfit and the accessories!
Xxx Ale
a perfect casual style. fine details! very, very cool
I'm in doubt. Is it the fur that makes the legs look better or is it the legs that make the fur look better? Anyway, it's looking good. Cool sweater and nice color combination with the blouse and denim.
My favorite color palette. How did you know?!
love, love this outfit! so cool...
WOW! what legs!
Perhaps "Tribunal" or something? Love it!

great shot ! as usual!

this slightly reminds me of uggs trend paired with the skirt. but i do LOVE the shoes!
Super-cool.
I think it's so fabulously honest that you admit to not remembering/noting the name of the street. I took some pictures this summer when I was in Madrid and there are some streets whose names escape me, which lead to futile Google Maps searches.
I quite like the thought behind look as a whole, but these boots are definitely not made for walking: they look like they will (have started to) soak up any moisture in the street, which will ruin the teddy-bear fur.

WOW what a pair of legs! ...living in UK...
you JUST will see a pair of these ones in a foreigner!
love it ! :)
check out the bag. It,s a loewe. Dönt you know it?. It´s a cool step in your fashion knowledge
great photo, great outfit, especially the boots and handbag
http://clickonstyles.blogspot.com/
Oh my god you've been in Madrid! oh im green with envy of this girl
Those are some LEGS!
Don't love the boots but the rest of the outfit is great.
i know the lady . she is visiting professor for precolumbian rug techniques in brussels.
she is brilliant and also very good looking ,comes from a very well to do and good family in lower austria.
Wow. Those calves are awesome.
her shoes! ah, so cozy

So chic, especially as you scan from the messy bun down to the layered off the shoulder top to the unexpected jean mini.....but it starts to lose me in the boots and bag, starts to feel too contrived. It had seemed lovely and effortless up to that point.
What can I say???Beauty in movement! Love the Lowe tote and the boots!!!!
first
Beautiful mix !!
My eyes went straight to the definition in her legs. Wow!
Her beautiful, soft looking skin accentuated by those furry boots!
http://momentc.blogspot.com
lovely boots!
Hi, I´m from Madrid, and I think I know this street...
Just tell me more or less the zone where the pic was taken, or some shop you were near by, and i can tell you the name.
wow! that is one gorgeous strut. she is amazingly beautiful.
Never thought of combining the two top elements before. Interesting :)
nice back!
MMMMMMadrid. So amazing
Amazing body language. but seriously, her legs are amazing! look how tone they are! look at those calfs!
Angels Point of View - Street Fashion Blog
awesome - eye catching! Very chic and effortlessly effective
Beautiful picture and legs to die for! And such an interesting combination of colors!
Well done!!
There is something insanely Italian about terrible fashion, well done. This look didn't just happen. She thought about it. Was inspired, even. And it's terrible. Army shirt with off-the-shoulder sweater!! That purse! Those shorts!
And she looks great.
Stylish saunter
I love Madrid!!!!
wow, she looks amazing! love this outfit:)))
who would think to make an off the shoulder sweater OVER a shirt? it's still sexy even though she isn't revealing skin. and boots with a mini are always an A+. FABULOUS!
Who would think to put an off the shoulder sweater over a shirt? It's still sexy even though she isn't revealing any skin. And boots with a mini are always an A+. Even the bun with that tint of red peaking through adds to the look. FABULOUS!
Madrilenan girls are always so cool!
Love the whole look. Karen
The amazing thing about this is that it's essentially a typical west coast girl's uniform (denim mini, furry ugg boots, big Juicy Couture bag, bangles and hoops, loose approximation of a chignon/easy half-ponytail), but she elevates it with the unexpected twist of an off-shoulder sweater over a collared shirt to make it an undeniably European look. I don't love it, but it's brilliant.
Love that casul sweater on top of the jacket. Great shot, great outfit!
http://m-citystyle.blogspot.com/
Va-va-va-voom! What legs! Totally hot! And a professor to boot!
Fabulous legs!
superbe!
My eyes are distracted by her amazing legs! Beautiful
The knit sweater looks so cozy!

