So cute!
loVe it!!!
Lovely dress, shoes and hair. This bike makes the outfit awesome.
Love this photo <3
very nice, I want a bike like that!
Love it - love the colour of her hair, her dress, her skin. Love the bike, the baskets. Love her elegance - hands and arch of foot. Gorgeous pic!
Love this cycle!
& love her outfit.
XXX
That fabric is beautiful. I'm a bit jealous of her bike baskets as well.
Classic.
Elegant.
Beautiful.
I love it!
Love the baskets!
this bike is...
truly scrumptious
I dig her bike more than her outfit.
wow... so beautiful. I love all of the earth tones set against the black of the bicycle. For me more photography then fashion, but definitely consisting of both!
I came across your site last week as my friend has it set as her homepage, and I've been hooked ever since! I now think differently about how I put together my outfit, I have more courage to express my identity through clothing - thank you :)

Oh the elegance of a lovely woman on a touring bike. Lovely.
A bike is the BEST new accessory.
http://fashionswapparty.blogspot.com
Oh beautiful depth of field!
This is how I would like to travel through my day.
Effortlessly lovely dress, shoes, hair.
Super bicycle.
And everything that is not RIGHT NOW just a bit out of focus!
That dress compliments the bike quite nicely. Neutral.
WAUW
her dress even combines with her bike!
what do you mean 'thought it through'?
Love the sensuality.
Her dress is truly beautiful. Love the way it gathers and falls - and the rolled sleeves.
The belt looks intriguing as well, wish I could see it better.
She is gorgeous and an inspiration to us "mature women".
Thanks for a very nice picture.
oh my gosh... lovely. I'm loving the flats, the bicycle with the baskets... and especially that dress with the sleeves rolled and the gigantic hem - so wonderfully retro. (oh yes. And her tan... a wee bit jealous.)
such a feminine and relaxed look! Gorgeous
I want her bike!
AWW SHE LOOKS SO CUTE ON THE BIKE. WELL LOVE THE COLOR OF HER DRESS IT GOES WITH THE COLOR OF THE BIKE AND THE BASKETS. :0
Is Toto in the basket?
I love this woman's dress, its so elegant yet she's still able to wear it on a bike. The look is classic. Great photo.

I wish ATL were a bike friendly city. Then I would look chic while commuting. That's all it would take...

I love how Italian women aren't afraid to ride their bikes and scooters in their nice dresses. The baskets are charming, yet so practical - the essence of Italian style.
I love love her bike!

uau! gorgeous! amazing dress and bycicle!
Such a beautiful look, she seems very peaceful and strong.
I love it!! I want to go where she's going and I want to wear that dress on that bicycle. Your picture looks like an Anthropologie add. Beautiful hair and skin tone w/ the neutral colors of the dress, belt and bike. Thanks for this bit of inspiration today!!
She's just perfection
Italian Glamour.
Amazin
this is so gorgeous, I can't even get over it..
AMAZIIIIING!!

besides the dress and the bike... I think the woman sporting the accoutrement is very astonishing. Her hands, her calve, her face and general posture gives the tone and character to the photography.
Such radiant beauty.
Love the dress. Just gorgeous and classic. For similar European market/bike baskets (big enough to carry my 22 pound Cairn terrier or a bag of groceries) check out:

I love this! The bike is awesome and so is her dress!

I really like those baskets on her bike!
who made the dress??
So typically Italian.
So smart.
So sleek.
So stark...so sans make-up.
The practical, yet chic flats make this look for me. I love it.
Ahhh, I want to be on that bike, so classy! great photo!!
oh wow.... the hair, the colours of the baskets' bike and the dress... i love her! so beautiful!
i love everything in it
amazing lady, amazing photo.
LOVE LOVE LOVE the entire photo...simple yet cool
Perfection!
Love the comfy shoes ... yayy for flats! (and yayy for the bike too).
Stunning picture!
Where does one find a dress like that?? I love it!
LOVE the dress - it looks so sumptuous. Would like a close-up of the belt. The wicker baskets are such a chic touch!
Gorgeous dress & perfect pose. The bracelets: just as good as the bicycle and shoes. A shot to treasure.
See, what ruins riding bicycles for poor fools like us outside of Italy is having to wear a helmet. Imagine the lady wearing one and you'll understand what I mean.
Pietro
perfection - one of my all time favourites - the outfit, the bike, the photo.
That dress is SO chic! :O
I'm blown away!!
Another to-die for Milana--where dod they all come from?
She's just completely gorgeous and natural.
Why can't I ever find a dress like that?
I want those baskets and the dress too! What a romantic picture.
If anyone can enlighten me about this graceful woman's beautiful dress I wold be very grateful. The lustre and drape of the fabric is amazing - silk/linen blend maybe? Some kind of voile?
The really big hand-stitched hem is incredibly charming, and so evocative of the 50s/60s, when women would let the hems of their garments down or up depending on the fashion, so you always needed extra fabric just in case. A simple shirtwaist dress is so sexy, too. She is very attractive.
I want that bike- and the dress!
Impeccable style and a beautiful shot!
I hope I can be an elegantly bicycling Italian woman when I grow up!
She's so beautiful without looking try-hard. Perfect!
Why aren't there more dresses around like that? So flattering for so many women...
This shows how a person could bike to work or to run errands without looking like Lance Armstrong. She is perfection. Classy, comfortable, practical.
just lovely...
I LOVE THAT DRESS and I WANT THAT BIKE!!!
This is what I would wear every day if it didn't rain so damn much in Dublin *or if it weren't so cold for my bare legs to deal with*
WOW. I love the duo baskets and her amazing dress!
the dress is Dries Van Noten from a few ago - at least that is what she said.
I love the bike! she looks great!
Kind of old school Parisienne! XXX
Every year I moan the same thing: where are all the good dresses that are affordable? Women of a certain age look wonderful in a good dress. My definition: a quality made dress with flattering lines that includes SLEEVES! The trend to sleeveless dresses even in the winter is stupid. One doesn't always want to have to find a sweater, jacket, shawl, shrug, whatever to cover the arms. The fabric in this dress is gorgeous with it's sheen and fluidity. Envy.
wow I've always disliked this color, and I see now that I am completely wrong. She looks so pretty in it.
riding pretty right there
the way the bottom part of the dress falls - all the folds, etc. - just so beautiful!
the color of the dress is the perfect, subtle contrast to her tan.
love it, scott! :)
kisses,
RS
Perfection!
The dress, the baskets on the bike and the smile. Simply classic ;-)
So elegant. Love it.
Bellissima.
so elegant !
I can't quite make out the bicycle manufacturer...Anybody else????
Cute! She is so chic with that look!

