Comments on "On the Street.....Anna in Red, Paris"
Great outfit, eventhough, I don't like her boots
Stunning, the red really stands out in this background. Love the boots too!

So many creases and scrunches bound together by sharp lines. She knows what she's doing. Lovely.
In Lanvin! However, those boots are not my cup of tea! Each to their own hey!
Yours Truly

pure chic;)
She looks fab in red and the boots are cool and different. I love the purse.

Brusque yet futuristic! Like a sharp knifeblade against the neck. All business, no prisoners. She should be walking a Rottweiler with a 24K chain and a Hermes collar (if there is such a thing). I bet she is very nice to talk to.
I love the bunched up look of the gloves, boots and cinched in waist. Tailored but relaxed too. And the poppy red. Classic.
LOVE ALLLLL !!!!!
LES LUNETTES
LES BOTTES
LA POCHETTE
LE ROUGE
LA ANNA !!!!
The leather accessories make this look very edgy and interesting ; I totally LOVE the Hermès clutch !!
It has a vintage feel to it.
WOW I just love it! The red coat is so lovely!
OMG! she always looks fab!
Amazing. Nothing better in chilly weather than a red coat. Anna's style is rediculously fierce.

that color always works on her!
she looks -yet again- amazing!

Ahh, so amazing - the gloves / parachute boots and red coat combo = insane.

She has a great outfit. Really love her boots.

I like the coat, but the gloves and boots are too messy. Whole look is overdone, not chic.
great red coat. she's very chic.

My god...
boots are a bit dodgy. the fact that one of them is hanging lower than the other takes the sharpness out of the rest of the outfit.
such a powerful woman and outfit! great photo!

She's definitely rockin' that Lanvin!
love it!
Rich-red nooks and crannies of this coat are a pleasure for the eye as well as for the hand. Can't decide if she looks like a wealthy child's rag doll thrown onto the snow, or like the draped table in a still-life painting which is waiting to have some fruit and a silver pitcher arranged upon it. Love to ponder this beautiful photo, Mr. Schuman.
WoW! love the red jacket. Saw it already on Miroslava Duma. beautiful!

I love the fashion forwardness mixed with classic detail. The colour choice is impeccable and what a red!!!!

what a stunna that anna is!
I love the fashion forwardness mixed with classic detail and that coat - what a red!! She really knows how to pose :)
http://skiepies.blogspot.com/
The red is stunning and so is she, but those boots are working for me.
Oh yes.
The 'architecture' of this skirt suit is amazing and blood-red is such a beautiful colour.
she always looks so incredibly stylish. My challenge for her is to look no less amazing with an outfit costing less than $100.
I like the accessories best. The sunglasses and little Hermes bag. :)
lovely! especially the purse.
That Hermes Constance is gorgeous

Why so slouchy, Anna?
LANVIN
She has such great style!
The colour is good but I really think the outfit is extremely shabby!
I like everything except for the boots, she still look great though. She's unreal like a comic book character, it's awesome.
http://ganymedekids.blogspot.com
oh damn! WHAT AN OUTFIT! That's so bold, I don't enjoy how one boot is higher than the other though :( x
I rarely read critical comments on this blog.
Not a fan of the get up, a little too pretentious for my tastes....
A wonderful outfit... but honestly, that pose - hips forward, head hanging, toes pointing in - it makes her look like a tired marionette and is a complete turn off.
Hot Hot Hot!

are those the new McQueen boots? Love them.
Great photo!!!!
She's very glam in red!!!
Ultra sexy!!!!!
I'm not sure I like this combo. Although there is an harmony between the purse, the gloves, the necklace, and the color of the coat, something in the shape of the coat disturbs me and I don't like the boots. Nevertheless Anna is still very chic.
Love the outfit although she could have steamed the wrinkles out, I suppose? The difference in levels for the boots is obviously intentional, so I guess she was trying to look a certain way. And yes the accessories are killer! Jorge from WPB
I love the combination of scarlet red, black leather and the gold on the small Hermes mini-brief. I think she always looks wonderful, smart and her style is classic!

