I have recently become a dedicated follower of your blog, so I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate and respect what you're doing. You have such a keen sense of style, but what is more, you truly capture the humanity of the people in your photographs. So thank you for showing the human side of fashion.

wouldn't it be fun to see a recreation of this picture with these guys 20 years from now. graceful aging. and so classic here, but that fine line crossing toward slick & cheesy is blurred and making me cringe, just a little.
I love Lino and his DB coats, he just looks so great with them on. I think no one pulls off a DB like him, with such ellegance and a touch of charming arrogance...
"...Why the long, shaggy hair?"
If you've got it, flaunt it! I wish I had such an amazing head of hair!
The white DB is incredible, especially accentuated by the baby blue shirt w/ spread collar. Impeccable!
I'm really digging the sheen of the blazer on the far right; the royal blue pocket square adds a nice touch! The pink striped shirt adds some welcomed "pop" to the outfit. Although, personally, I'd opt for a smaller collar.
Smiles everyone!
Who are these three men?
The guy on the left knocks it out of the park
Simply gorgeous!!!!!
Like the '70s never ended.
I love this portrait, the men are so happy and alive. Also love that they get dressed up for no apparent reason in Italy, except to go out and have a drink or two. Wish it were that way here, where men arrive in blue jeans and a sweater and call it a day.
TriumViri vivaci. Il nuovo belcomposto di Fiorenza.
Uomo in white DB jacket:
Style and charisma off the charts!
(I would not want to be either of the other two blokes in this shot!)

i love their outfits! Nothing complicated, but great!
Great Trio!
Wow, they look a bit as if they where on an italian "Love Boat". Don't you think ?
http://lestroismots.blogspot.com/
What a color combo with the white double brest, navy tie and sky blue shirt. TIP TOP.
THE MEN OF FLORENCE MAKE IT SEEM SO EFFORTLESS. I NEED TO GET SOME OF THIER MINIMAL EFFORT TO MAKE A MAJOR IMPACT. dOPE PHOTO
fancy!

But can they change a lightbulb? :-)
I know, I know...
mi piace l'uomo al centro...ha uno sguardo triste che fa innamorare...;)))
The guy on the right side looks like me! WOW!
The white suit double breasted jacket is delicious! Interesting use of a denim shirt with a blazer in the middle, personal preference of buttoning all the way up, making it more mods (rockers) if I were to wear.
Dear Mr.Schuman,
is the inside of a building within a complex (meaning the Fortezza Basso) used for non public trade fair the new definition of "Street"?
All three gentlemen are so naturally well dressed, acquired from time. So whether they have long hair, short hair, beard or whatever the shape of glasses they wear, they look absolutely good. There is just no space to criticize "this & that".
for those who are wondering who these three gentlemen are... the gentlemen in the white blazer is Lino Ieluzzi (owner of Al bazar in milano)and the other two gentlemen are Valentino (middle) and Nicola Ricci, they are owners and tailors for Sciamat.
They all look fantastic!
Elegance personified!!!
STUDS! Love it!

I would love to look like the one of the far left when I'm older. He is sooo sharp!
uh...I cannot seem to pick my jaw up from off the ground...absolutely charming!
That white jacket...the blue hankerchief in the pocket....sigh, dreamy sigh...that I were in Florence...
Fabulously classy ;)
wish i were living in florence~~~ :D

The holy trinity of sprezzatura!

Lovely colour block you have there Scott..
Beautiful fashion..

