Its a classy lady!!!
I love the scarpins!
thesingular.blogspot.com
I like her dress, I assume this one was taken a while ago, because it is freezing now!
Is that the new Marc Jacobs dress?
Ladylike and lovely.
Beautiful pattern on the dress! I like how the classic shape has had a more modern print juxtaposed on it.
The addition of a classic bag and shoes just make sit even better!
Inspiring, as always. Do you have any tips for people who are trying to get into street style photography themselves?

very chic

This is elegant and lovely and classy and timeless. You seem to always find women to admire.
beautiful and elegant...a lady!
Beautiful and strong.
love that dress! And all of your photos look unique and classy. That's why I love your blog.
Monika from j'adore fashion
Beautiful, elegant style that you have captured here. Also, i love the way you handle light in your photography.
what a chic look! i love it when women look like "women", in the classic old school Sophia Loren kind of way.
So chic. I love the restraint of the shoes - no over-the-top platform, strapped-up ridiculousness for her. Classics, proportion and taste always rule the day. Does she have a bit of Anne Bancroft or Catherine Keener about her?
WOW, such a classy and elegant cougar. Me likey, likey...
she has great legs too
Love the heels, dress and background lighting!!! :0
Gorgeous, elegant, classic yet still fresh & fun...
Looks like Ted Danson's wife
Mary Steenburgen
very chic!

Love the dress! Such an elegant lady!

I love the composition of this shot - her placement between the buildings, the monotone blocks and perpendicular lines contrasting with the pattern on her dress and the relaxed curves of her timelessly elegant stance.
Chic. Effortless perfection. The shape of the heels is brilliant.
There is this laid-back charm about the lady.
this is a shoes for a Lady during a day. No plataforms, it´s terrible.
That's a really long arm!
so nice pic & she is so elegant!

great shot. ageless style.
the looks works because they're not kitten heels.
proportion wins, as the 5:36 comment above says.
roger vivier shoes...♥
her glowing tan totally takes this look from chic to gorgeous. i love the curve of her pumps! they look ever so dries van noten to me...
This woman should give posture lessons to all the young slumping slouching quasi-beauties. Her posture helps her look poised, confident, and elegant.
I like the pattern. Casual yet chic.
very lovely, stylish yet composed and ladylike ;)

marc jacobs collection, fall 09.
great touch with the hermes.
Her posture would make about anything look chic. You can't not look at her. Her gaze, her smile: all other things fall away - however wonderful they are tough. She's got IT. A very gentle charisma.
awesome dress. this looks like a tory burch ad.
xoxo,

is it a birkin bag?
That bag definitely appears to be Hermes, let me know anyone if you agree or disagree, I like it nonetheless. Love the total ensemble, seems to just be something she threw on--effortlessly classic. I love it when it people make it look so easy like they don't try at all.
So classy!!

confidence but not arrogance - love it!
LOVE the Marc Jacobs! Such a simple, classy look. Defenitely my style.
Such timeless elegance! Sometimes i look at a shot like this and have to stop to wonder what is it that makes the person so attractive. It's not just the outfits. It has become a part of them.
Beautiful portrait. She's stunning.
i love this. she's not making any statements but it is a statement.
beautiful & classy for sure <3
Beautiful ensemble on a beautiful women dressed appropriately.

