Comments on "On the Street....Cross, NYC"
kind of reviving the classic ray petri buffalo styling.
anyone know what kind of watch that is?
I like the shorts, the shoes and the blazer... but not so much the tshirt.

Nice shot.

He's perfect.
Gorgeous tee...love it with the hair, blazer, shorts, and shoes.
i like the boots thats about it.
How ironic! This same guy posted this outfit onto lookbook. I knew I had seen that safety-pinned cross shirt somewhere...
http://lookbook.nu/look/241607-just-Pelayo-saves
This guy looks like a modern version of a medioeval warrior. Love this shot!
though i check this every day, i've never commented... i feel compelled to say "no, no,...no"
Wow! This gentleman really has a Superhero look! I like the tattoo peeking out below the shorts.
Wonderful picture.
pelayo?
Yvan Rodic shot the same guy, same outfit a few days ago, how weird.
amazing!
Pelayo is the best
There he is... Pelayo again :)
great style, great photo!
I was at Colette :)
Pelayo. Cool DYI =)
Very Twilight. Beautiful
The best thing is that he has a Charbonnel et Walker bag!
And this is why Spanish men just melt my heart ;)
pelayo!
JUSTICE
yeah Pelayo!!!!!!!!!
charbonnel et walker!!!! YUM! i hope he got the pink champagne truffles.
l.o.v.e the t shirt. saw this on another blog the other day. i forget which one.......
Pelayo! Great tee, love the boots too!
pelayo! i love you.
terrible. absolutely shockingly terrible.
why blazer and shorts? are we not adult yet and not graduated to long pants? and the boots look like frankenstein wear.
Pelayo !!!!
; ))
He is beautiful <3
I don't care how nice his legs are... long pants with this ensemble. Maybe I am getting boring in my old age!
That's Pelayo!
He has blog too, it's at:
http://katelovesme.blogspot.com/
just came across this website for the first time, and am in love!!
www.3oclockpop.blogspot.com

God, I wish I didn't look at that blog.
He's on chictopia too. Yikes.
http://sunnyfong.wordpress.com/
isnt that pelayo from lookbook.nu?
I'll always, always, always say no to black. Anytime, anywhere, male of female, day or night. No, no, no!
Phew!
Now that it feels better, a tuxedo is an exception, of course.
People always tell you, "oh you can't go wrong with black". Contradiction your honor! Style and elegance are a lot about self confidence in chosing your color scheme. Wearing black only highlights one's lack of self confidence in trying something else more appropriate for the season or the time.

This outfit/look feels a bit contived to me. Moschino has done a safety pin jacket this season that's had lots of editorial coverage - maybe this guy was inspired by it, because I think he made that T-shirt himself. With the done hair and the Doc Martins, I feel he is trying too hard. Most of your subjects are interesting exactly because they look like they were born in their outfits - their clothes and their characters are one. None of the people in your the best pictures seem like they were up all night pinning their T-shirts.
Very bold. I don't love it though.
pelayo is so hot! always lookin good!
El guapo de Pelayo!
http://www.marquisdelannes.com/
he is actually too small to wear this outfit..
It looks like a rehearsal break for the church pagent.
i love his tshirt xD
huh????
so what if he was all night pinning his t-shirt? so what if i got inspired by Moschino.
IT´S GOOD TO GET INSPIRED, he just inspired me!
I love the Charbonel et Walker bag! and the doctor martens and the blazer over the sholders. Even the colours go with the bag.
Great shot Scott!
I wonder if this guy changes....
(see facehunter)
¡¡Pelayo!!
<3
Youre the best.
I do not care for the look. Seems to be trying so hard, I like it when its effortless. You can tell he has been planning to wear this shirt for fashion week; and waited for the day to do so. Not a fan.
robert first commentor...don't know the make of the watch but pulsar has a similar and economical version....pelayo, i love him!
it was OBVIOUSLY the same day as Facehunter
he's been photographed too many times...........
Pelayoooo!!! jajaaj
i luh him
isn't that pelayo?....yummy
I think that people who say he is trying too hard, obviously does not know who he is. Pelayo is amazing. He is a aspiring designer and has great style.
Also he has that hair style for a looong time, it is practically his trademark.
love the model, love the shot...
Maybe Pelayo looks the same because he is "classical: in his own way or because he can reach no more..
But what i do like, is the ladies on the back!
Oh Pelayo...
I'm making that t-shirt tomorrow.
Please and thank you.

He is so handsome ;-)
He looks like he's trying too hard.. very fitting for Lookbook, not TheSartorialist. And he's too much exposed, which makes him not that interesting as I frist saw him. for short, boring. NEXT
Charbonnel et Walker yuuuuumy
Even superheroes need to drink water : )
Looks like a Teddy Boy to me definitely not a MOD.
He is sexy and all, yes people, but you can't get away with an over shoulder jacket unless you're in Italy in summer, and DIY shirts have never been cool! His legs are a little too thin for the outfit as well, especially with the doc martins cementing him down. Doesn't look like he would move very well.
To the person who asked "so what if his look is inspired by Moschino" or "so what if he pinned his own T-shirt" - you are right, I would much rather have a world of people like him than uninspired grey mice. But he is out there on the streets posing (he even managed to get Scott to take his picture), wanting to be noticed (one person commented he is an aspiring designer) so he is hopefully aware people are going to judge him. The Charbonnell bag is absolutely not a coincidence - he's planned this look very carefully.
Too contrived, too effeminate. Non mi piace.
Gladiator-style...!
Me like!
very clever doc marketing ;-)
Looks like a modern day night in shining armor.
SO good! One of your best!
- 21arrondissement.blogspot.com
I love the hint of a tattoo above his left knee.
In my humble opinion, this is just wrong. I say lose either lose the tshirt or lose the jacket and this whole arrangement would look better.
It *does* look too put-together.
Yes, it's Pelayo. Actually, the only best thing, in my honest opinion, is his hair: fantaaaastic.
Its not easy to make boots and shorts look good together... I think he just manages.
nice cross. :-)
Pelayo!! GRANDE
wow, it's Pelayo.. :D
PELAYO EVERYWERE!
ridiculous.
im not sure if i'm liking his style, but he's cute though. oh! i like the hair... haha - rei (theanne69@yahoo.com) :)
