Blogger Crayon said ... (9:15 PM) :

Sorry, but reminds me of my first visit to New York one chilly March, dressed completely inappropriately for the weather and the city. Luckily no one could immortalize it on a blog back then. But she looks so much cuter than I did!

Anonymous AnjaM said ... (9:18 PM) :

How funny, I just saw an old picture of Veronica Lake today and she was wearing shoes just like these! She was even wearing a long coat in the pic too!

So natural, beautiful smile.... the outfit which is terrific looking is actually secondary to her genuine, beautiful smile.

The photo altogether is incredible. What a capture!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:53 PM) :

I love her shoes!

Blogger ADJ said ... (9:56 PM) :

All of the shoes in this photo are amazing but don't really fit with the 10 inches on snow that mount every corner in the streets of NYC.

Miss B xx

Anonymous Isabel Broberg said ... (5:55 AM) :

I was reading the comments about the shoes and just waned to add that they are from Chanel collection spring-summer 2009. I LOVE THEM!!!

Anonymous Mery said ... (5:56 AM) :

I guess no one has noticed she looks familiar? I am sure I have seen her on your blog before. I believe she wore more colour then, but who needs colour when you have a smile like that! :)

Blogger Maria Ana said ... (6:05 AM) :

If not for the outfit, she stands out for her smile! Lovely

Anonymous Mery said ... (6:13 AM) :

I found her on your blog now, from Nov 9, 2009. :) She had no color besides the nails but great presence - that's why I remembered her. Some people have that distinctiveness, no matter whether in heels or flats. I would love to see more of her if opportunity arises.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:23 AM) :

In Canada, we call open toed shoes in the snow just another saturday night. I love them though, does anybody know who makes them? I'm dying to know, I'll snap them up in a nano second. Beautiful girl!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:18 AM) :

That smile could warm any man's certainly sets her apart from the crowd...

Great SMILE.. !!
A Simple Girl.. !!
I like it..

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:12 PM) :

Let's face it...women wear high heels and ignore the difficulty walking and the discomfort of being thrown forward, so what's a bit of frozen toe added to the mix? The shoes are worn by someone who favors fashion over comfort and the smile says she is happy doing it!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:41 PM) :

Oh what an amazing shot!!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:08 PM) :

It's been said before, but what a killer smile!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:53 PM) :

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:45 AM) :

Blogger Jack Daniel said ... (12:21 PM) :

I like these kinda women.

Anonymous AnonymousJK said ... (12:56 PM) :

Peep toes, no stockings and snow? Someone obviously uses a car service That said, she looks great and that smile is infectious!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:13 PM) :

sprightly young woman-- wonderful!

Blogger Kathleen said ... (5:30 PM) :

Great trench coat, great outfit for this matter. I love her wonderful smile and lovely blond hair blowing in the freezing wind. Speaking of freezing, how about her ankles and feet! Still, she looks fantastic. She is in a hurry for spring, aren't we all!

i couldn't love this any more — the smile, the trench, the peep toes... it's perfection.

Anonymous MaddyC said ... (2:28 PM) :

this picture really drives home the fact that nothing elevates ones style as much as the joy that radiates from a smile.