i love this outfit.
it's simple yet classy.
I agree with Monika, that dress looks unique and classy.
i am currently looking for a shoe that is little over the top because my event i am attending next month is little over the top.
i did lot of googling past couple of days and found some botiques with expensive shoe collections the one i am very interested is a very little known brand Monkees and i I fell in love with this shoe Frye DEBORAH STUDDED, i looked around on Google and find one in stock at http://www.buymonkees.com website but the price is $640.00 is this reasonable?
Any suggestion guys???
Thanks
I think the photo is lovely (location, lighting etc ), but the outfit is just so blah...the dress is very average, a bit of a bargain basement print if you ask me....and the shoes? so boring.
J'aime beaucoup son regard.
Quelle allure, la donna.
Effortless elegance. Love her hair!
www.ashluxe.blogspot.com
I love her dress. She's amazing.
I just can wait for Mr. Postman to bring me the book I ve just order. I LOVE your pics. Très beau!
Very classy... the bag is a nice touch!
rosebankland.blogspot.com
She looks great! I wish I could look that good at her age. (I'd wear shoes that were more 'of the moment', I think.)
Given that, she's got great proportions. The lottery of genetics have given long limbs. Her arms look fabulous.
Roger Vivier shoes are so pretty they can be identified easily. classic and elegant!
less is more!
Women of a certain age benefit from such timeless, classic elegance, yet she makes it look original. That is style.
Yes, now that is a LADY. How refreshing. No gimmicks, no clodhopper "fashionable" shoes. Lovely!
So simple - so amazing. A classy lady, hope i could like half this great when i turn thirthy!
The angles are so subtle....
boring boring
i love the dress!
www.aonie.it
i agree with what has been said before...she looks classic and lovely w/out all the trends. love the bag!
Roger Vivier shoes and a Birkin ...my fav combo too !
Simple, elegant.
so pretty - and not overdone. love it!
Simple dress that looks comfortable without being slouchy. Natural hair, natural makeup. No bling whatsoever, but she would make heads turn anywhere.
The perfect posture is the best accessory of all.
Sart, please give us some cold-weather pics. I love to experiment based on inspiration from here, but this shot just won't do it, even in the south of France, where I am wearing two sweaters and sitting by a space heater.
ADORE her simple, elegant sophistication. She has STYLE!
On the money!
What a sly grin. It makes me wonder what she's thinking.
I am secretly so very tired of all these photos fashionistas with 6 inch heels during the day, in the street. Power to them if they can do it all day, every day, but it´s become both obvious and a bit ridiculous. Well, their choice. But these heels I find really charming, the shape is much more interesting than height!
we adore to wear women like her... much more sensual than any teenager;-)
so chula...
www.chula.es
I totally adore your blog and recommend it to friends whenever possible. Today I linked to your blog at mine as you are one of my favorite blogs. http://chocolatesushi.blogg.no
I believe the dress is from Ann Taylor... Might be mistaken... My ex-wife has it, I believe.
That's how a woman of her age should be dressed. Not dowdy. Not showing too much skin. Just elegant and understated. Nicely tanned I might add.
fantastic dress, lovely bag.
love her dries!
Superb, feminine and sexy, you only see this in Italy!
Classy Albertina!
Yeah, maybe it is a Birkin. so what? Walk Madison Avenue and you'll see they're a dime a dozen. Hermes flooded the market with them this past year. Go into any Hermes store, there are at least 30Birkins in the back room. Have you read the recent financial postings of Hermes? Scarves down 35%. Fragrance down 27%. Watches down 30%. Handbags UP 23%. Why do you think that is? Because Hermes suddenly made the Birkin available to any and all. Duh!
The contrast between the light, washed out backround and the womans saturated color is beautiful. Love, love, love.
i like her style!
She's a great-looking woman in her 50s. More, please. A bit tired of all the fab 20-somethings. As if that's a big deal. Show us more women who stay fit and fabulous. And don't feel the need to wear platforms, minis, and lycra to prove it. Perhaps the outfit doesn't look as fabulous at other angles, but it's great here. Love the shoes. Chic yet comfortable. The hair... nice, but again, the angle is fabulous.
wow! what a lady, and what a smile.
You gotta love a woman in pumps:)
same beautiful lady in your book? yes?
love the Hermes bag!
pretty!
is it just me though, or does her arm look freakishly long?
Ammmeeeeiii. Uma das poucas bem vestidas nesse blog.
Carine.... this is chic....this is alive..... this is like.... i exist.... learn from her....
