your so good at what you do.
I wish you would come back to toronto
and run into me so i could be in a
photo lol!!
http://foryourSATISFASHION.com
hey that's the muchmusic VJ! love the trench coats.
A Burberry trench is a staple like Chanel's classic caviar or Louboutin's simple pump. An absolute must.
sarah taylor, muchmusic vj in toronto!!!
These are beautiful.
I'm so happy that one of the is of Sarah Taylor, a fellow Canadian! When were you in Toronto?
Anyways, love the blog; I'm a huge fan!
LOVE the picture of the children. Style personified. Those hats are the best!
Hey thats the VJ from much music. and those 2 boys are so cute in those trench coats.
The beautiful Sarah Taylor, reppin' Toronto.
Cute matching kids!
http://ganymedekids.blogspot.com
those children are about the cutest ones I have ever seen! Burberry just looks good on everyone, no matter age or size. Love how this is proved by these 3 pictures.
love the head scarf
I still like best the earlier post with the girl from NY rocking the trench. She matches the wrinkled texture of the items, and the rest of her look kind of jives with the trench, plus the tattoo poking out. Here these people seem to just have stuck the trench on as an afterthought. Just my opinion...love the redhead's trench style, though.
The KIDS snap is so great. I want grown-up sizes for myself...
those kids are without a doubt the coolest ever. I definitely didn't transcend that sort of style back in the day. This post has officially moved "burberry trench" WAY up on the christmas list
Nice pics! The girl looks gorgeous and I love her skinny jeans!!!
Xoxo
Sarah Taylor! Muchmusic VJ. I've always thought she has such amazing style.
love toronto style
Stylish kiddos!
very classy.
Vive Le Trench!
Sarah Taylor!!!!
You're in TORONTO!!!??!

xx

YAY! SARA MUCH MUSIC VJ!
Go Canada!

check out my giveaway, win a studded handbag.
http://lionstigersandfashionohmy.com
love the first and second photo.
burberry trench just add a classy taste to your outfit without you having to try too hard.
Love this post and how all three pictures and how they are reflected differently based on age and gender. I think everyone should own a trench coat once in their life...
Of course, Burberry (my favorite designer!) is the go-to trench, but I even saw nifty ones at Banana Republic and Gap now!

Love, Love, Love!! Those boys are too cute!
Every photo is amazing!! Thankyou ;)
http://thebowery-g.blogspot.com/
ooh, love this.
hey, sarah the vj from muchmusic! love what she's wearing, and she got rid of the fro!
This set of 3 pictures is amazing and really shows the versatility of the trench--how it can become so personally styled in such different ways. The first one with the black buttons is exceptionally sharp. (just got one)
the last girl is a muchmusic vj
Somehow I knew that pair in the middle were from London before reading the caption!
These photos are so much fun, Scott. Thank you for posting them!
(And don't forget to come to Boston!)
Fantastic. Shows the enduring appeal of the trenchcoat. One of the greatest style icons of our time.
Toronto- sarah taylor - Much music VJ.
Trenches are too short these days. I had my Burberry restyled to come to a length that was typical of the 1950's (just above the ankle) and a little fuller. Cost $$ but well worth it!
awe! those two little boys are so cute! what a great shot of character and innocence. i love your photography! :)
nice comparison, the kids are so cute
Sarah Taylor! love her, and the coat!
The bottom pic is Sarah Taylor from MuchMusic fame.
SARAH TAYLOR! yay, Toronto represent!
ha! the two little boys are sooo adorable! could an adult have pulled off the lion t-shirt? and the velcro shoes are so cute. haha and of course the mini trench coats :) so so cute!
Yup
hey, that looks like that muchmusic VJ. and that being toronto, i think it really could be! someone confirm?
New York totally wins my vote, but as a Canuck I am happy to see Toronto there. I'm pretty sure it's your first Canadian post ever.
awesome, a Toronto shot!
i have a question, anybody can answer me. how those he know they truly wearing a burberry trench, those he ask them before taking the picture or after taking the picture?
I believe that's Sara.. VJ on MuchMusic.
http://www.styleQuotient.ca
Love the look of the girl from Toronto, and those kids how lovely are they?
Great photos as always
Toronto!! Sarah Taylor, des gros bisous ma belle!
This beauty looks like the MuchMusic Canada VJ named Sarah Taylor... and this is crazy because the photo was taken in Toronto... WOAH!
Sarah Taylor! She's my favourite VJ on MuchMusic by far
The trench is overlooked as the classic approach to a sophisticated look that pairs well with both a professional and casual look. I love mine even though it isn't Burberry. Lol.
awwwwwwwww those twins are SOOOOO cute! And so very stylish! Their going to break so many hearts in a few years!
I'm so happy to see Toronto on here! I met you when you were here, and it's great to see some Canadian content--especially since it's a great shot. Very natural seeming.
Such timeless elegance, photographed so perfectly!!!
=O a Picture from toronto! Woohoo!!! Love for Toronto! Great photos! I wish there were more from Toronto or Montreal!
http://mushitushi.blogspot.com
No matter the country the classic Burberry trench always looks amazing. I just received your book for my birthday and it is simply gorgeous.
I love the second picture. Great job on this project.

