Comments on "On the Street...Boulevard du Temple, Paris"
Stunning!!! And I love the way she wears the Kelly.
She's the kind of reason why I have always been infatuated with French women...so 'don't look at me' and yet how can one not?
i loved the purse, the colors and the shoe
just didn't like this belt
but it is a great photo, anyway
very nice street behind her
I really like the summer autumn transition, as those shorts could almost work well as trousers, though i'm not too keen on the bag- would be nice for some colour, and also the bag cunningly hides the join of her shorts to her legs! lovely hair though!
The knotted belt is fantastic.
Nice outfit !! Love the shoes ;)

She has great hair and I like her bag and the confidence she exudes.
I love her bag!
I love how her bag and the way she holds it is part briefcase, part Grace Kelly.
Her hair is the first striking visual about her, you then draw your eyes further down to the simple clothing, down to the clutch of the handbag strap which gives a sense of seriousness to her, and then to the perfect pair of earthy cream shoes. Her facial expression ties the story together, and she is a true woman!
a perfect photo.
Love this look - especially the subject's cheeky expression..."yah... so?"
J'adore le sac!!
She's gorgeous!! I want her hair!
Love the white shoes
wow!! and wow!!
her hair, her eyes.
she's gorgeous.
people you captured in the photos have the style and seem never be lazy about their look. im trying to be one of them except the days when i feel very tired in the morning, when it's raining hard outside and when i just try to get through the day. oh many excuses.
So nice to see those shoes at the end of the outfit - was expecting something ultra-feminine after the overall unisex look. However, glad she didn't go there: her hair and face are beautiful enough as a foil.
She looks comfortable and confident; white bucks with the dark are a good, unexpected choice.
what's is her name?
she is a buyer isn't she?
well no doubt she really need a new bag!
love that little birkin....

I love the minimal look
love her face... heinous shoes tough.flat shoes make women look frumpy.
Women beloved women: HEELS!!
Stunning.
she's cute! i love her bag and shoes!

perfection!
love the look! easy an comfortable . She´s adorable !!
Nothing like wearing black with different textures complimented with beautiful white dress shoes. The leather bag is the cherry on top.
Everything about this look is great!
Finally, an original styled lady.
The flat shoes are totally appropriate with shorts.
On another note Sart-when can we see some 'women of a certain age'? You haven't shot any in quite a while...... thanks
that old adage "clothes make the man"
in this case, the handbag makes the woman.
Your blog is lovely! I love it ;)
Fantastic - mannish style on a very feminine woman. Oh, to have her hair. I agree with another comment that this feels like one of the more original looks you've caught in a while - I think it feels stylish rather than fashionable (or maybe that's just the Parisian background?!).
This look would have a different feel to it if it was in New York. The fact that she is in Paris makes it that much more refreshing.
French women can't help but getting it right, don't you agree?
She looks like the French actress who played Marion Cotillard's older sister in the film Love Me If You Dare (Jeux D'enfants.)
Is she??
What a great combination of practicality (flat shoes) and style (hair, handbag).

i love her bag. it makes the outfit

This girl was also featured on Stockholm Streetstyle yesterday! She must be feeling pretty special being asked to be photographed by strangers multiple times in a day.
those shoes ruins the outfit.lovely gamine face.. her nose is to die for...and her hair....
so pretty
Love the belt and bag!

If this isn't your quintessential Parisienne then I don;t know what is! Classic, understated, sickeningly chic and carrying a VERY luxurious handbag... One of those girls who is terrifying and intriguing in equal measure. I want to be her, just a little bit X

Fantastic shoes!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is one of the rare moments when I think the model (who is beautiful) is wearing a very nice outfit AND shoes. Usually the shoes are bizzar, but these look great. Her purse, though, looks like it's held together by hair clips!

That jacket of hers almost look like a "man's wear" to me.
The whole look is stunning balanced by WHITE brogue...interesting!!

Elegantly casual--adore her shoes.
I'm seriously jealous. Can she be my alter ego?
God, I miss my own long hair.
This is one of my favourite areas of Paris! The restaurants on Rue Dupetit-Thouars are some of my fave!
bubbs...

