Now, this is fabulous~! I want to talk to her for hours. I want to end by finally touching those lashes~!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:21 AM) :

I'm really enjoying the clothes, but the eyebrows are too distracting; instead of her beautiful face, my focus ends up on them.

Blogger The Muse said ... (1:28 AM) :

truly wonderful!

Yes. Confidence, poise. An elegant length. I wish the bag were cloth, perhaps, but I am not complaining, really.

Anonymous Pietman said ... (8:49 AM) :

cut that skirt just above the knee and make the brows natural and you get some seriously good looking Prada DIY.

Blogger Unknown said ... (9:29 AM) :

bold, brazen and absolutely fierce! Love it!

Anonymous Mena said ... (10:31 AM) :

The proportion of the dress elongates her body well! Good job, woman

Anonymous amanda said ... (10:43 AM) :

can't stop looking at her. fabulous

Blogger Nick Leonard said ... (10:55 AM) :

Gorgeous find!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:16 AM) :

everything about this picture is perfect--I love her eyebrows the most

Blogger Daisy said ... (11:50 AM) :

on America's Next Top Model (and I do feel ashamed to make this reference) Tyra gave at least three girls bleached eyebrows during their makeovers, saying it was the "new and edgy thing,"
now it makes a sartorialist appearance
I think I'm a fan

Blogger rl1974 said ... (2:00 PM) :

OMG, that is fantastic. That colour is stupendous on her.

Blogger Amy said ... (2:20 PM) :

Fabulous! I'm not sure I could do that bag but she's making it work here.

Blogger Makeup By Lauren P said ... (7:04 PM) :

what is this models name? I feel bad I can't think of it right now, and I photographed her outside of the tent for fashion week!

check out the video that I have her in! It's a very quick shot of her holding a red umbrella =)
She is in the video @ 3:16

How do you find these cool people?

Wow this is fantastic! I just love the skirt. Yes... she does look noble. This ensemble is made for her.

Blogger Flike said ... (9:55 PM) :

she is incredible

Blogger Breana said ... (2:17 AM) :

Great detail but the eyebrows make it sort of scary looking. I could have done without that detail and it would have been spot on.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:04 PM) :

Like Giovanna she is unique. Inimatable.

Can't you imagine a woman in Africa wearing a version of this?

Anonymous Funsho said ... (7:49 AM) :

I so love the glass ring on her her right finger. And her nails are cute.

Blogger The Clever Pup said ... (8:13 AM) :

Hello Sartorialist.

To me this is what street fashion is all about. Not thousands spent on a name brand but whipping together your own skirt out of some cool brocade and tying it all together.

That being said, the only show I've ever seen on America's Next Top Model had one of the black contestants dye her brows. I guess she saw it too.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:47 AM) :

Looks like the longer version of Giovanna's look, no?

Blogger Unknown said ... (9:26 PM) :

Not really liking this. The skirt looks more like upholstery. Everything that looks a little off and scary.
