great photo, beautiful bag

Blogger Unknown said ... (8:29 AM) :

Unfortunately the woman wearing this outfit is much younger than the clothes make her appear. From my pov: chic, safe dressing - but looks like her own mother.

hate earrings. HATE. as in "in case you wondered if I was all androgyny, look at my hot pink earrings" reminds me of the goo in theres something about mary. obvi she has access and budget and could have made a much better accessory choice...mcqueen old bulgari tribal ANYTHING

I ABSOLUTELY adore her herrings!!!
it breaks down the austerity of her look. Only a fashion insider does it so well.

Blogger beths said ... (11:04 AM) :

Funny how the earrings are such a hot button. To me, it's the blouse that seems odd and forced--too pastel? too crisp? Like the wrong thrift-store find for the ensemble. Contrast to YSL, where the severity is so much more flattering.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:33 PM) :

Wow, now this is a true vision of personal style! And there is no androgyny here. Just because a woman chooses not to have tons of boob, leg, high heels, and flowing hair all over the place, doesn't mean she's rockn' a masculine look. She looks super chic, feminine, and sexy... but she's not shoving sexuality and femininity down our throats. TERRIFIC!!!!

Blogger Sydney said ... (12:36 PM) :

I feel like you have so many readers that just one more comment is not going to make much of an impact. BUT, I do want you to know that your photographs inspire me everyday!! Every time I see that you've updated on my my blog roll, I'm sure I'm the first one here to check it out. Your work and your life are beautiful. Thank you for providing such perspective on personal style and beauty from around the world. You are seriously wonderful, WONDERFUL.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:44 PM) :

When I first looked at it I thought...this must be Paris! Very nice photograph Scott.

She looks absolutely amazing. I love to wear menswear and combine it with extremely feminine pieces. Such as earrings and a handbag.

I have been looking for the perfect handbag for a long time. One which I could wear with everything, to any occasion. So it is worth the investment. Which brings me to the following....

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME IDENTIFY THIS STUNNING CELINE BAG?

Thank you in advance for your help!

If you look up close the look is actually quite soft, delicate and breezy.

I find her quite feminine.

Only the bag is not.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:37 PM) :

She doesn't appear to be wearing any makeup, which I like. I'm tired of glossy red lips that make you feel you're wearing jello.

Anonymous Zenobiar said ... (1:42 PM) :

Nothing to like about this except the bag. Possibly the shirt but it's lost under the bulky boxiness of the sweater.

And less possibly the hair.

I wish I could go shopping in Paris today for something with a fabulous color. It's the shirt that set off that comment. But I do think you see amazing colors there in clothes and accessories. I wonder why?

great photo, beautiful woman!!!)))

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:27 PM) :

Some commenters are just so harsh! She's a beautiful human being, why be cruel about what she chooses to wear?

I love the fact that she comes off as confident; that intense expression of hers really tops his whole outfit off. I love the spring floral paired with a winter sweater!

Anonymous Hendrica said ... (9:57 PM) :

The navy blue top is beautiful and just as a few posts ago where the colors were leopard and navy, I just love it when people wear navy with a colorful print.
I would have liked it more if she had not worn any earrings at all. But she is just gorgeous, great hair cut as well.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:16 PM) :

I think the look in her eyes says more than all the clothes: she doesn't care what you think of her outfit. She has some serious presence!

Blogger MOD PAUL said ... (10:31 PM) :

Absolutely adore burds with short hair.
Wonderful androgynous look, really strong..
NICE!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:01 PM) :

she reminds me so much of myself! craze crazy

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:38 AM) :

I was immediately struck by her look of confidence. She has a style that is a relief from what so many other women are wearing. Like.

Anonymous classiq said ... (1:38 AM) :

Great bag! And I love the shirt and earings, a little touch of color to an all-black outfit

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:27 AM) :

I don't like that sweater, it does not fit at her boobs at all, it looks like het breasts are meant to be much higher than the really are.

I'm not trilled about the bag as much of the others are. I do not think it is such a special item.

Anonymous Maryanne said ... (10:27 AM) :

monochromatic once again, punched up with a print.
handbag is lovely.

Anonymous tp24 said ... (11:18 AM) :

hahahah love Tom's comment!
I agree..she almost looks like an evil cartoon character (like a modern cruella deville).

Blogger Tomma said ... (5:19 PM) :

Love her earrings! And the rest!

Blogger Kristian said ... (2:02 AM) :

Way too tough expression. Like the colur contrasts though.

LOVE IT!!! Tough and serious with some great feminine touches.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:44 PM) :

horrible posture. horrible expression. what a sour look. quite unfortunate.

Blogger Elizabeth Fay said ... (5:06 AM) :

I love how she adds femininity to an otherwise rather cold, corporate outfit.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:21 AM) :

Nice! Look as if she has the same Stella McCartney-top as I do. Love her taste for fashion :o)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:52 PM) :
