Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:35 AM) :

olala! sexy look! coat fits to her legs perfectly! :)

Blogger Nat said ... (11:38 AM) :

I adore those shoes!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:38 AM) :

Woah, I love this "oversized mens wear meets sexy chic" look. Probably not for me, but it looks great on her! :D Leave it to a recession to bring out the creativity in the world's closets... :)

Blogger LivingGolden said ... (11:42 AM) :

Wow. She's too cute. I love the whole look. I suddenly feel the need to rock a bow tie.

Blogger Stefan said ... (11:47 AM) :

Women should rock bow ties. Well done.

Blogger Bill F. said ... (11:50 AM) :

Obviously very sexy, but this outfit makes her look a bit too much like an off-duty cocktail waitress.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:51 AM) :

LOVE HER LOOK

REALLY PERSONAL

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:06 PM) :

New uniform for the Amtrak sleeper class stewards. They're trying to increase ridership.

Seriously, though, I'd like it if her skirt/shorts were just as couple of inches longer - to improve the balance. Right now it's "coat and legs" rather than "outfit".

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:07 PM) :

sexy. she knows what she's doing.

Blogger Natalie J Monty said ... (12:08 PM) :

So original and even more so -CUTE! This outfit made my day! (Yes, unfortunetely my day was very boring!) xxx

Blogger kellywinonaoxford said ... (12:09 PM) :

super cute, perfect if her hair would have been up. imho.

Blogger JULES said ... (12:10 PM) :

Too cute! a female chuck bass! but with better taste lol

Blogger Amra said ... (12:12 PM) :

Lovely look. Very girly and chic.

Blogger laura said ... (12:14 PM) :

flawless. personally-add some interesting leggings or tights, but the jacket/shirt/bowtie... fantastic.

Blogger kellywinonaoxford said ... (12:15 PM) :

i take it back, the hair wouldn't have fixed it all... i hate to make the reference, but she looks like the female version of Chuck Bass... maybe this is why i'm not 100% into the look?
ps- the bow tie is a cute idea

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:15 PM) :

gorgeous look. i love the little things in this. her bow tie matches her gloves. rolled up sleeves. patent shoes. she's a babe.

Blogger sd said ... (12:15 PM) :

i like this
she looks really cute

Blogger Alison Rowe said ... (12:22 PM) :

I was just thinking of getting a bow tie today...now I know how to wear it! Thanks for another intriguing post :)

Blogger Silky said ... (12:22 PM) :

Blazer and super mini skirt is soooo lovely. Can't wait till spring comes!

Blogger Unknown said ... (12:23 PM) :

love the bow tie with the short skirt. great way to rock both very femme and masculine looks.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:25 PM) :

Wow. She's hot! Very understated hot. The bowtie gives an innocent kind of of cover to what is a darker and dirtier side of her.

Blogger its for your own good said ... (12:28 PM) :

sexy look

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:29 PM) :

You must be very young (with no job) to wear such a short skirt. Looks cute.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:40 PM) :

So Gossip Girl!!!

-A

Blogger Rico said ... (12:40 PM) :

great look. but all i can think about are those terrific canvas frames...want, want!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:47 PM) :

I'm a guy and I want that jacket!!

Blogger Petulia said ... (12:47 PM) :

really cool look. brava

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:54 PM) :

splendid look

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:54 PM) :

Cute, but what was she wearing underneath? very short skirt?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:00 PM) :

A bow tie on a girl, that's a novel idea. Cute, cute, cute.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:07 PM) :

Having nice legs is no excuse to forget to put on one's pants. The bow tie is nice but it's crooked and it is driving me crazy!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:11 PM) :

from the whole outfit, I mostly love the jacket.

the rest is boring and seems .. incomplete.

for me it's quite a nonsense to combine a Jacket (winter, cold, snow) with some ..socks? :|
it's ridiculous. girl, better dress up those legs or you're gonna suffer from hypothermia!

Blogger CW said ... (1:17 PM) :

Love the pea coat, blue shirt and bow tie.

The overall effect is to make this model look very young. Can this photo be considered child porn?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:22 PM) :

you've been there b4? Athletic garbed pic of young man?

Blogger Toddy said ... (1:29 PM) :

disastrously cute.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:32 PM) :

Perfect. Great details in the coat, bow tie, hair tucked behind the ears, handbag, shoes and gloves. Great sense of proportion with the coat, skirt and leg length. And a lovely sense of style.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:47 PM) :

Love the buttons on the jacket and LOVE the bowtie. And are those purple gloves she's holding? Beautiful!

Blogger Unknown said ... (1:59 PM) :

I see this image and see something more. I see someone who, at the drop of a dime, will whip off that gorgeous coat to engage in a fun tap dance.

Corny...I know. But my mind just goes there.

