Thanks Moscow, Berlin and Nespresso!

I want to thank everyone that attended the events in Berlin and Moscow.

I especially want to thank Nespresso.

Remember last week, when I hinted to show up to the Moscow event early?

Well, I did that because my book isn't readily available in Russia.

Nespresso imported about 200 books and instead of inflating the price, they gave them away for free!

I thought that was super generous.

Your book has been on the shelf of the COS store (behind the cash register) in Paris for months. Can't take my eyes off it each time I shop there. I own a copy, hence no need to buy it. I sense that COS uses it for decorative / image purposes, they are not selling it.

Would just like to say that decency can be found in any country; and no matter where it comes from and in what manner, it brings a smile to our face.
You certainly brought a smile to mine with that post.

Indeed very generous and very THOUGHTFUL of them! I found out the book is supposed to go on sale here in late April and the price is about $110, so they could've easily sell it for $200 at the event, but they didn't. Being from Moscow, I really didn't expect it, btw :) Too bad I didn't get a chance to show up though. Hope you loved it here!

me, someone from a very littre russian town on Black Sea Coast, I read this blog during a few years. in fact, I don't rememeber how long I read it.
it was always New York, Paris, Milano, cities in Australia, Europe, America and finally Mr. Sastorialist goes to Moscow to present his book when I am in Moscow too.
and I get to know about it just 7 days after his visit..
what a luck!
(just in case. I am in Moscow for the next 4 months)
