They both look really comfy; I love it when you can be comfy and stylish at the same time. I love that red jumper, got one similar. Jeans tucked in boots; cool.

I love her boots, I own a pair and they are fantastic. I get SO many compliments on how they can be so versatile!

Anonymous jdit said ... (4:52 PM) :

Something immediate, relaxed and together, casual, loving and natural about holding hands. I make any excuse to hold my lover's hand when she and I are out and about and even when we are not. It is an expression of intimacy that is without age limitation or gender exclusivity and it needs no explanation.

I love the red on her and the all-city boots ready for that all-too-city puddle she will soon navigate.

There is a children's song that starts with the lyrics that are colors: Red and yellow and pink and green, / Purple and orange and blue, / I can sing a rainbow, / sing a rainbow, / sing a rainbow too.

You've caught'em all in this one shot - Just absolutely beautiful Scott!

Fabulous! I feel like I knew this couple earlier in my life... possibly in college (SUNY Purchase)? She especially looks so familiar to me.

Blogger Naviivan said ... (9:26 PM) :

8 for her
8.6 for him

She mixed it perfectly with red and blue and the bag.
My eyes was first on her haircut, because she's wearing cozy + her hair was cozy at the same time. That's why I like her red jumper.
The boots are a bit out of the cozy fit.

Hat + glasses + his trousers, is always a good eye-seeing. If the shirt was outside instead of inside his jeans, it would be nicer. His shoe... Makes his outfit gorgeous.

Very interesting

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:14 PM) :

What a lovely couple. Her boots aren't LL Bean Signature (pretty sure the signature line only offers black leather - i have a pair). Those look like classic 10" Bean boots. Super functional.

They seem youthful and fashionable people- but do they have any style? Can we see a bit of themselves in their attire? I suppose they have the "look" that is in right now, but what else?

Blogger 82Brute said ... (10:19 PM) :

Saddle shoes!!! I'm so excited to see them! I was never able to pull off the look, but I love it when someone does. And my father never ever stopped wearing his with his favorite seersucker jacket. He even had a really beat up pair that he used to paint in. My favorites. The shoes on the gent pictured here are properly well worn to the point of being integral to his personal style. Love them sockless with the pegged pants. Gorgeous couple. Truly eclectic.

There was a time not so long ago when my parents were their age that simple holding hands like that could have gotten them into a lot of serious trouble. all the more serious and tragic for him. I love these times and all the times that have been since those days. I love that I am in love just like how they are in this photograph and can do it express it and live it freely without having to look over my shoulder. The same is true for my son's generation. Such love and carefree abandon. That is what I feel typifies their style and effortless casual ease.

I like her bag, it is great. She is very slim and the pants accentuate that. I like the red sweater, but it is a bit too full for me. I think she has the most delicate features, a sort of sad look on her face as well. She kind of dominates the shot for me, it's all about her beautiful face.

Blogger Limitless Fashion said ... (4:14 PM) :

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:21 PM) :

To me the clothes here are beautiful but secondary to the love these two obviously share... The ease that they have with each other makes me want to know them as a couple..
We could have 10 other couples around a long cherry wood table... in a field with children running around and beautiful food and laughter and good conversation...

As someone above noted, don't think the saddle shoes are LL Bean - different shape (& soles) entirely. Desperately trying to find slimmer, less round-toed suede saddle shoes like this. Closest I've seen are the YMC ones. Anybody know who makes some like this???
