Blogger The Concrete Commentator said ... (3:12 PM) :

Love here jacket, and her shoes are great. Great pose she has.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:17 PM) :

My goodness, that's a skinny person. Even with the scrunched up jacket and layers she still looks slim. I am soooo jealous right now....heh. She has a lot of panache...looks so great!

Blogger Toil and Trouble said ... (3:20 PM) :

love the layers, the pallete, the tousled hair. love the shoe part of the boot, but the top looks like a tied up shopping bag. kind of wonderful but in an annoying kind of jaded trust fund art student sort of way...

Blogger Whimsy said ... (3:28 PM) :

pretty damn amazing mix of textures and blend of colors.

Blogger Mon said ... (5:27 PM) :

Those boots are awesome!!!!

Anonymous princess glee said ... (5:30 PM) :

The boots, the boots, the boots! The colors are great too. Better still, the climate is cold enough to wear such. Not complaining but Los Angeles is warm and sunny. Jackets, tweeds, tights, boots, are far from my mind's reach.

Blogger Chrisitian Perez said ... (5:37 PM) :

cool ourfit.. love the jacket and the boots! great shot! =D

Blogger Miri said ... (6:33 PM) :

Like her bag - a rare colour of the YSL Downtown - and her "attitude"!

Blogger Sibylla said ... (6:37 PM) :

I love the jacket, the boots but most of all her attitude! Just great!

Anonymous Michele said ... (6:44 PM) :

...going against the grain...i dont think the boots work - a bit bottom heavy. Chloe?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:46 PM) :

Everything, but the shoes...

Blogger Maria Irene said ... (6:47 PM) :

Love her outfit.

But I'm sorry those shoes are ugly.

Blogger AnastasiaC said ... (8:26 PM) :

who is she? she looks so familiar but have no idea - FAB shoes!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:21 PM) :

Let me make the shoes mine~!

Blogger SorellaStyle said ... (9:21 PM) :

Those boots are what dreams are made of. I'll have a pair in every colour please!

Blogger Carol said ... (9:58 PM) :

All right, crazy-ass shoes are how the industry wants us women to spend $ this year. GOT it. We'll see these shoes in the consignment shop in 2 years. At least she'll wear the other elements of her wardrobe here for another 20+ years. Some of us have to walk 30 mins. to the train.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:10 PM) :

she's too fierce for her own good i'm afraid...

Anonymous I.A. said ... (10:14 PM) :

I wish the skirt/dress length was a bit shorter so that it makes her so much more taller.
And I know it's winter but I feel like she's overlayering and it's too heavy. Maybe if she didn't scrunched up her sleeves then maybe it'd look better.
But I like the color combination and how it makes the purse stand out.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:38 PM) :

I don't keep up that well with women's fashion, but I do know what I find visually pleasing.
Those boots are just plain unattractive.

Anonymous edinamonsoon said ... (10:58 PM) :

Love the boots. Love the bag. She's got enough attitude to sell the whole look.

Blogger brittney said ... (11:01 PM) :

this has to be my favorite ensemble yet. i love the layering and the crazy shoes. she had fun putting this together i can tell.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:04 PM) :

Fashion should be joyful and sometimes funny, but I'm laughing at those boots for all the wrong reasons.

Blogger ADJ said ... (11:29 PM) :

She is amazing looking. Love the boots and the bag!

Blogger Lisa Petrarca said ... (11:40 PM) :

A little too much going on here. How hard would it be to walk in those boots?

That would driving me nuts...flopping around with every step!

Anonymous Vi said ... (1:59 AM) :

I like the colours, I like the jacket layering, I like the shoes. But the whole ensemble just makes her look like a fashion victim.

Blogger Golden Girl Olive said ... (2:19 AM) :

I like the layers and the mix of different shades of green and grey. I'll throw my hat into the loving the boots ring, and wondering where they're from as well.

Blogger Bina said ... (2:37 AM) :

paper bags are shoes?

Blogger Vitrinen said ... (3:00 AM) :

Cool outfit, except for the boots, they are somehow too much. Though I can´t figure out wether it is her who doesn´t carry them well or if it´s the boots themselves.

Blogger San said ... (3:07 AM) :

Interesting layering and attitude. But the bag and the shoes, ugh.

Blogger thwany said ... (3:13 AM) :

awesome hair

Blogger Diane said ... (3:33 AM) :

The boots are crazy pretty! But I would have used another jacket with that skirt...

Anonymous Maria said ... (3:39 AM) :

I love the colour combination and the bag, but those shoes are hideous, just too big.

Blogger Sara Bentley said ... (4:44 AM) :

This outfit is probably studied but I love the way the slouchiness of both her boots and handbag add a nonchalance. I rarely like suits (even worn as separates) because they seem too uptight. This is a good job!

Blogger what dia like said ... (5:10 AM) :

amazing shoes.

Anonymous ziolele said ... (5:10 AM) :

speechless, love the outfit, perfect!

Blogger sushivskebab said ... (5:21 AM) :

A stylish lady, no doubt ... I like the ton-sur-ton outfit, however I would choose for her a different bag: different shape, different colour!

Anonymous lyrebirdgully said ... (5:31 AM) :

The boots should be called "Tornado aftermath".They appear to have suffered an incident with a large canine. Never mind, the outfit is still a treasure trove for the style-hungry, as many readers have explained. But what about the intriguing!...right hand hidden in inner breast pocket(?)of sportscoat, and a 3/4 stance to show off simultaneously the boots, the jacket design, the bag and the sleeve details. But the very best of all the details are the veins in her left hand. This hand is the composition centrepiece, anchoring the hair/bag/hand triangle; and in contrast to the other hand, this hand is relaxed and fully revealed. It's the presence of this hand which gives the photo(in spite of all the clothes) the visual intensity of viewing a life drawing model.[Portraits where the hands are busy obscured, or gloved, e.g. most of the recent shots, have an entirely different feel.] Top subject and top photo, Mr.S!!

