I do not like when you cannot tell if it is a woman or a man. I know it is a woman, but it is not obvious at first. Whether it be that men wear pants that are too tight, or if women wear outfit that is too "masculin."

Very rarely that I look at a young person and wish I was that age again, but hey this young woman exemplifies the panache of youth. Her look reminds me of how my friends and I used to dress in '77 before 'punk'became a grotesque cliché.
Given the sophistication of her look ( very rock and roll without the caricature!) my guess is that this young woman is going to be a sartorialist for the rest of her life.
My only suggestion! a vintage, Tootal scarf or a matelot would nd compliment the look perfectly.