Stunning, really stunning.
I live in a coastal Southern California town and ride a dutch-style bike with wicker basket. SoCal serious needs to get over the car=status thing... so 20th Century!!!
i am totally lusting after her bike baskets! it is a handsome bike, too!
Classically beautiful!
Love the rolled sleeves detail and her multi-colored bracelets!
I dont know what it is, but anytime you post a picture of milan, I do recognize it...italina flavour?
She's timeless, classic and radiant. Even with such a small image on the web, I can imagine the feel of the texture of her Dries dress and those amazing wicker baskets; the aroma of the street, and the energy in the air. So beautiful-- like an image from Cartier-Bresson.

Its my dream... To take on the dress like this, to jump on a bicycle and to go through a city.. A bit country romantic looke in the city environment.. Charm of contrasts!
It's hard to imagine that this woman lives a life as ordinary as my own. She is grace, beauty, confidence and timelessness, all rolled into one! Wish the culture I live in were more conducive to this elegance on wheels!
wow one of the best! she looks so effortlessly chic
The bike manufacturer is Rossignoli, a quite famous Italian bikes company.
For Anon at 12:09--the bike is a Rossignoli.
I hope she's on her way to a picnic, so classy and demure. Love the bike, its making me miss summer.
That's me from next April onwards, just change the hair to light blond!
Pietro,
A helmet-less girl in my village went too fast down a hill and ran into a wall. She had to be airlifted to a bigger hospital an hour away and was between life and death for weeks. Then she was in casts for months. The human head is much more fragile than we'd like, and a helmet is much, much more chic than casts or scars.
Elegance in simplicity. Lovely!!!
http://jamaalcrowder.blogspot.com
just perfect
Simply lovely.
Absolutely elegant.
This is utter perfection. Love the bike, love the outfit, love the look of comfortable in her own skin!
assolutamente meravigliosa.
this is how I am in my fantasy life (either her or SJP). All very relaxed but so well put together. So feminine! Love the short depth of field in this pix.
If someone could just design a stylish helmet...
I agree with a previous poster that simple, good dresses are really hard to find. Especially shirtwaist dresses in soft flowing fabrics -I have googled 'shirtwaist dress cotton lawn' for several summers -- why is it so impossible? Affordable dresses are generally over-designed, with an empire waist (great if you're 20), and too much 'stuff' going on.
This looks beautiful without the bike.
Love everythign about this look. Dress, shoes, hair and her great accessory... her bike...
that's lovely
Classic! What a cool look and bike!
Cute! I want her bike!!
Simplicity always wins. This is perfect! I want a dress like that.
The dress complements the shoes and belt , it's beautiful; It's fashionable every day wear. The shoes are very dainty, and match. The belt is so sexy and elegant, It make the puzzle come together for me. The bike is amazing !!!! Adorable! Amazingly put together!
this is classic style, classic photo it all comes together beautifully.this shot and the girl in commerce st dallas are my favourite shots the beautiful tone on tone.we dont try to identify the clothes but how the wearer is THE CLOTHES.AT EASE.
This is a really beautiful picture! It's very cute and realistic.
This photo is exquisite! The colors are so rich and every element is perfect - the woman, the street, her dress, the bike.... Even the bike baskets are wonderful!
Great dress and bike! The tans and black work together nicely.
Effortlessly stylish and fab!
What a great photo...

ALIOMI NYC
the epitome of a cool italian woman.. amazing!
Look at those fabrics! OMGs. Is it the picture or is she actually radiant?
i can hear her skirts swoooosh as she bicycles through the city...why are these women so extraordinarily sexy on bikes? for her, i don't know if it is the skin-tone color that seems to dominate the pic-- or if it is the thought that her skirt might blow up and give a peek at what has to be fantastic underwear...my next fashion purchase may have to be a bike. big accessories are in, right?
i want to be her.
