Comments on "At Emporio Armani, Milano"
The red dress is fantastic. Especially paired with what looks like gray heels. Nice.
Fantastic contrast: woman's outfit, man's shoes and the photo itself.
That is one heck of a suit. Nice pairing with the shoes..

Her matching lips and dress and his white shoes claim space in this picture. Interesting how both color and whitness compete for attention.
That woman is SO chic...her outfit is so well pulled together, but more than anything she just looks so confident.

this photograph says so much... the woman's outfit is absolutely gorgeous.

fantastic shoes....

I love her shoes, dress & HAIR!
Thanks for this post. So many women try to dress too young for their age & look ridiculous. She is proof that you can be, stylish, cool and yet still age appropriate.

love the detail on those grey heels!
Wowzers!

Awsome color story with vibrant red and beige in combination. The man next to her looks smart in his easy way of classical chic.

Gorgeous outfits.
The woman's outfit absolutely typifies milanese style (in my humble view)... simple yet attention-grabbing: different neutrals (dark beige-taupe coat, grey shoes), different textures (smooth coat, suede shoes), with a PUNCH of brilliant colour (the perfect red in the dress - and matching lips). Add some fantastic matching warm-toned jewellery and poof... you have an effortless yet powerful style. I miss Milano, definitely... :)
love that woman's hair and dress- she exudes confidence

beautiful dress.. i love the color orange

How did you manage to catch those curves, I mean : the 2 poses in 2 opposite curves ? The whole composition of the photo is amazing. And the colors are too : black / grey / very bright red = perfection. It's a very graphic photo (the dots in the background !).
Bravo again and again !

Great to see a woman who is not in her 20s! She looks fantastic.
I like the combination of taupe, grey and red on her, and her hair. Also she exudes confidence which is a big plus for women.
I love her Shoes
I luv the combination of a chic dress and a classic trench.

the shoes!!! and the orange lips! I don't think a younger woman could have pulled off this level of chic with quite the same combination of off-handedness and sophistication....
both these looks exude power and comfort
I got a feeling of a story behind that picture... I mean in my head I started creating as I noticed all the details... Beautiful contrast of red and beige.
You know I like the red!
Love to see wonderfl shoes with NO platform, an abominy we never get out of these days! Being italian, for once I have a question: can someone discover whose shoes are those? I'll run to buy them!
love the incredible spontaneity of this photo
you are great
I really like her coat and her shoes. The colour of the dress is so classic. And the bangles just fit in.
The shoes of the man look cool, I like that picture a lot because I had the thought the two were talking to each other and suddenly saw something unexpected.
I'm loving the grey and red look
those are some great tstraps!

Fantastic colours. Oh to look that great!
hate the white sneakers on the man. love the woman.
i'd kill for that coat. perfectly matched with the amazing colour of the dress, her tanned skin, her hair and the golden jewellry. stunning!
She looks gorgeous. Great outfit and amazing dress! We love her!!!
She is glamorous. I am amused at the remarks about her AGE. Gee, she is young still, no?
Yes, his shoes kill the whole thing. The pants look kinds baggy.
Wow,nice, one of the best read posts so far.
Nice! Samuele is a gentleman
The grey heels are perfect. Great shot simply because you capture two professionals trying to be natural when they are really uptight and insecure. The clenched jaw and the obsessively rolled up sleeves are a dead giveaway. Compare it with any photo of Giovana and tell me if I am wrong.
Photography is in the truth.. and you have captured that once again.

Hello Samuele! Very sharp! Looks like you are doing well! xxx Alex in NY
wish he wasn't in the picture..she is so much more interesting....
love her hair
http://donotshoeme.blogspot.com/
Fantastic red dress and curly lenght
I love the colour of her dress and her heels are pretty.:)
Booyah to the red! Don't you just love a muted cover with brilliant color peaking out?! Yes. Also, suede, t-straps?...my fetish hairs are tingling on the back of my neck.
I am still pondering the sneaker/suit look...call me old school.
hello amazing stature!
Pale...neutral colours that remind you the desert or the city ciment and...coral...like sunshine on her lips and the matching dress! Very powerful, estivo, solare...like a ray of sunshine in the city!Is this what they are looking at?
perfect how the trench nicely mutes the blaring dress. great contrast.
Amazing shoes!
Her hair is so chic. It would go with any outfit. Love this shot!
The SHOES!!! I need the shoes, or at the very least, I need to know who made the shoes so I can keep an eye on their future endeavors.
Anyone know?
it's the proportions of her jewelry that do it for me, particularly the long, simple earrings and really short necklace. perfect way to be classic but interesting. and I love gold, and the color of her shoes, and that red against the neutrals, and her hair, and her makeup...basically one of my favorite-ever and most personally wardrobe-inspiring outfits you've posted here.
red and brown made a nice collaboration
She is all confidence. There's no doubt in that woman. Her shoes are absolutely fabulous and I love her hair.
This photo really excites me! The Woman in this photo is a perfect compliment to the cool slate flooring and the coushin-like cement walls. What a gorgeous photo!
The shoes are just GREAT.

Can I be her when I grow up?
~E
Mind the high heels. She carried it with ease.
loved this photo, looking great
http://elenavasilieva.blogspot.com/
Drama and ease..
What a fantastic shot! The turning of the heads and that orangey-red standing out from all the neutrals.
Fashion wise I hate those white shoes on the man...tennis shoes with suits just look so stupid. Saying that the photo with the man in the orange linen blazer wearing white sneakers; somehow that works! He looks like a character who survived being murdered in an Agatha Christie novel and lived to tell the tale.
love her shoes and the confidence she exudes in her clothing choices.
Sexy tanned skin, a glorious shade of red, and neutral accessories - lovely grooming - this woman has real style! I may add a harmonious backdrop - and I am enjoying the vast range of perceptive prior comments from your readers... Love your blog!
This picture is ooozing style! Even the wall behind them fits so perfectly with the color scheme!

This women is so chic, self-confident and full of life. I love that red!
Love what this classy lady is wearing, especially with the fabulous heels. Not sure about the white shoes with a suit though...
www.cablecarcouture.com/
Love the heels! Looking for a pair of glasses in the same color or little darker. :~)
OMG. I am loving the heels. Who is she by the way?
I really like the golden chain peeking out, in her dress.
I can almost smell her elegance right here.
(And we love white shoes/sneakers on a black suit - the gentleman deserves some attention too!)
One of my favorite Sartorialist shot's ever, she's gorgeous and gorgeously dressed, but the composition of the photograph is excellent as well- everything is working so well together.
......one of the sexiest women I've ever seen on Sartor and that's saying something......the hair, the jawline, the red dress
He looks like John Lurie!
She is stunning and oh boy, she did carry that very very high heels without some signs of struggle. lol
Camel and red.Chic in the heat.
I look at her and think "sexy" "confident" and "comfortable in her own skin"
I'm betting she looks this pulled together no matter where she is going. ADORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Beautiful shoes! and amazingly wonderful mix of coulours palette: this pale - pigeon grey and poppy red dress!
Yummie!!
Bello and Bella. Love the simple color block thing. Her hair cut is absolutely perfect for her face. Love her jewels. Wish we could see more of him.
This beautiful woman would look good in anything.. but the orange/ red dress with the grey of her topper and dark grey of those shoes... ahh glorious!!!
the hair made the outfit...and the red color...and the shoes, what if she wasn't wearing one?
She bleeds chic. Wow.
Nice photograph. The colors blend well.
I just want to say it is nice picture and they are looking smart. Thanks for sharing. The Holy Gail Body Transformation
