Love love the shoes. They remind me of my favorite Marc by Marc soccer booties:

In a season of boyfriend jeans and boyfriend blazers, this is a witty twist--and she looks adorable in it.

She is fantastic, the shoes ahhhhh. terrible

Blogger Unknown said ... (5:31 PM) :

I like how she paired a "party"-dress with a cozy sweater and those solid booties. Are these the Burberrys???
Anyways, great contrasts!

Is that Lanvin leopard under a oversize sweater! perfection.

Blogger ZEPETIT said ... (5:48 PM) :

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:01 PM) :

A big thick luxurious sweater to throw over anything- skinnies, a dress- and clunky heels, that's what's on my list in a nutshell; perfect autumn deliciousness

Blogger SequinsandBangles said ... (6:04 PM) :

Awh love the booties, I am on the hunt for a pair like that for myself! Lovely cosy knit, perfect transitional outfit for autumn! Love the peek of leopard underneath! Very laid-back casual but right on the money, hitting every trend! Very cool!

If I wore this, I would make the worst-dressed list. I think only certain people can get away with certain looks.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:25 PM) :

I LOVE!!! Gloria is the best!! Stop picking on socks/boots...geee...what is she supposed to wear? Balmain like the rest of the editors!! She is totally herself!

I wish I knew what the boots are...they are treading the line between Balenciaga and PHI and they work!!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:48 PM) :

I love the over all look! It is one of cool big jumper (to keep out fall winds)and big boots! Then with the tiger print dress! AWSOME!!!!!!!!

FS XOXO

Cute, but the dingy color of the sweater is a problem for me.

Blogger Holly Brindley said ... (10:11 PM) :

Anonymous Lily said ... (12:37 AM) :

i'm quite certain the boots are emma cook for topshop. they're pretty sought after, and i think you'll find them on ebay (in black and white too btw) for $400. living in canada though, i would say they're worth it, because they look pretty sturdy and the huuge rubber platform and thick heel helps, oh yeah and they're also fabulous. i agree though, the whole outfit is amazing, minus the socks.

btw check out this great band! http://www.reverbnation.com/theundependents

Blogger ingefaer said ... (7:52 AM) :

the sweater is so yummy looking.....wish I could see more of it; Is it a large men's sweater or?
It all looks great on her, don't know if I could pull it off without looking like an unmade bed

Blogger C A said ... (7:54 AM) :

I don't find her look very inspiring... :/

This girl looks great, lovely smile, cuddly outfit and chic underneath :)

I admire anyone who can carry off heels, and these chunky delights work well for this one!

But best of all is her friendly expression :)

Anonymous Cat said ... (8:58 AM) :

Those are the Emma Cook for Topshop boots.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:44 AM) :

What is the weather on the street? If her clothe it's long sleeve cardigan, boots and !nude legs! Is she not freeze? May be she is hot, because long sleeve cardigan and good weather - not friends!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:04 AM) :

I'm sorry but I dont know what the fascination is with big clunky shoes. Most women look like they should be working on a farm doing chores in the mud. I think the shoes at best ruin an otherwise svelte figure. Can't wait for this trend to be over.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:02 PM) :

love. so comfy and cozy and warm looking. she always has great sock accents.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:18 PM) :

Just never convinced by the London ones as much as the ones around the rest of the world - and I don't know why - London has some of the best style in the world - it's just not captured here....sad

Anonymous malvond said ... (1:37 PM) :

LOVE the skirt, sweater is adorable, hate the socks, not crazy about the shoes

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:22 PM) :

She is beautiful and genuine. I love her smile. She is just perfect. The outfit is fun, too.
A relief to see someone fashionable who is also genuine and totally comfortable in her own skin---very unself conscious.

Blogger Catriona said ... (3:38 AM) :

I love the boots and the cardigan/jecket is adorable!

Blogger Susie said ... (7:28 AM) :

I agree with a few posters who said that just a very few people can wear this, in a very few cities and look good. My daughters high school friends look like this all the time (and they are not high fashion). They all shop at Marshall's. The entire outfit looks silly to me. The shoes and socks, no thanks.

gloria = glamorous!

Blogger The Clever Pup said ... (10:25 AM) :

I would love to see a video of women walking in the insanely high boots and shoes prevalent today.

Is it pretty or not.

These shoes are keeping you down, sisters. Keeping you in your place. Just like hobble skirts and bustles of days gone by.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:13 PM) :

shoes are wonderful!

Anonymous HBTNStyle said ... (11:05 PM) :

What I love is how you photgraph people, so natural, so raw. Real life, real fashion, incredible style.

Blogger Pearl Bhasin said ... (11:54 PM) :

I think they look a bit monster-truck-ish...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:09 AM) :

blech! i just don't care for it...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:28 AM) :

I love the outfit, especially the oversized jumper and boots, but i think she looks a little too mature for the outfit..i think it may be the socks, but fantastic photography.
