I'm the first one
Some people just have a glow around them, just make you smile, and this woman does that to me. I love the cut of the trousers.

Love from Protugal :)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:00 PM) :

really cool even the hair

Blogger Darcy said ... (3:05 PM) :

Why do you only take pictures of really skinny people? No "plus-size" person is fashionable? I beg to differ.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:09 PM) :

shes hot

Blogger Carly said ... (3:12 PM) :

Love the boots, they remind me of those silver balls you used to get on ice creams.

Blogger SabinePsynopsis said ... (3:12 PM) :

So classical, so well cut. This is a look that would make me feel comfortable pretty much anywhere.(Plus a lovely smile!)

Blogger CW said ... (3:12 PM) :

I think that this well-featured woman would look better with longer hair. This hairstyle makes her look like my plumber. Really! Even Rachel Maddow is beginning to move to longer hair.

Nice shoes. Nice suit. The suit would be great to make a brightly patterned blouse leap out.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:15 PM) :

I just love her look. It really shows how less can be more.

Anonymous Mr Sartorial said ... (3:20 PM) :

Love this outfit ,but Darcy made a good point...all only skinny people you shoot. Maybe NY only has skinny peeps. Here in Milano we are not all stick thin...love our food . We still look good though.

The top and bottom are killer — haircut and boots! I so wish I could wear them needle heels, but I'd last 2 minutes (just enough to take a look in the mirror). Oh well...

This photo is gorgeous and another reason why I love this blog! So many times in fashion editorials, sophistication = sad, depressed, aloof etc... She shows us that if you're out on the street, looking fabulous, let it show!

Blogger Silk+Cotton said ... (11:10 PM) :

2010 working girl the perfect fit with a beautiful smile

Blogger Crayon said ... (12:28 AM) :

She resembles the actress in "Love, Actually".

Blogger Lou said ... (1:09 AM) :

Charismatic woman. That haircut - reminds me of Tilda Swinton. The nightblue is fabulous and so are the length of the coat and the trousers. Very classic, modern, cool.

Anonymous allysonp said ... (8:08 AM) :

great toe-caps.

Blogger Unknown said ... (10:58 AM) :

She is style in it's most simplistic purest form. You can't go wrong here. Her shoes add the punch that makes her look, also her bright smile and "look at me" haircut. She is wonderful!

Blogger Barbara said ... (11:35 AM) :

Gorgeous woman, gorgeous haircut, gorgeous clothes. She looks divine.

Blogger Nimue said ... (4:57 AM) :

You've just gotta love her shoes!!

Anonymous Joanna Roman said ... (7:25 AM) :

Very beatiful, pure& simple way of being sartorialist. I like the way how does he create the frame of herself - she is eye catching (shoes, ahhhhh these shoes!!!) but does not overdose with stimulus

Blogger davidikus said ... (8:31 AM) :

It is fantastic how the light and your technical choices (presumably wide aperture etc.) radically transform the landscape into a see of colours & changing lights. (I am not so sure about the person entering the frame on the right, though; t'is a wee bit distracting). Keep up the good work

Anonymous Sandra said ... (2:51 PM) :