Love the boots and bag.
Love her boots! Wow!
Sexy, Sexy, Sexy.
Very interesting!
http://imagenmaspersonal.blogspot.com
Scott! you should come to Spain more often!
I love the pic! and the special edition of the Amazona bag (the icon bag of Loewe) too!
Love the fur boots!
love the bag...amazing shot
classic american look given a european twist, by the addition of that bag & those boots.
can there be a 'law' that only women with these type of legs and narrow hips be sold mini skirts?
I believe this shot, once again, showcases your wonderful appreciation for not only great clothing combination, but beautiful bodily attributes. Her legs are wonderful.
I applaud you, Scott!
those boots are amazing

wow, those are what i call NICE legs. and the boots work so well with it.
What some of us won't do for fashion/style. Either her well toned legs are chilly or her feet are hot. But she does look striking! And, as always, the photo is gorgeous.
Love it!
Great legs!! Love the boots.... Inspiring.
Barbee
Great Amazona Loewe bag and interesting boots!
between these boots and the "glove hat" am i detecting a nod to the dada art movement?
I agree that what really counts here is the whole line; sweater draped over up-turned collared shirt, tiny skirt, beautiful legs, furry boots.
How fantastic! What great boots too!
Oh my, what legs!
I lovvee her boots!
that is fantastic urban, modern style. too bad you didn't get a photo from the front.
The return of the off-the-shoulder 80s shirt makes me smile. Ah Flashdance! Love it.
Pretty!!
<3
http://reserveradefashion.blogspot.com
this look is fabulous...the perfect casual/sexy look. And great shoes to top it off!
I like the look but love the comments and our opinions on cultural style themes. My first reaction was, you'd only see that look in urban Spain or Mexico City. Thanks for the correct national background, Mr Aubock. And Maryann, yes there is a rule about short skirts. The skirt needs to appear longer than the width of the wearer's hips.
Wow she really hit the balance right on this look with the button down under that slouchy sweater and the shirt denim mini. Those shoes are so fun and fabulous!!!
http://ilikeherclass.blogspot.com/
Great calves.
I like it. Typically you see the nice collared shirt under a more fitted sweater, but pairing it this way gives it a very hipster/casual vibe thats perfect for the cafe.
Madrid's great!!I LOEWE that bag
Ok, you gotta sport killer legs like hers to wear those puppies!
http://californiacandy.wordpress.com/
Loved the Bear Boots!
www.bomsensoemformadegente.blogspot.com
WOW......I love Loewe!!! ;-)

cheap&chic tocados
Pretty slick. The paving stones aren't half bad either.
Athletic legs! where can I buy them??
LOL
this is a great look. You really ahve to look at the boots to realize how differnent they are, but great all together!!!
www.twinkletoes-golddangles.blogspot.com
Love it ALL!!!! She has great legs!!!
Love the gams! Spanish women rock.
xoxo
Marisol
Strange composition. Looks great but doesn't seem light/warm enough.
http://umbrellabeachfashion.blogspot.com/
I love your Blog! I'm in Madrid too
:D
Kisses
As other commenters have noted I usually hate this look: jean mini skirt, puffy furry boots, and a big sweater.
But she takes it to another level. With good quality items and a little finesse any look can be great. I would not have thought of this in a million years. Bravo!
she has beautiful legs!
it has to be around in Barrio Salamanca, i'm pretty sure!
LOOOVE!!!this blog is always favolous!!!love love love
http://anyannachiara.blogspot.com
perfect legs for those boots!

What a shot and what legs ... Ia m jealous. The boots are a killer too but am I the only one that thinks it's kind of craxy wearing furry boots in rain or soon after rain (the ground is wet as we can see). Or I guess I am getting caught in the details.
Madrid, my city!!!
Nice look and better boots, love them!
http://sinmanolos.blogspot.com/
I lvoe the Casadei shoes and the look in general, but the shoes are one of the best casadei's models!!
http://fashiondoesntexist.blogspot.com/
perfect shoes !
EuroFab!
Love her confidence!
Why does 'Penelope Cruz on a stroll' immediately come to mind. The boots are cool, but I don't won't to know how they'll look at the end of the winter (or is this now far too boring a thought?)
That looks super cool.
The purse, loewe... i love it
Uh oh, I feel a DIY project coming on--this fur boot wouldn't be hard to duplicate would it?
Welcome to my city!!! We´ve got stlye, haven`t we?

Magnificant! Very Hip Chic!
That is grace and style. Love the army-jeans-wool-fur-look! Madrid - so amazing! Thanks for finding and sharing!
Istanbulboy
i love her style.
the layering, the miniskirt, and the boots look perfect for each other.
http://vindavindasonata.blogspot.com/
love the styling in this.
definitely a style master!
http://jimjims.net
omg :o love it!!apecially the boots :D
A little Dreamer
Love the boots, love the bag, love the bangles!
I don't think they are boots, they are cover ups, worn over another pair of boots, you can see the toe on the right shoe/boot.
Love the casual style.
http://ileaiye8.blogspot.com/
Fabulous! Will use as inspiration on my fashion blog I just started...thank you!!!