modesty blaise lives! cool
that posture: L-O-L
I love red!!! Gorgeus!
Zepequeña.
oh my, what a beautiful perfect storm of shapes, lines and textures. stunning.
every night i dream of having her wardrobe!!
http://donotshoeme.blogspot.com/
I tend to prefer something more playful... the woman looks very stern. The saving grace, though, is the high-waisted belt. It adds enough detail to make the outfit more than standard. Even if this woman and I won't throw snowballs at each other near Christmas, I like the bunching of the gloves/sleeves of her outfit.
love the red and accessories.. but i dont really like the boots ^^
love the red and accessories.. but i dont really like the boots ^^
I concur with Jas. The outfit is excellent. Her posture, on the other hand, makes her look like an anorectic swaybacked horse.
Cute look, but don't you think that jacket and boots together is a bit too much? I think classic black shoes would look the best.
Plus she looks quite uncomfortable:)
i love Mrs russo
very chic! but i do agree with the comments about her pose. my grandmother would say "stand up straight!!!" it hurts looking at her. it still is, however, a beautiful photo.
Anna is DA BOMB!
www.stylistocrat.com
She lives and breathes fashion and that is why I adore her... I recently died and went to heaven over her huge koi fish belt...
Something about the "Annas" makes you pay attention. (Wintour)
Great outfit for a fashion magazine pic but way to much for walking down the street. I think this fabulous coat and bag could have been combined with softer colours and materials to make it more accessible.
When I look at her like this I see a feeling of uneasiness!!!
Her pose disturbes me, but I love the red and the whole outfit, except for the boots. What the heck is wrong with them?
lovely outfit. i ADORE her boots!
she needs a poodle to finish this off.
She looks as though she were posing for Iron Man 2. Here she is a fashion victim and it is not at all flattering. And, might I add, this is the first photo of Anna I have seen that I have not liked. This should have been left in the darkroom.
ohhhh yes. fantastic Lanvin outfit. I'm not very fond of her shoes but they are interesting. I do like her purse though.
She looks fantasitc in red. One of my favorite portraits of Anna. Great work.
needs edgy hair
or pulled back
Great suit! The jacket is a little bit "New Look"??
even though most of her outfit is bunched and crimped, everything looks sharp!
I love that stance, and her hair looks healthier than usual. There is something just natural about this picture.
http://merbri.blogspot.com/
those boots are killer! anyone know who makes them?
Love the suit, the best I have seen her look in a long time.
Beautiful, knowing, stunning, courageous, fabulous!
Anna looks expensive.
The boots and gloves are fine, but the skinny belt is perhaps the most perfect detail in this sensational look.
ps. that is my favourite shade of RED.
This iconic lady always manages to look divine as ever. This shade of red is so beautiful. Love that she accessorized with those leather gloves too.

anna is looking so gorgeous in the red clothes she wear any cloth her body it shoot it any color of cloths
Anna looks fabulous as always! The red is such a statement.
Anna can do no wrong.
This is such a theatrical outfit and Ms. Dello Russo pulls it off perfectly!

When I grow older, I would like to look like Anna...
I am going to dream about those boots tonight
this is great! & just right for her as the woman on her position...
I usually adore her outfits but sometimes - some of them are "too much" for me. This time it is bold& brave but accurate
The Simple is best... J'♥ Paris
Love the rich colour and beautiful sculptural feel to the whole outfit! Is it by Nathan Jenden? Those boots are amazing too!

not loving this.. there's a wrinkly quality about the whole outfit that makes it look like she just got out of the tumble dryer. and the boots to me are a total no-no. the way they're scrunched differently almost makes me think of pippi longstocking,
i love her shes nice funny and humble, anna if you read this..DONT CHANGE YOURE AMAZING!
Love it! Its funny to see that she is like so the opposite of Emmanuelle Alt....
Chrs everyone!

red coat is amazing.I love her style as always she comes with so cool pieces.boots heart.

