the boots are incredible

This photo--structured clothing, heavy shoes and bag, dark colors, cropped hair, etc.--presents a jarring counterpoint to the one directly above: a telling statement on the ranges of individual style.

Blogger nanashi said ... (8:44 AM) :

I love the look! Everything is just the perfect length, and I love how the square watch adds just enough of quirkiness. Love his glass, too!

love the combination of the sailor stripes with the navy blue cape which has such an awesome construction.

so effortless and chic!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:58 AM) :

it's really his hair that is the best.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:21 AM) :

Those boots are fantastic.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:40 AM) :

interesting. since i was going to post that i could not accept the cape i wanted to point out everything else that i liked- and it seems that everyone else likes the same thing!- even down to the hair, glasses and of course, boots!
i thought maybe the hair was too "normal" to comment on, but for some reason, its comment-able

Anonymous Voon said ... (10:42 AM) :

it takes great confidence for a man to wear a cape....talk about a modern day Clark Kent! love the peek of navy stripes -
and the duo-tone bag really complements the cape and boots

Blogger Zhao Chien said ... (10:58 AM) :

I'd say he pulled it off with ease. Good job.

Too many great details. What a delightful photo. Thanks!

That stripe of red on the upturned cuff reminds one of Levi-Strauss jeans that featured highly-prized red stitching when the cuffs were turned-up like this, does anyone remember this from the old skinhead/suedehead days of the early 1970s?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:16 AM) :

Great cape! I love the shape and color.

Blogger Angeles Almuna said ... (11:17 AM) :

This is how you wear cropped pants without looking like a fashion victim.

great trousers length ratio, perfect for the shoes!

The cape... well, works on him... but it screams "look at me, I'm oh so rad", albeit elegantly. :P

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:18 AM) :

Nice individual pieces, but overall pretty bad. It's a little too much look, and the proportions are not flattering. I really thought this was a woman at first glance.

Anonymous holiday said ... (5:58 AM) :

excellent photo

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:36 PM) :

seriously?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:41 PM) :

this is a perfect illustration of how you can combine supposedly feminine clothing article such as cape and still look very masculine and cool! Great Style!