So happy to see you were in Madrid! I was going to request some photos from this lovely city but you've already made it here. Many thanks from a Sartorialist follower living in Madrid.
yup, i agree with cherylline... they are not boots.. they are cover-ups or what i call updated warmers... you can buy them in assorted design, colors and material..
love this look though :-)
cheers.
BOOTS WITH THE FURR
Wow, a post from Madrid, i like this.
http://eire-designs.blogspot.com/
Wow! Love all aspects of this. Die for those boots.

I "LOEWE" Madrid!!!
ARE YOU IN MADRID??? VISIT ANDALUCIA PLEASE... THE SUNNY WEATHER, THE BEACH, FUNNY PEOPLE... AND THE TIPICAL DRESSES... ;)
That bag is phenomenal. And with those sculpted legs, she can make just about anything look great.
Nice drape (on the shoulder) but what interests me the most is those VERY COSY BOOTS!
ps: either the weather was good that day or the girl is hot.. I was freezing today around 13th street! brrr.. nice boots ^^
I love how the Spanish dress! Always a little quirk!
wow, never think matching shoe w/ bag (color) would be this chic!!!!
Nice boots! They contrast well with the shorts. Killer calf muscles too, wow!
http://thechicaddict.blogspot.com
great gams!
hot damn!
simply cool!
love the bag!
This photo, as all of your photos are, is beautiful. But I don't like the outfit. It is as if she dressed her top half, forgot what she was thinking, and then dressed her bottom half. They seem like two outfits that were never meant to be together. To add to the confusion I feel from seeing this outfit, the skirt looks as if it has unintentionally fallen down. However I do appreciate the beautiful contrast between the oversized, soft-looking jumper and her silver bangles.
shoes are incredible!!
check out my vintage boutique!!!

xoxo
The bag and shoes!
And her shoulder and earing!
Hot dangit, those are some legs! Nice to see a girl with some muscle be featured ... not everyone has dainty little feminine calves.
ps
it wasn't a rainy day, the sidewalks had just been washed down.
Um... LEGS?!?! (The outfit is nice too) :)
I like her! I love Spain's classic + haphazard sense of styling. I think some of you who think she's forgotten to style her bottom half or think she's sloppy haven't seen how many Spaniards dress. Their youth have a slightly retro, grunge, punk look mixed with classic.
Did she fold her boots down to reveal its inner plush lining?
Oh my goodness, those shoes are so great! I love them xxx
http://reallyliteral.blogspot.com/
Denim mini-skirt making a comeback?
The side street is named, "Avenue Of Fashionable Models." Silly!
Her boots make it look like it was cold, but shorts speak otherwise.
Long and slender, beautiful no matter what she wears.

Oh yes! Love the boots! Love the sweater! Jealous of the legs!
Forget the side street, Scott, did you get her name and number? What a beautiful, intriguing-looking woman. Enchanting.
Oh my Oddin! she has a Fabs legs! and i dunno why all gurl in da world follows Rummy's taste of wearing an over sized sweater!!! It's so smart! *i pretty sure *

yay! the bag! me likely. :)
Nice look, and nice legs.
Furry boot/ankle cover things out of proportion, but everything else so very perfect, so lovely. Thanks (to her and to you)!
OMG! This is one of the best look I've ever seen, congrats! <3

love it!!
Love the outfit. The bag is a very Madrid's bag. Loewe makes the bags at its hometown: Madrid.
Many streets of the city look like this one.
Regards from Madrid
WOAH I LOVE IT!
xoxo Sootjeelina <3
fabulous look!
love that mantella!
www.fashionessence-anna.blogspot.com
She's a hot fit chick but the boots are totally impractical. They'd get wet and mucky and she'd make a mess of them in a week. Hang on a min... are they boots? Or warmers? Does she yank them over her runners too?
I dont' like the jumper with the blouse...the rest is very nice

LOEWE MADRID = LOVE

Killer legs, she looks amazing, and like she could snap my neck. And what a walk. She could be wearing a potato bad and still rock it.
Madrid is a city with style!
I love LOEWE bags, suits, ties...
i don't find her outfit so amazing but ill give her points for how she is wearing her sweater over her other shirt and the coolness of her shoes
http://etherealbeaute.blogspot.com/
Great outfit. Shoes look a bit off with the short skirt but it works. Looks great.
Love the shoes!

I love your blog
J'adore les bottes wow

I agree with old hipster. It looks thrown together, but was obviously planned, and each piece has the potential to be totally awful given a different situation. But it turned out to be overwhelmingly stylish.
Killer Loewe handbag! Don't they made the yummiest bags.
love the proportions of this outfit esp. the boxy knit.
