Blogger Metro Profiles LA said ... (2:03 PM) :

I love this look because it's so simple and clean. Adorable hat and I love the detail on the cuff. If it was me, I might add a more colorful belt, maybe a shiny yellow, red, or bright blue.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:05 PM) :

Her look is functional and everything she has on fits well and is in good condition. Comfortable and subtly stylish is always in fashion. Great fade on the background. Scott, you do take fantastic pictures--I so look forward to your blog updates.

i'm fascinated by the 'now you see it, now you don't' aspect of his/her look. everything from the androgyny to the writing on the cuffed sleeve (is that a fabric content label?) is so unique and smart. and the glasses are perfection!

70% something.

100% cool.

Love the matching buttons and belt. The smallness of the jacket. The shirt buttoned to the top.

Neat. What "neat" used to mean in the 50's.

Blogger E said ... (6:33 PM) :

This is cute. I love that the brown belt and coat buttons match, as do the funky text on the cuff with the hat.

Great preppy look.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:01 PM) :

Thank you for showing this ensemble! I dress similarly and I have often wondered what kind of vibe it conveys. The proportions of the jacket are great here, and the glasses really complete the look. I think a pink flowered brooch or some delicate bright colored thing, like a button or a pompom on the hat, would add some fun. The look could go in many directions.

Blogger Diamond Dallas Rage said ... (7:03 PM) :

The blue shinin` through...

I love those cheeky glasses..;)

Blogger Alicia said ... (7:38 PM) :

red+blue=excellent.
any idea what the embroidery says after "70%"?

I wonder what on her right sleeve...'70% something'

Great jacket and shirt!
And I want to have her spectacles

Blogger Louise said ... (9:43 PM) :

Love how her glasses accentuate the width of her face. Very risky but pulled off well!!!

Blogger Little Clementine said ... (10:35 PM) :

I love this, so clean cut and simple.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:22 PM) :

I like the shirt - what's written on the shirt cuff?

Blogger Heather Li said ... (11:24 PM) :

I love the simplicity. Cuffs folded over the jacket is a great detail.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:30 PM) :

LOVELY

Blogger Sushi said ... (8:02 AM) :

love this x

Anonymous KiwiBella said ... (10:09 PM) :

The sleeve is marked so she knows how far to roll it up.
Here it says "70% sleeve."
If she rolled it halfway you could see the next marking "50% sleeve."

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:35 AM) :

where did she get that 70% sleeve thing?! SO COOL! I want!

Anonymous Per-Cato said ... (7:27 AM) :

"Where is Waldo?"

Seeing this face really made me think of him :P Round glasses with a round face like this shouldn't really work well, but I think she pulls it off.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:47 PM) :

very simple, minimal...the jacket, the very natural combination of colours, the shirt...perfect!