There's a certain flair about men in Italy that other men just can't easily copy or get away with...
http://www.themadjungle.blogspot.com
The Ricci brothers and lino fabulous style!
Last week My fellow Sarter & fashion starved hawaiian friend (we live on a little island, slim fashion pickins), and i were racing to the beach to catch the sunset, and discussing her upcoming trip to Milano (her first, our spiritual fashion home), and what 'must have' shoe both fashionable & comfortable would do upon arrival..until she could shop there. (Here we live in "slippas" (havaiianas), espadrilles, or bare feet). I suggested the Italian mocs I just gifted her. She resisted. Then we discussed which really important "cultural" :-)sightseeing spots to visit. Of course that would be Al Bazzar to shop and greet Lino and the boys, fashion week, etc.
Upon hitting the beach, we offered to take the photo of 2 handsome visiting brothers against the sunset ...and nearly fainted when they announced they were from Milano! (we've spent our lives in hawaii, never once met an italian here..much less 2 charming Milanese). Dinner and drinks ensued. we shamelessly gushed over them as if they were rock stars. Of course, they were huge Sart fans. we were off. then it was all about BFF Lino and the Al Bazaar boys, the Annas, usual suspects. They never even had a chance to ask us a question about our island. Next out came the photos of them in Milan in their favorite driving mocs..in every color..even green and purple! next morning my driving moc resistant friend called and said she was wearing the italian mocs i gave her earlier that fated day.
Now, as if on cue, now here are the Fab3 in all their glory!
If this fashion stuff doesn't work out for you Sart, you might want to consider a career negotiating world peace.
Annabella
muy caliente!
Lino...always the best!
monegasque@email.it
Love these guys. They're working it with ease.
Greatest classic..
Lino stands out for me. That white coat is immaculate and I love the layering of the blue shirt underneath.
Whoo hoo !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Eeny Meeny Miney Mo! I don't know where to look. All three are so dashing! I think I am catching the vapors. Excellent pic.
All three of them are gorgeous.

Really fabulous. I love Italian men. They're tanned, tailored, and tres chic.
they look like jonas brothers 30 years from now! (:
Oh, God bless you. That picture made my entire week!
For the Portuguese readers:
Doesn't the third one with the glasses and the classy shirt look like an elegant and slimmer version of Nuno Markl?!
Happiness is...pictures of handsome Italian men with my breakfast. Thank you!
What smiles, warmth, style...they have it all!
They are so definitely Italian! Love them.
completely awesome. the way they are dressed, the color of the background, the composition. This is quintessential florence. It's a modern renaissance portrait!
Very snazzy.
the guy on the left looks so smarmy.
Bonanza! Saddle up buddies, or am I too old?
Love your work!
Philip
my god, who are these men?
*purr*
Lino Lino, white double breasted: fantastic. The denim shirt of Mr. Valentino Ricci: very nice. Mr. Nicola Ricci... blue pochette and blue jacket... like a dandy soul! Love

Yesss... what a fabulous trio!!!
I remember saw Mr.Nicola Ricci in Florence a few months ago... he was wearing a beautiful green suit, even here he shows pure class with color mix. Absolutely I like Sciamat!
OH MY GOD, I have no words for that picture
love it
I know I'm going to get shot to pieces for this, but please, this has to be the cheesiest image I have ever seen on this normally wonderful site. I know Italian men are handsome and all that, but when are they going to stop just dressing like their dads and use a bit of imagination.
Beautiful picture and... it would be lovely to see at least one of these Men every days!
Style, class and absolutely gorgeous!
To the women commenting about wanting to meet men who look and dress like this: Come to NY, where men begin to dress like this at 10 years. I am consistently shocked by what I see on grown men these days.
I love it! Lino is very charmer!
some men put women's dress sence to shame! exhibit A http://whatwouldkarldo.com
ahhh la fraternité italienne, je suis fière !!!

I could look at these guys all day long. You don't see men like this where I live!
Such stylish gentlemen! I love the combination of color and casualness. And lets thank these men for bringing back the handkerchef to the blazer!
marvelous!
Wow blue pochette is wonderful!!! Mr. Nicola Ricci is a real Prince of style...
STUNNING.
Real class, very italian, very relaxed! perfect ensemble!
I'm in love with the eyes of Valentino Ricci. Great style, I'm proud to be italian!
The guy on the right kind of looks like Claudio Melli from JK Place Firenze!!(I know,I know- from the comments below he's one of the guys behind Sciamat).