Great Project Scott,
congrats!
You must have had a blast. :-)
Hey, it's Sarah Taylor from Muchmusic!
Love these three shots. Might be all about Burberry but definitely would've picked the photographer!
Toronto loves you!!!
Great spread! I love all three! Thanks, Scott!!
They're all great takes on a classic. It's nice to know some things remain amidst the barrage of fashion statements.
adorable kids!
Photographic evidence that trench coats are timeless and stylish.
wow that trench is so beautiful! yay Toronto - please do a book signing somewhere in Canada!
How is it that a garment that has been around for nearly 100 years, and which came from the trenches of WW I still inspires so much romance and imagination? Thanks to a new generation of stylists at Burberry the trench coat is something for a whole new generation to assign their own meanings and associations to, that will, no doubt, become as much of a signature icon for them as it certainly already is for everyone over the age of 50. For those of us who love these garments and appreciate the versatility and elan which they offer it would seem difficult to come up with a better alternative. (p.s., Trends be damned, the original long length is, in my humble opinion, still the best way to go.)
isnt that much musics host?
so good
This last pic is great - the woman is refreshingly, naturally beautiful!
The Art of the Trench project is fantastic. You must've had so much fun.
Lovely! Nice to see Toronto make it on here in a most fabulous way - Sarah T looks great (MuchMusic VJ). Way to represent!

ahhh Sarah Taylor of MuchMusic!! I love her!
Classic New York. Classic.
so cute, i always thought this vj from muchmusic should be a model!
Love the twin! they're so charming. esp. the one with lion tee.
Fabulous campaign concept. I want one for my boyfriend! I want one for me! I want one for all the gorgeous kids i know, too! Your photos are, as always, sublime.
Sart, all 3 are perfection. I love the trench for this reason: its ability to be complement any and every aesthetic. I took a look at the Burberry Art of the Trench page, and I am so impressed. I have always admired your work, but especially now.
i love this collaboration, i think this is such a fun idea and interesting to see how the trench is done in different ways all over.. i mean, just be these 3 photos we can see such a variety..
.. they all look amazing by the way!
PS: woo.. toronto!!
Finally some Canadian content!
You need to check out Montreal!
OMG!!! Those twin boys are the cutest!!!
I admire your work because you're good at capturing not only style but also character - in each of your photographs, especially this one, the different personalities of the subjects show through.
Sarah Taylor is beautiful! It is great to see someone from Toronto on this site! She got some wicked style! Canada representin'! WOOT!
yeah, that's Sarah Taylor.
Sarah Taylor from Much Music!! REPRESENT! Love her, amazing style! Come to western Canada Scott, You'll find some amazing style here! Alberta can give you the Canadian version of Cowboy and Vancouver will impress you too!
As a huge trench and Burberry fan, LOVE these! Especially the last pic, she looks fabulous! And I've never seen a Burberry trench (or any trench) worn with a headscarf, she pulls it off effortlessly & so beautifully...
i yearn for the day i own a Burberry trench.
The trench coat project is so neat! Do you go around carrying the coats?
Those two children in the center picture are wonderful!
-Robyn
very cool projetct, love the photos... www.spotmag.blogspot.com
ytench rules...love the third pic.
beautiful, substantially an elegant look-but can do without the head scarf.
Love the Eero Saarinen tulip chair in the Toronto pic! A design classic just like the trench.
Just curious as to how many of these were styled and how many were "raw" finds?
Nice work.
--haapi
Hmmm...
I think I need a trench coat.
=)
Two lovely little guys with Burberry's trench!! :)
The twin boys are sooo adorable! This project's really great. Can't wait to see more photos!
little boys are so cute!!:)
Cindrella
I love everithing.
A succesfull mix of classic items. Jeans, trench, pumps...and head scarf. OMG!
The cute face helps a lot too.
Perfect fitting and a good attire.
I would have messed those trenches right up, when I was that young. You know, climbing trees and junk.
Gotta dig out my old Bueberry and, somehow, find a way to use it here in dry & hot Kuwait...
Any suggestions..?
Tom
Burberry has been a classic staple of London's East(uptown) and West (down town) End styles for ever. Fascinating to see how the same garments are worn across the globe. Interesting that this post follows the one on cowboy's as I believe the western style style, along with 'classic' work wear ,are two of the greatest contributions that America has made to the menswear.
cute pics!

