Oh gosh! i love looking at ladies with shopping bags! I saw a woman on my way to work with a Nine West shopping bag strapped on her shoulder and another lady holding a G2000 plastic bag. I can't explain it, but it seemed like these women have added charisma when their holding their newly-purchased merchandise and proudly parading it for everyone to see.

Fashion really seems to be taking this new minimalistic approach; we're going straight back to the essentials- expensive essentials nonetheless, but it's so clean and refreshing. And this photo totally represents that!
I love this look on her, but if it is a representation of this moment in fashion, I'm outta luck. How would this translate to a 5'3" size 6? I love the color palette the nails and the hair—those I can do. What really makes this particular look work, however, is her legs. Long lovely legs that offset that oversized cardigan just perfectly.
Is fashion about the small details we can all bring to our own look? Or is it the proportion of her silhouette? I think I have to let this moment in fashion pass me by, while I wait for one more suited to my figure.
I would like that bag, though.
p.s. am I the only one who sees the little black skirt/shorts peeking out of the bottom of her cardigan?
