Love the attitude and everything above the waist, but those harem shorts are not doing anything for me. The low slung look with underpants showing isn't edgy or new - it's been around for ages here in the states and not in a good way (as in a fashion classic) but as in a tired hip-hop cliche. The grey peep-toe oxfords - I don't know why but they just have a really frumpy vibe.
When a comment is posted, criticizing the aesthetic effect of holding a cigarette, I have to assume that the person leaving the comment has less of an appreciation for classic looks, in addition to being a total square.
That look is definitely for me. I especially love the pants.
Now she has some attitude! Love it.
She is perfect in every respect except for the balloon effect of her shorts. the shorts make her body seem out of proportion. It gives kind of a circus ring master effect. B+

Love the hair, the attitude, the scarf, the shoes, but not the exposed midriff. Yes, the bright pink of her panties constrasts nicely with the rest of her somber palette, but I do think certain things are best left to the imagination in public.