Blogger The Concrete Commentator said ... (2:00 PM) :

Cute.. got to love that bow tie. Love her coat too

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:06 PM) :

I am completely in love....
what a splendid outfit!

Blogger Paul said ... (2:07 PM) :

One of the best female fits I've seen in a long, long time. I'm actually kind of in love with her right now.

Blogger sharine said ... (2:17 PM) :

Nice coat, wish i could wear it in my country though. Its forever sunny. The shoes are great. Does these kind of shoes have some name? oxford something..

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:19 PM) :

Head-turner, for sure. Great proportions with the cut of her clothing. Her skirt might be just a bit too short, but if she is not embarrassed, no one one else should be. This photo infers soomeone that is very confident in herself and she knows she looks great. Great lighting and master background, Sart.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:45 PM) :

i've returned to school full-time and there are lots of the 18y.o. girls wearing just a tee shirt as a dress but not any longer than what you're showing here - no tights. I love showing off my legs but for me there's a difference in showing off my legs and my crotch.

i'm just saying' ladies making it work doesn't have to mean looking like it's for sale.
that said, this young woman has exercised some sophistication color choice and elements.

- 40 with great gams

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:46 PM) :

I'd marry her on the spot.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:47 PM) :

thank goodness she is not doing that pigeon toed thing. uuuchhc!

Blogger Gaia said ... (3:00 PM) :

nice.

Blogger Steph said ... (3:02 PM) :

I love this. I've been wanting to incorporate bow ties into my personal style for so long. She pulls it off so well.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:16 PM) :

Beautiful girl, but if she were my younger sister, I'd make her wear a longer skirt.

Blogger Dominica said ... (3:23 PM) :

Such great legs ! I'm on love with her jacket !! fabulous !

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:25 PM) :

They have got to be shorts!?!?

If not, the skirt is way too short. How could one possibly sit down?!?!

Then, again, be it shorts or a skirt, it's too short. Proportion is lost between the knee and bottom of the coat. And it's during the day, nighttime maybe, but during the day???

Blogger ALICE said ... (3:35 PM) :

I love this look-- chic and adorable, classy and sassy.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:13 PM) :

yummy. legs, yummy. tie, yummy. light colored buttons, yummy. stockings, yummy. purple gloves? super yummy!!!!

woah....she is sexy

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:02 PM) :

Love it. I want that coat.

Blogger Unknown said ... (5:21 PM) :

perhaps only women should be allowed to wear bow ties.

although, with legs like hers, i couldn't care less if she had a bow tie or not.

ps. her shoes are cute too.

Blogger Kristin said ... (5:22 PM) :

How's that on the street??? That's at Pier 59 studio. when are you ever really going to go outside the fashion industry. All you do is shoot the fashion people behind the curtain that the commoner would not recognize.

Blogger Johanne said ... (5:33 PM) :

Adorable girl. I like like her eyebrows...She's slightly similar to Blair Waldorf in Gossip Girl, don't you think?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:53 PM) :

very cute. i love short skirts too! she actually made me comment for the first time. lovely.

Blogger TheMinx said ... (5:54 PM) :

So lovely, this is chic but still completely sexy :)

Blogger indigo warrior said ... (6:06 PM) :

I think it's a cute outfit on a cute girl. Kind of like she's going to start a new ACDC band without the booze and the boys. (c:

I agree with anonymous above regarding the pigeon toed stance - thank goodness. Dreadful affected malady that one.

And of course, nice contrasting buttons on that jacket!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:13 PM) :

This girl is gorgeous and the outfit suits her so well! As I guy, I would love to own that tie myself (and the pea coat too, for that matter)...on her, it's super sexy; on a man, it would be super sophisticated.

Blogger DH said ... (6:38 PM) :

Bonjour,

Love the bowtie, but you really have to have the legs to go that short. She definitely pulls it off. Very cute.

Bises, Zoé

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:02 PM) :

Really love the jacket, the bow-tie and the shoes! Great!

But to make the look perfect, she should wear the shorts a bit longer and make something with her hair??
The hair so dark and like that doesn't match much with the bow-tie so dark.

Blogger Hickers said ... (7:41 PM) :

I've been known to stroll around in a bow tie and peacoat. Not to the same effect, it has to be said.
Great outfit. And very cute.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:43 PM) :

She really knows what she's doing. Incredible taste! Not only the bowtie, but the crocodile clutch, gold buttons and burgundy accents. A very upscale ivy league look. Beautiful.

Blogger Jack Daniel said ... (7:50 PM) :

Where did you took this picture?

She looks lovely.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:38 PM) :

Nice to see a healthy girl's legs! I love the outfit. It would probably appear more balanced if the coat was open a fraction to reveal the shorts more - right now she does look like she forgot to put something on...albeit in a good, early Liza Minelli way...

