As Robert commented earlier, the influence of green coats and sportsjackets in Milano(especially)is magnificent, a nice jacket and a great look!
Charlotte, the coat appears to be European issue or a close knock-off. Italy, Ireland and a few other countries issue coats in this shade rather than something more brownish drab. These are hard to find stateside unless you check sportsmansguide.com or some more esoteric military surplus websites which specialize in foreign stuff.
