Freedom of expression is individual choice and it may differ to author's opinion. To me Fashion is not strictly about culture, brands and colours, it should also be an expression.

Blogger Brigadeiro said ... (8:14 PM) :

LOVE Milla! Since I first saw her in 'The Night Train to Kathmandu', she was just 13...simply gorgeous!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:15 PM) :

I love how dramatic gold looks against black, and how elegant and striking it can be in small amounts. I often feel miserable because I fail to accessorize often, or even bother to change my standard diamond studs and old gold necklace with 5 diamond stars in a line that my mother gave me but when I look at people or images such as this I realize, there's a refined maturity to a little bit of bling.

Blogger HC said ... (8:15 PM) :

what a lovely woman

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:16 PM) :

Jovovich? Wow, this photo is beautiful. It's neat to see such a personal, intimate portrait. I'm really delighted to see so much variation lately, it's what keeps me coming back for more.

This one of your best portraits, Sart. I love the mood and the lighting. Knowing who this is, I wish we could see her gorgeous eyes, though.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:22 PM) :

Warmly minimal.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:42 PM) :

It seems as though she will be one of those women who allow themselves to age gracefully without botox and plastic surgery. We need more celebrities like that, natural and gorgeous.

Blogger Fashademic said ... (10:57 PM) :

this is a very 'Garance' image, it's lovely, Sart.

Blogger diane said ... (11:28 PM) :

Sweet Jesus, how can you not love her?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:02 AM) :

I love her, but lately it seems like you havent put up many photos of americans. Im kind of getting the feeling that you dont think americans are very stylish.

Im sure you wont post this, but I would rather have you just understand where Im coming from. There have only been like 6 people from New York this entire month.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:20 AM) :

I thought she looked better in Dodgeball... Seriously, she's beautiful here, but there's nothing more alluring than knowing that she's also a woman with a sense of humour.

Blogger indigo warrior said ... (1:18 AM) :

She's one of the most beautiful humans ever. I love the texture on the jacket/coat and I wish I could examine it! How is it done? It looks like a brocade that was washed and shouldn't have been, but it's still a nice brocade.

When I was on a cruise with mr cutey pants I kept channeling Leelu with my multi-pass. (c: One of my favorite movies.

Blogger Nick Leonard said ... (1:22 AM) :

Looks cozy!

Sart, I love this picture. I think she's one of the most beautiful, sexy women on the planet.

What I like about this shot is how personal it feels. You've captured something in her that I've never seen.

GREAT JOB!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:21 PM) :

Unique moment.
Fantastic picture.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:54 PM) :

Truly a supreme being!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:37 AM) :

omg. i am starting to think your commenters would love any photo you put up here. ok, it isn't an awful picture, but it isn't amazing - in my opinion - nor is it too flattering... nobody else sees a blotchy complexion here??

stylistically, a little gold with black? i don't see this is an amazing outfit or one that is particularly inspiring... not to mention, i can't even really see what she is wearing. sometimes you are so on and other times it feels like you are dialing it in... that is what i thought of this (and some other photos) when i first saw it on style.com.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:13 AM) :

Milla~~~

Blogger Laurence John said ... (3:53 AM) :

Sart, i'm sorry but this shot is well below par for you.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:02 PM) :

Oh that face, just wonderful. Wonderful shot of a beauty that isn't dependent on perfect make up and lighting. And to Anonymous 12.37 that would be my opinion of this shot even if I didn't know whom the model was, or who had taken the phototgraph.

Blogger Urbane Legend said ... (6:45 AM) :

Not at all interested in the rest of her outfit. This is a gorgeous picture; absolutely enchanting.

I agree. Actually I didn't know who she was when I first looked at the photo. It just struck me as a lovely shot of a natural woman hugging a sweater around herself in the cool spring breeze.

Hooray for no makeup! (Well, just lipstick.) Hooray for healthy-looking hair with no 'product'! Hooray for spring sunshine and a warm sweater!

Lovely shot.

Blogger hippie_cyndi said ... (3:35 PM) :

If that's not Milla Jovovich, it's an uncanny doppelganger.

I love the honesty of this photo.

I've always thought she is very beautiful. I love seeing the photo with little makeup and very natural. She looks at peace with herself. Good for her that she found it.
