Very conservative outfit. Not sure I would call it a "look". She's attractive and it's hard to tell how old she is.....

I find this look bland and boring. Her hair is great though!
The look seems very '80s - not in any obvious way but the hairdo, the sunglasses, the roomy top that folds over the skirt/pants, and even the watch - reminiscent of the looks from the 80's. The rugby stripe shirt on the person in the foreground - that's also a look from the '80s.

Brooks' saddle is my choice, too!
Usually I frown on people not wearing helmets when biking. But in this case, it would ruin the look.
I see Shelly Hack from Charlie's Angels.
Note the English Brooks leather saddle on the bike. These saddle have become quite "hip" for with urban riders. One might say it's an accent piece for the bike.
