Blogger Ching and Chong said ... (12:42 AM) :

isnt that pelayo from lookbook.nu?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:55 AM) :

I'll always, always, always say no to black. Anytime, anywhere, male of female, day or night. No, no, no!
Phew!

Now that it feels better, a tuxedo is an exception, of course.
People always tell you, "oh you can't go wrong with black". Contradiction your honor! Style and elegance are a lot about self confidence in chosing your color scheme. Wearing black only highlights one's lack of self confidence in trying something else more appropriate for the season or the time.

Anonymous Hendrica said ... (1:18 AM) :

This outfit/look feels a bit contived to me. Moschino has done a safety pin jacket this season that's had lots of editorial coverage - maybe this guy was inspired by it, because I think he made that T-shirt himself. With the done hair and the Doc Martins, I feel he is trying too hard. Most of your subjects are interesting exactly because they look like they were born in their outfits - their clothes and their characters are one. None of the people in your the best pictures seem like they were up all night pinning their T-shirts.

Blogger Unknown said ... (2:38 AM) :

Very bold. I don't love it though.

Anonymous Justin said ... (2:50 AM) :

pelayo is so hot! always lookin good!

Anonymous Marquis de Lannes said ... (3:12 AM) :

El guapo de Pelayo!

Blogger Unknown said ... (3:27 AM) :

he is actually too small to wear this outfit..

Anonymous Dustyflint said ... (4:38 AM) :

It looks like a rehearsal break for the church pagent.

Anonymous easy said ... (9:00 AM) :

i love his tshirt xD

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:14 AM) :

huh????

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:26 AM) :

so what if he was all night pinning his t-shirt? so what if i got inspired by Moschino.
IT´S GOOD TO GET INSPIRED, he just inspired me!

I love the Charbonel et Walker bag! and the doctor martens and the blazer over the sholders. Even the colours go with the bag.

Great shot Scott!

Blogger Lucas Jones said ... (10:42 AM) :

I wonder if this guy changes....

(see facehunter)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:03 PM) :

¡¡Pelayo!!
<3
Youre the best.

Anonymous André said ... (12:20 PM) :

I do not care for the look. Seems to be trying so hard, I like it when its effortless. You can tell he has been planning to wear this shirt for fashion week; and waited for the day to do so. Not a fan.

Blogger Hawa said ... (12:21 PM) :

robert first commentor...don't know the make of the watch but pulsar has a similar and economical version....pelayo, i love him!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:36 PM) :

it was OBVIOUSLY the same day as Facehunter

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:28 PM) :

he's been photographed too many times...........

Blogger Carmen said ... (4:22 PM) :

Pelayoooo!!! jajaaj

Anonymous cooper said ... (5:46 PM) :

i luh him

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:55 PM) :

isn't that pelayo?....yummy

Anonymous cjlp said ... (5:56 PM) :

I think that people who say he is trying too hard, obviously does not know who he is. Pelayo is amazing. He is a aspiring designer and has great style.
Also he has that hair style for a looong time, it is practically his trademark.

Blogger SE@N said ... (6:58 PM) :

love the model, love the shot...

Anonymous marta said ... (10:18 PM) :

Maybe Pelayo looks the same because he is "classical: in his own way or because he can reach no more..
But what i do like, is the ladies on the back!

Blogger Peter said ... (1:04 AM) :

Oh Pelayo...

Blogger Anna said ... (3:41 AM) :

I'm making that t-shirt tomorrow.
Please and thank you.

Blogger AGNESAADAMCZAK said ... (4:45 AM) :

He is so handsome ;-)

Anonymous Dennis said ... (6:13 AM) :

He looks like he's trying too hard.. very fitting for Lookbook, not TheSartorialist. And he's too much exposed, which makes him not that interesting as I frist saw him. for short, boring. NEXT

Blogger Mija Knezevic said ... (7:09 AM) :

Charbonnel et Walker yuuuuumy

Blogger Unknown said ... (8:17 AM) :

Even superheroes need to drink water : )

Blogger MOD PAUL said ... (10:29 AM) :

Looks like a Teddy Boy to me definitely not a MOD.

Anonymous Wes said ... (11:07 AM) :

He is sexy and all, yes people, but you can't get away with an over shoulder jacket unless you're in Italy in summer, and DIY shirts have never been cool! His legs are a little too thin for the outfit as well, especially with the doc martins cementing him down. Doesn't look like he would move very well.

Anonymous Hendrica said ... (11:42 AM) :

To the person who asked "so what if his look is inspired by Moschino" or "so what if he pinned his own T-shirt" - you are right, I would much rather have a world of people like him than uninspired grey mice. But he is out there on the streets posing (he even managed to get Scott to take his picture), wanting to be noticed (one person commented he is an aspiring designer) so he is hopefully aware people are going to judge him. The Charbonnell bag is absolutely not a coincidence - he's planned this look very carefully.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:32 PM) :

Too contrived, too effeminate. Non mi piace.

Anonymous Laura V.B. said ... (2:45 PM) :

Gladiator-style...!

Me like!

Anonymous Zapato said ... (4:12 PM) :

very clever doc marketing ;-)

Blogger Pamcasso said ... (6:39 PM) :

Looks like a modern day night in shining armor.

Anonymous Le 21ème said ... (3:15 AM) :

SO good! One of your best!

Blogger Michael Joseph Owens said ... (6:09 AM) :

I love the hint of a tattoo above his left knee.

Anonymous Scoob said ... (7:55 AM) :

In my humble opinion, this is just wrong. I say lose either lose the tshirt or lose the jacket and this whole arrangement would look better.

It *does* look too put-together.

Blogger Jack Daniel said ... (7:47 PM) :

Yes, it's Pelayo. Actually, the only best thing, in my honest opinion, is his hair: fantaaaastic.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:43 PM) :

Its not easy to make boots and shorts look good together... I think he just manages.

Anonymous kristinsdottir said ... (9:30 PM) :

nice cross. :-)

Blogger Unknown said ... (5:02 AM) :

Pelayo!! GRANDE

Anonymous Junn said ... (11:14 PM) :

Blogger AMMA said ... (4:07 AM) :

PELAYO EVERYWERE!

Blogger britt said ... (2:29 AM) :

ridiculous.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:06 AM) :

im not sure if i'm liking his style, but he's cute though. oh! i like the hair... haha - rei (theanne69@yahoo.com) :)