Why darling, you're all crumpled. You look like a beautiful mad poet. Beat me with that handbag.
Sorry, but she looks uncomfortable. Or rather, I feel uncomfortable looking at her. And, to tell you the truth, all these outfits look the same after awhile. Yes, these people are fashionable, but though they try to be original, their originality begins to meld into one, repeat outfit. I can't explain myself. Sorry.
Red is everywhere and Im loving it!
Love the outfit. Hate the faux naive affected pose.
absolutely stylish as always, just fab!! There's nothing else i coulda say....
Great Look but I do not like her!
So overdressed. And an example that expensive clothes do not add up to style.
auwww... what an awesome mishmash!! all what she puts on are just super chic and yet so hip! love her total style... genius!
This pic is growing on me.. I think it's the simple fact that her conviction really compliments the red color..& vice versa! I also like the little 'tweaks' which are formed on the garment/fabric
cheers!;)
I love the red shade, but this outfit is a bit too sack-like for me and I don't think the belt is wide enough to save it. I love the gloves but really don't like those boots.
There is little room for argument that this woman's ensemble is spectacular, the fabrics, the cut, and so on.
However, it is flooring that a woman of this sort of distinction would reduce this moment to just another woman posing in the pigeon toed stance.

POWER WOMAN!
I love the red coat, the gloves and the purse, though I feel the addition of the boots took it a little too far. Too many creases. It would have worked better for me, I think, if she'd worn sleek black boots. And maybe held herself less awkwardly.
Tonight in Berlin Scott said that he tends to show only 3/4 of pictures when people wear bad shoes. I don't know what label Anna's boots are or how much they cost, but the look like a disease... And it's such a shame, because the suit (Lanvin?) looks so beautiful, also with the black gloves, which could have been a little bit longer.
I don't wanna see these shoes ever again! Anna go and have them turned into a nice extension of your gloves.
The rest is a winner :-)
Anna does no wrong.
FIERCE!
She is such a baller. She could be wearing a bathrobe and a mismatched pair of socks and make it look like couture.
SHEistheBEST!!!
I bought those Tom Fords the other days - thankfully before seeing this shot and now feeling a little dismayed I don't also have the red coat....wah
aww..in love with the HERMES clutch!it really makes a difference!of course stunning red and fab boots!
fabulous!
i cant say more!
kisses from
Palermo's Closet.

She should have gone for some simpler shoes, such as black kitten heels or even sleek, streamlined boots. Anything but those rumpled things that take away from the magnificent creasing in the jacket. Love that cherry red color though. It seems to complement almost everybody, regardless of skin, hair, and eye color!
Look at her! She is amazing!
The red coat and the gloves are so beautiful!
so chic!
http://modeapoint.blogspot.com/
Utterly fascinating to me that you would post a comment in which someone voices a personal dislike of this woman, but yet you don't publish a comment that voices dislike for the outfit.
This is so easy to accomplish Anna..where's the effort? If you wanna go monochromatic change the shape the fabric the shade of the color.... do not follow this example... this is DATED......she coulda changed the skirt for something with more impact...like BALMAIN PANTS...or wear the skirt with BALMAIN JACKET...but i really like the jacket..THE SKIRT IS WRONG.... and i know she has balmain in her closet....this is kinda tacky....the accesories are ok.. this look is made of luxury brands but she didnt pull it off...
Nice chick, nice dress, nice gloves, nice sunglasses, strange boots.
Make me rethink in the rest of the look time after time: why to waste such a powerful image with that boots... that boots... breaking her slim silhouette....
Oh Anna, you're done it again!

L-O-V-E the boots! Their quirky-ness compliments the folded lines of the coat. LOVE the leather gloves too~ just a fantabulous outfitx
Everyone seems so affected by who she is (Anna!) and the fact that she is wearing Lanvin. Honestly, on an unknown, I don't feel that many would be so impressed and would not be forgiving of this awkward use of many designer labels. Frankly, she looks like Raggedy Ann after a shopping spree at Saks.
