Comments on "On the Street....Rue Vieille du Temple, Paris"
his hair is perfectly placed
I adore Martens and jacket and scarf..looks absolutely stunning with theses gloves
First Comment! Love the blue beanie!

I just love your pictures and the way you take them.
I wish I could give my vases on my blog more "life".
Thanks for sharing, yur blog is great!

Mmm...neutral.

Adorable. He looks like the Little Match Boy. I want to take him home and sit him in front of the fire.
Perfectly charming.
Tracky B's and a pair of Docs - simples!

He has this really blank, stoned look. & it's all grey, but different greys. It kind of adds texture on top of the actual texture.
unisex-ineida.
This looks so cool and comfortable and I like that they are wearing a blue hat instead of grey or black like the rest of the outfit, it really makes it so much better!
http://ganymedekids.blogspot.com
He looks fiercely hot. >:)
nothing says Paris like well-layered shades of grey..
xxo HH
I love the hat and the hair coming out of it! always adorable!
but the trousers don't work at all!
F*&@ing effortless! pants ftw
The proportions and volumes are good. Love the coolness attitude!
I love the colours, how his standing it all equates to that innate coolness that few men like Johnny Depp and Colin Farrell possess.
How I miss my Docs... It's amazing how practical and confortable they can be...
He's scarily beautiful...

Nice, Dr Marteens ..I like the look, quite grunge itself, nicely done...not too hard
Un très charmant garçon qui a l'air élégant et très à l'aise.
I have so much love for his scarf and jacket. The fingerless gloves are a nice touch as well.
Ahhhhhhh...le Marais...lo-ve it!!
Oh how this reminds me of my fashion student days... I even had the same shoes! Sweet.

hair is perfectly placed
great look - sorry I missed him last week ...
Very cool young guy his look is stylish rather than 'fashionable'.
This look says more about self expression than money spent.
Funky but Chic as the New York Dolls so aptly put it!
50m from my appartment !
Great!! Again in Le Marais! :)
I love the Rue Vieille du Temple. I used to work at Haute Couture house Lecoanet-Hémant inside number 24. This guy looks really good too, perhaps he is taking a bit too much care of himself but the looks mostly works.
Well done.

the thing about his style is that he doesn't seem to have tried too hard. the french rocks!
Hey Scott every second picture seems to feature a cigarette is this a deliberate "style" choice
If the devil wears Prada, then her son wears Martens. He is so pretty.
I always love the drape of a wool jacket (tweed?) after it has been worn for a long time. The Doc Martens are also very well worn-in, and the leather looks soft. Although I dont much care about the pants, this is a great outfit! Jorge from WPB
That is one gorgeous slouch.
You can always find the prettiest things while shopping in the rue Vielle du Temple...
Too grey!
Its a good thing to see that Doctor Martins will never go out of style, and nice to see he has kept his pair in great condition by actually taking care of them. Good for him! This young man is dressed so beautifully. I love the many hues of gray he has used. I digress, tonal pairing of clothes to make an outfit or "look" is a passion of mine. It takes great taste and artistic eye to put tone upon tone together without going over the top and overdoing it. He is lovely!
Good jacket and scarf combo

Martens evergreeen
he scares me a little!! but love his misterious look...

What eyes! It also makes me very happy to see Doc Martens on a man. Could 90s grunge be making a comeback?
Cant see what the fuss is about.
Drab!
My Favorite Street In Paris... to shop of course! Thank you for transporting me back!
I love the jacket and the clochard style. It's perfect for le Marais and la place des Vosgues.
"Wheter blue or gray...I love Paris in the winter when it drizzles I love Paris everey moment"
New Grunge!

Love the gloves, the scarf and the hair!
I love the outfit in the last post! :)
He looks wondefully normal and not trying but looks good. It helps that he is attractive!
loving Martens boots!
Cute...like the trousers.
I VESTITI!
If you have to do something with your hands, hold a cell phone.
This guy conforms to teen/college fashion; there is nothing distinguishing here.
Why do the french alway look so....french?
loveeeeeee his hair and the whole look
http://www.donotshoeme.blogspot.com/
Have Doc Martens really made a come back..? Did they even go away for some time..?
Why are so many of your subjects smoking? I love the style you present, but smoking is not chiche.
Scarves are only for cool people. . .
http://rejectedunicorn.blogspot.com/
looks good...love the greys and the cigarette
Love the move towards wider legged trousers. The time of skinny jeans has come and gone again. Brilliant use of texture and monochrome.
He's really beautiful, and stylish. Love the doc martens. x
How very quintessentially "French". He reminds me of the men in the French film La Belle Personne; so beautiful!
I love this whole outfit. It is so relaxed and chill but chic at the same time. The boots are pretty cool as well and his looks aren't bad either ;)
he's a cute one
Nice ... I like the "slouchy-baggy chic-yet-completely-put-together" look of this.
his gorgeous face makes the look
http://vodkacaviardreams.blogspot.com/
I guess I am the only one who thought this was a girl? Either way--super attractive.
thanks
he's so touching, and a scarf - amazing
He makes the Oliver Twist look stylish. Like the greys and the draping.
he looks mildly peeved, and somewhat like a model dressed up for a photo shoot that is bum themed. Even though it is trousers, boots, coat, scarf, hat, bag... i.e. the outfit that millions of men are wearing all around the world right this second... he has an attitude that is very interesting.
If only he wasn't holding that cigarette... it's the worst accessory. I'll hope it's a pen!
I love this new cut of pants. It reminds me of the suits John Lurie wore in the Lounge Lizards. Too cool!
OMG! He is wonderful!

I know him, he is no Frenchman, he is from Amsterdam.
i love, above all, the moody look/demeanor. what a lovely combination of colors.the inky grey, purple hat seals the deal for me.
heritichotel.blogspot.com
I'm digging his attitude. Its totally shades of grey.
NEED to find out who this boy is.... Anyone?
Well, doesn't he look like a barrel of laughs.
Is he like a emo fashionable guy?
Sorry, but I couldn't help myself...
I do appreciate the style, though!
kis
whoa, androgyny!
He looks like a very young Alain Delon. Gorgeous!
i really love thiese sort of styles.
didn`t even notice the doc martins...drawn to the face, he`s beautiful.
what a handsome boy!!!
i love this. but i wish he wasn't wearing the blue beanie. i love all the variations of grey
his expression is quite interesting ... I wonder if he is a nice & kind person ..? :D btw - his doc martens are perfect :)
Absolutely neglectingly charming!
I went to school Rue Vieille-du-Temple (back in the early '60s). The buildings were dark grey (they hadn't been cleaned since the 17th century) and the people weren't so stylish, but they were 'real'.
RIMBAUD!
Very nice look !
Does anybody know where I could find some great vintage clothing shops in Paris ?