Elegantly trenched, the gentleman. The twins should be rolling in dirt, riding bikes, climbing trees, sling-shotting pigeons, stealing stuff et cetera rather than sartorial experiments for mum and dad. The lady, just gorgeous.
Pietro
Mi scusi, I forgot... the Saarinen chair behind the lady is i-c-o-n-i-c. Love it and love retro furnishings. I have a whole apartment decked out in that style. I am glad it persists in commercial and residential situations.
Pietro
Great pics!!! By the way, i've seen the same cowboy boots at garance doré, nice coincidence!!!
See you around in Spain!;)
I just love the many ways yu can were a trench! We have just been discussing Burberry trenches on my blog!
http://fashionpearlsofwisdom.blogspot.com/
Oooh... These children in their trench! LOVE IT

Columbo!
Not sure about the kids coats but women can look amazing in trench coats - just like the model!
All women should own one!
OMG i'm in love with the kids :)

Love to the two boys from London. What a pair.

Finally,
A shot from Toronto. Hopefully now the world will see that we don't live in Igloos, there is fashion here and we're a beautifully diverse city with lots to offer!

Wow, those pictures are so cool. Can´t believe that you just spottet them on the street:-))
love Sarah Taylor... happy to see more Torontonians showing up in Scott's selections!
Love the trench photos. Nice accompanying article in today's NY Times on B's new site (in which your photos look fanatastic!) Thanks for all your continued postings and comments - which I love!
Also, thanks for the rodeo photos too - it's nice to see another side of this country's style.
I love the two young boys. They look very unique!
So nice to see Canada, particularly Toronto, represented on your blog. We do have some stylish people up here Scott! I can even find stylish subjects for my street style blog here in London, Ontario, which is conservative with a capital "C".
http://forestcityfashionista.blogspot.com
FINALLY Toronto makes it's appearance on THE most talked about street style blog ever ;) You have no clue how long I've been waiting to see Torontonians on here. Her style is spot on. She represents Toronto quite accurately.
I love the last picture!
Sarah Taylor!!! She's a fashion goddess. Thanks for representing her and Toronto, Scott!
The top one reminds me of my ex-husband, in a good way. No wonder he got away with philandering!
La femme de la dernière photo est superbe.
WOW. That New Yorker in the first picture is so sharp, so confident, so sexy. Very alluring. Guys, please take note: THIS is an attractively dressed man.
Great pic, Scott.
Victoria

Sarah Taylor (from much)! She's always had such great style. But where's the pic of Dan Levy from MTV Canada that you took?
I want to marry her
Love the pics of the kids!
new york gent has good reason to be looking sharp--salesman/fitter for attolini. i accidentally walked into their trunk show last week. that suit looked so good i'm having them make the same one for me.

and Sarah! I'm so happy that everyone can see how beautiful she is and the great style she produces! Thanks for representing Canada!
p.s.... no book signing in Toronto or did i just miss the memo?
Great pictures BUT re: NY those dark buttons look miserable. They are unhappy to be stuck on the wrong trench.
it's sarah from muchmusic!! omg gorgeous!!
Sarah T. representing for Canada (can't think of a better choice really). Got to be honest, what I like best about the picture is that I swear Sarah has a bag of Fritos in her hand...classic.
Gorgeous! Now there is a woman who can really wear the skinny jean!
Its amazing how you can tell the style from far away , in every corner of the world ! Very nice indeed!
can anybody tell me how to tie a headscarf exactly like the lovely sarah taylor, of muchmusic fame? it seems so simple...
Scott, I love your snapshots of the kids/teens from London! So young, so fashionable. Keep em coming, please.
You just know which one of the twins is gonna be the bad ass (or arse, if you may) of the two! Quipped with a lion on his t-shirt, armband, hand coolly grabbing his twin's shoulder and his slick facial expression = Effortless cool kid!
The twin on the right just has sweetheart written all over his face and demeanor.
These two boys are fantastic!! I want my son to become like them!!
Toronto represent!!! Love Sarah Taylor!
yes please come back to toronto. i'm glad to see i'm not the only one that would love to run into you on our fair streets.
wow.the most chic & stylish boys
i've ever seen!
they are just adorable...
lovely picture !
I know exactly where this was! Its in front of a furniture store at queen and gladstone!
Those kids are just asking to be the subject of a children's chapter book about a pair of friends that solve mysteries!
That is until I realized I was just remembering the Mary-Kate and Ashley books of the same subject from my childhood...
I love it!! The twins are adorable!
thanks so much for giving me this brilliant idea to wear my trench coat with black flats. it looks charming!
Hilla Ohayon

GORGEOUS!!!
The childs with the Burberry's Trench are very cute .
I love to see a fellow Torontonian on this blog. Especially wearing a Burberry Trench. More of this, please.
Hey, that's Sarah Taylor. She lives right beside me. I wish I'd been in Toronto in November!
Yes, she is the much music vj.
On TV they don't come across as any more inane and vacuous than this one. Nice style though! Hmmm. Does that teach us anything?
I'm so happy that one of the is of Sarah Taylor, a fellow Canadian! When were you in Toronto?
