Camel on camel - wouldn't think it would necessarily work but it does here.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:05 AM) :

The camel on camel works well, with the navy scarf helping to bring balance and stop it looking flat.

I'd really like to see the rest of the outfit though, this is only half the story.

Blogger Alban Giudicelli said ... (7:14 AM) :

The way he has knotted his "scarf" (?) is a mystery !
Amazing.

Blogger Composite Art & Design said ... (7:29 AM) :

Great idea to double the sweater as a muffler!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:30 AM) :

the sweater as a scarf looks a bit silly here with the more formal attire.

Anonymous Chrislalala said ... (7:46 AM) :

How.... Does he fold the scarf, where..... Can I buy it and why..... Am I so goddamn beautiful

Anonymous Jacob Frommer said ... (11:39 AM) :

Best part of this picture- the unkempt 'fro action. My Jew fro is officially at its pinnacle and is loving the fresh Spring winds! Pairing a frumpy Bob Dylan nest of hair with a magnifique outfit is a favorite of mine! Well played, frumpy haired man!

Blogger Robert said ... (7:40 PM) :

I love this look - Im going to try this myself.

Thanks for the visual inspiration.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:47 AM) :

This one is a yes, the only yes for this camel series of posts. It says "pay attention to me" and not "pay attention to my trendy clothes."

Not so for the Celine backstange #4 post which screams "I'm trying so hard to make it look like I'm not trying hard to stand out and the only way I can do that is by wearing obnoxious combinations that are so ugly I will force people to think they must be missing something cool when they look at my clothes."

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:35 AM) :

LOVE!!! who is this guy?? ;-)

Blogger davidikus said ... (5:01 AM) :

Thanks a lot for sharing. More than the camel on camel, it is the blue on camel that attracts my attention. It does indeed « wake up » the whole outfit. Mixing blue & brown ahs long been a Parisian staple, partly born from the fact that old-style French gentlemen (those we call « Vieille France ») would never (ever) mix black & dark blue. A dark blue suit would always be worn with brown shoes and a brown to beige / camel coat – at a push, with a grey but not charcoal coat.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:32 AM) :

Romain Duris in a boho chique outfit, don't like it, too much camel, too easy, and he looks like he has a nasty/overconfident character.. but bien sûr I don't judge people by their looks ;-)

Blogger Diane said ... (7:52 AM) :

I'd like me a guy like this!

kiss

Blogger Dian Prad said ... (10:06 AM) :

lovely,
I love the "scarf" Or sweater...
great fabric on his camel shirt, could see clearly from the pic.

I want to be there.

Blogger Joana said ... (5:26 PM) :

I have to say it...totally my type! Naturally beauty, love the hair, eyes, the scarf (simple and original without be too fashion).

Just love it!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:33 AM) :

I love him

Blogger La petit said ... (3:28 PM) :

classic combination of colours , just perfect ! he looks so elegant.

Anonymous Masha said ... (4:31 PM) :

Similar textures, same colors and still... it works! But i also think that if there was no scarf it wouldn't be so great...

Anonymous Miley said ... (9:17 AM) :

His expression is irresistible.

Blogger averystylishgirl said ... (6:55 PM) :

Simply doable!!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:39 AM) :

Michael looks simply divine. His use of camel on camel shouldn't work but because of the chunky scarf it works!

Anonymous R. RUPERT said ... (9:33 PM) :

it's always amazing when a person use other clothing as a scarf.
