What a shirt! The pattern is wicked. I've been looking for a dress shirt with a small-squared plaid pattern, and I think I just found it. Does anyone know where this shirt's from?

Blogger Café Naïveté said ... (5:09 PM) :

The colour choices in this outfit are so absurd that it almost works.. I like the jacket(especially the fur) and the glasses but the rest doesn't really work for me:)

I love everything about this look! Super outgoing. The squared dress shirt and the black tie. What a great combination! The gloves is what drew most of my attention in this look simply because how many grownups decide to wear fingerless gloves?! Very few!

Anonymous alabdin said ... (5:53 PM) :

His hair looks like an extension of the fur in the cap.

I can't help but see a contradiction of style in his combination of jacket/armwarmer vs. suit/shirt.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:04 PM) :

What beautiful juxtaposition.... Instant love!

I can't remember this man's name, I think his first name is Michael and he's in the magazine industry. Not sure if this is his doppleganger, but it could very well be him.

Blogger Mr_Morfa said ... (8:10 PM) :

that shirt is from club monaco, december 2009 collection. It's called the morrison shirt. if you're lucky enough you can find it for very cheap out of their stock rooms.

His suit - including shirt and tie (which seems knitted and darkblue similar to ze fingerless mittens) - is dope. This is nerd-style 2010. It's smart, it's earnest, it's fun.

Blogger Unknown said ... (11:14 AM) :

A look have been currently rocking, down to the coloured check and black tie. As for the Parka, damn straight then again I live a city where its routinely -15C.

the little check! Love it~

Anonymous Christopher Gloria said ... (8:55 AM) :

How does nobody know that that is Michael Hainey. He is definitely one of my style icons.

Blogger CW said ... (9:29 AM) :

His shirt has been a Brooks Brothers staple for 50 years. The thumbless/fingerless gloves are interesting, as is the parka's trim.

Anonymous Sarah said ... (1:33 PM) :

Gant Rugger has a similar shirt I think...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:15 AM) :

Unassuming but spot on.