Anonymous Joanna Roman said ... (5:46 AM) :

O yeah!!! She is amazingly stylish! I just adore the way she plays with colors & layers / lenghts / shades / patterns /textures of materials she wears.

And her pose, her face - she is just brilliant: bold to be brave :)

Anonymous Replica Jewelry said ... (6:26 AM) :

She is looking very stylish in this long heal black shoes. I just love her style.

Blogger VOGUETTE said ... (6:49 AM) :

This must be the first time for me to leave a negative comment. But I'll try it in a constructive way. First on the positive side, I love the colours.. I like all pieces that she has used individually but the proportions do not work together as a whole. She should've opted for a shorter dress shirt or something. Slouchy boots do not work with a skirt of that length and the layering on top looks a bit heavy to me. Maybe a more lightweight cardigan could've better for the three layer look.

Blogger Karoline said ... (7:07 AM) :

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:05 AM) :

she's delicious

Blogger l´habitué said ... (8:30 AM) :

I love the boots but most of all I love her attitude.
She couldn't care less if someone doesn't like her outfit.

Blogger NagyNinaMontanaro said ... (8:30 AM) :

love the "sleeve game" and the colors!

Blogger Alice said ... (8:31 AM) :

Very stylish!Love it

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:36 AM) :

off-balance outfit,
not in proportion,
make her legs look very short, but her upper body look extra long,
definitely will look better if the skirt is shorten, so that her legs don't look ridiculously short with the block-of-brick-like-boots.

Blogger Anea said ... (8:49 AM) :

Love his bag!

Blogger Kathleen said ... (9:47 AM) :

I love her, what an outfit. Monochromatic yes, but in a good way. No, great way. I love her sassy posture, and the way she puts it all together. I'm especially loving her accessories! Great photograph!

Anonymous Sevin said ... (10:01 AM) :

Yes, great attitude, and I love the boots. But, my God, she looks as if she's about to pull on you. I would have run the other way. God, look at that slush. I wish we had some slush over here in L.A. instead of more of this g*dd*mn sun.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:31 AM) :

are the boots rick owens?

Anonymous Cat said ... (11:33 AM) :

those shoes! ah i'm drooling over them...and she looks so fierce!

Blogger Jacqueline said ... (11:47 AM) :

Love the boots and the bag looks interesting. xo

Blogger metscan said ... (12:45 PM) :

I like the way her hair, bag, and shoes match.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:57 PM) :

I love when you post someone wearing something in a way that's never cdossed my mind - I love the blazer sleeves pushed up over the heavy cable knit. I must try that.

Blogger Jennifer said ... (2:44 PM) :

Here are the Chloe boots:

Anonymous kagitsune said ... (3:38 PM) :

Love the Napoleonic "hand in Jacket" pose. :D

Blogger noodlesandshoes said ... (4:24 PM) :

i think this are actually the boots.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:05 PM) :

I absolutely love the colour palette of this, and i love the boots, but I'm most envious of how she manages to wear so many layers and not look bulky. Warm and Stylish is so hard to achieve!

Blogger Ninjagaiden78 said ... (7:19 PM) :

Those shoes are incredible.

Anonymous The Photodiarist said ... (8:16 PM) :

Awesome layered look! I love it.

Anonymous Martina said ... (8:17 PM) :

Blogger katkas said ... (2:35 AM) :

those shoes!!!!!!

Blogger The Clever Pup said ... (9:25 AM) :

L'habitue thinks she looks like she doesn't care if people like her outfit - I think she cares very much if people like her outfit - or else she wouldn't have spent so much time working on her look. This is completely contrived.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:50 PM) :

Blogger Alice D. Millionaire said ... (10:42 PM) :

fantastic shot! really exciting layering action here... and it's not everyday that layering navys and greys are exciting..

Blogger Quirkygirl said ... (2:46 AM) :

Love the shoes! <3

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:30 AM) :

Nice outfit. Is it a man or a woman? Doesnot matter but want to know ... another one here said she liked his bag.

Blogger rhai♥laborte said ... (3:07 PM) :

I like everything especially the boots and bag! Fab!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:35 PM) :

I can't believe how many people love these boots. They are absolutely hideous. They look like they accidentally fell down around her ankles. Look how skinny her calves appear because of the boots. The rest of her outfit goes together well. The other exception is the way she has her jacket sleeve rolled above that thick wool sweater. No. No. No.:)

Blogger Bilal said ... (9:48 AM) :

Not loving it. A try hard.

Anonymous MaddyC. said ... (1:02 PM) :

the length and the volume of the skirt makes all of the gathering happening come across a bit sloppy. however, given the right balance, the layering on the top half of her body(paired with that Ms.Thang attitude)would be so chic.
The boots need a look with less going on so that they can really shine.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:02 PM) :

she's Ada Kokosar, take a look

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:11 PM) :

these shoes remind me of times when a was a little child stepping into my mother's shoes .... one of my colleagues loves this kind of shoes - i find them extremely ugly.

Blogger Heather said ... (4:20 PM) :

I want her boots right now!!!

Blogger laundrygirl said ... (8:57 PM) :

She wears it well! I love the bag and the boots on her!