Very cute. I love the big hair!
Great shot. She is very lovely and her outfit, casually stunning. I love the shoes, but I'm a bit thrown off by the bag. A little too soon I think, for an accessory of this type. Or perhaps its too business like for such a casual outfit? All in all, she is perfection. Terrific lighting.
I love this style! so simple so cool!
iristinunin.blogspot.com
lovely:)
How do you know the Birkin bag is genuine? Fakes all over the place.
Love the vintage Kelly bag..
Great look...
I love her simple look, full hair and square bag. So chic! XOXO, Natalya
Ahhh actresses...
Particularly French actresses...
I like her shoes!!
As the young 'uns would say, OMG! I WANT THAT JACKET!!!! Love the belt too. Don't like the shoes per se (prefer that style in dark suede), but I dig the way she says FU to expectations and, instead of precious heels, wears down-to-earth, I-mean-business oxfords. And I like that her bag is simple and obviously old and well-used--so much more cool and stylish than the typical showy, overdone bags seen in fashion photos.
On that note, one side, and quite serious, question: Why do people get so fizzy about handbags? I just don't get it. They're annoying to carry (I avoid using one whenever possible) and most, to be honest, are sort of silly-looking--form overwhelms function, and most are so overdesigned and over-ornamented that they end up looking tacky. So how have they ended up being nigh unto fetishized by so many? An inquiring mind honestly wants to know.
Her ensemble is great & her facial expression is priceless
Oh God, those eyes.
I love her whole look :) She seems to be so down-to-earth - gorgeous!

Alas, I could buy the bag, but never that hair! Gorgeous!
Amazing shot.
She just looks so effortlessly cool!

I Love the bag!
The outfit pieces could well be worn by a male but yet her subtle femininity makes this outfit so jovial. Lovely!
Love her coat!
Check out my street fashion blog!

Don't like anything about it.
SO James Perse meets Paris!
She is ridiculously hot. Sure the clothes are great but she'd look great with or without anything.
J'aime tout ça. Les habilles et la femme, les cheveux longs. Et aussi, la Rue du Temple...
AMAZING!! Love her fusion of male and female elements

OW OW!
I love this look, her hair blown over to one side, her outfit casual yet thought out. I agree, it is hard to get it right even when casual.
Perhaps I'm one of those women who have odd heat-management systems, but how does one wear a wooly jacket with knit cuffs with shorts? If I'm hot enough to manage shorts, I'd be sweating profusely at the neck and wrists. Sigh.
Let's be honest. She could wear a trash bag and look great.
nice outfit with mix of textures but utterly inappropriate shoes.
That is a gorgeous bag. You can see the quality of the leather. And if only I had hair like hers...
http://red-soledfashionista.blogspot.com/
I love the mini Kelly. She carries as though it's nothing more than a Nine West bag.
Gorgeous, I love the unexpected oxfords- the outfit's so randomly put together, but it works well with her attitude.
http://sprinklesinsprings.blogspot.com
Love the look that she has composed. The only thing missing is a nice smile.
the shoes and bag are so effortlessly cool. i love the light through her hair as well.

She looks very hot.
She looks very hot.
Export her to Etats Unis.
Something tells me she would not give an American directions. But who needs Orsay when a beauties like her appear around every confusing corner.

The candidness in your photography is amazing!
In my opinion, each piece of your work carries a distinctive personality that's always a pleasure to explore.
I wwant that Hermes purse..so beautiful!
www.theafeminada.blogspot.com
The shoes & the bag are so cool!!! Her outfit it's perfect!!!
Contrast her chic outfit against her blond nemesis stepping away from the photo. A much slouchier less structured bag, a heel with a skinny heel & sleeves of a blazer shoved up. The brunette's look is so much fresher & original.
Everytime I saw the vintage kelly bag, it's always in Paris. french women + vintage kelly= perfect! she looks so smart and cute !
She's SUBLIMISSIME! The hot new Parisienne style icon! She looks like Julia Faure, the irresistible main actress of "Sauvage Innocence", a great Garrel movie. Is that her?
she is so beautiful ,yet in need of other shoes.
this makes me miss paris so much...
Oh my God!
She is perfect, trendy & classic...and she knows it.
I like her restrained, classic makeup.
This actually French actress Julia Faure http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0364517/
she played the main part in Philippe Garrel film Sauvage Innocence
love the look, love the shoes!