This is the second pic in a row which has reminded me of my own sartorial youth, I still own the shorts and suspenders. Most enjoyable to see again!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:39 PM) :

wow, i check this blog everyday and i was shocked when i opened it today because i know this girl. she went to my highschool. she always had great style

Blogger Jasmine said ... (2:01 AM) :

Wow, this is probably my favorite look in a while. Great all around!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:14 AM) :

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:16 PM) :

She's really lovely and confident, but I have to say I'm really really bored with the Pea coat, men's tie, oxford shoe thing.

Great shot, though!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:27 PM) :

Nice and good original sexy look

Blogger SBK said ... (1:28 PM) :

Looks like an ALEXANDER OLCH bow !

Nice Touch.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:55 PM) :

Arizona - I love the shoes! Where did you get them?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:56 PM) :

not that i'm not a man of mini's and tunic's, but i really don't like the perfect alignment of the pea with the skirt. too structured.

she is gorgeous though.

Blogger Karen said ... (2:44 PM) :

The bowtie and jacket with its buttons make for a very charming look! Her legs look great in those tights!

Blogger Joy Mars said ... (3:30 PM) :

Adorable.

Well, I guess you need a good pair of pins these days!

Blogger Meg said ... (3:52 PM) :

i love everything about this

Blogger Alan said ... (4:33 PM) :

Absolutely stunning. What a beautiful young woman

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:38 PM) :

The Little Lord Fauntleroy comment made me lol!

I like her shoes. I do think she could cover up the legs a little more. I think the bareness is accented by the peacoat. If it were a warm weather outfit, without the peacoat, it probably wouldn't be so distracting. But I agree that there's a difference between showing off and saying it's for sale.

Most adult women cannot easily amble the streets of NYC in clothing that makes them look so vulnerable and exposed. Trust me, as nice as it sounds in theory, having men follow you down the street or down the subway while mesmerized by your legs isn't enjoyable as it might seem.

Blogger objetpetit said ... (6:37 PM) :

I could love this girl. If you are reading this, go out on a date with me?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:46 PM) :

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:55 PM) :

Adorable.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:15 PM) :

I get the gossip girl reference, her face looks just like Chucks.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:46 PM) :

Nice legs but did she know she forgot her pants/skirt?

Blogger Sharon said ... (5:30 PM) :

this is great

Blogger dellasposia said ... (6:08 PM) :

She stole my shoes!!
Love the outfit though - very sweet - I think high collar detail works well in balancing the bareness of the legs.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:19 PM) :

right, officially raiding my friends wardrobe.
(he actually dresses like chuck bass on a day to day basis)
i lovelovelove the background too, is it like an art studio or something?

Anonymous lepetitsmudge said ... (7:36 PM) :

bowtie? i didn't even notice. i just can't stop looking at her gorgeous legs.

Blogger D said ... (8:12 PM) :

innocently sexy

the peacoat makes the legs look even more naked.

Anonymous Lora said ... (1:06 PM) :

EXACTLY !! I DO agree ! she looks like Chuck Bass haha

Anonymous sophietagel said ... (2:18 PM) :

J'aime bien les chaussures, associées au caban, c'est parfait !!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:25 PM) :

it looks very chic, but it looks like she's not wearing anything on her legs.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:50 PM) :

She IS adorable, but during a recent London trip I found this mini-skirt craze a bit of a drag, especially if you wish to be polite and not stare, say as when the wind blows, or when one bends over...

There is a Calvino story about this in Palomar. To stare, not to stare, stare...

Blogger Richard said ... (11:21 PM) :

She is one of the cutest girls I have ever seen. I actually like the bow tie as well.

Blogger id said ... (4:29 AM) :

She's got gorgeous style!!

Blogger Unknown said ... (3:55 PM) :

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:42 AM) :

I'm impressed by her daringsness. It would be impossible wearing her outfit in the streets of Germany. Pretty nice style. Not too much but still enough.

Blogger photolexx said ... (4:13 PM) :

I love the buttons on her jacket

Blogger Patrick Mercier said ... (9:15 PM) :

The bow tie, the purple gloves hidden under her crocodile purse and the cutesiness of her smile simply make her adorable.
I wonder though if she is going to high school?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:50 PM) :

She wear it well. How sweet. Love her purple gloces tucked away behind her clutch.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:13 AM) :

Love it! Women should rock bow ties. There's a designer in Denver that designs some specifically for girls...tyesbytara.com, I think. Love the look.

Blogger The Beauty Mum said ... (1:33 PM) :

Love the female dandy look. And all these comments about the too-short skirt (eyeroll), maybe she's wearing shorts? Anyway, the modest shoes and opaque tights balance it all out for me.

Anonymous SMD said ... (2:02 AM) :

Gorgeous, and love the bow-tie.
