Blogger Kim said ... (8:36 AM) :

I love to see the moms unique style is passed down to her daughter!

Great looks!

Blogger Jorge from W Palm Beach said ... (8:41 AM) :

It feels like there is a story here, I am going to choose to believe that both mother and daughter are vintage buyers, and find precious garments that they keep forever. Great shot- love the mother's lips!!! Jorge from W Palm Beach

Blogger TMFA said ... (8:41 AM) :

wow. great and gorgeous!!

Blogger Diana said ... (8:41 AM) :

The first thing shouting on the photo, that the girl is barefoot.brrrrrrr.
I love not only the clothes on the mother, but also the very beautiful face.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:41 AM) :

beautiful!!!! beautiful daughter!!

Blogger Dan in Richmond said ... (8:48 AM) :

They both look great and I'd guess the daughter had a say in dressing herself. You can see she "goes" with Mom, but with an appropriately younger style.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:52 AM) :

so different styles and yet both so good.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:54 AM) :

Both are great! And the daughter is gorgeous

Blogger Caroline said ... (9:06 AM) :

this is the most beautiful photograph you've ever taken. I actually think I said that before, but this one replaces that one. hahahah

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:13 AM) :

I absolutely love this. Both clean and sophisticated but the girls' has that bit of a punch, I love her flats!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:14 AM) :

What a brilliant accessory...a well dressed daughter. ;) Amazing work, mister. You are on fire right now.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:14 AM) :

SO well done. The mother's outfit is far more mature (can't really see too much detail, because the photograph's contrast is so high), as it should be. The daughter's is youthful, with the colorful shoes, and experimental... as it should be.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:18 AM) :

gorgeous proportions and great attitude! the girl's jacket is magic.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:24 AM) :

my god,they are gourgeous..i love the girl's hair..her sweater/jacket too..

They both look great and age-appropriate. I'd be willing to bet the daughter nicked that jacket off her mom.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:43 AM) :

love everything except the girl's shoes. too bad. her jacket is amazing, anyone know where to get it?

Blogger The Concrete Commentator said ... (9:44 AM) :

hot! love the girls style...playful with the patterned sweater jacket, and I love her shoes. OK, now the the mother! She looks very put together! They both own it very nicely from what I can see in this wonderful shot!

they are beautiful! Love the daughters jacket

Blogger STUDIOPHOTO1 said ... (9:57 AM) :

They are so beautiful and "chic"!

Very nice, human and yet very chic. All these pics make me proud to be Italian.

I wish I'd had style like that at that age, and I hope I look as good as the mom in the future! Brava!

Blogger LAURA A. WARMAN said ... (11:15 AM) :

where is the girls jacket from?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:28 AM) :

Great picture. The mother looks especially elegant-- very minimalist chic.

Blogger LivingGolden said ... (11:30 AM) :

I'd like to have both those jackets and the daughter's bag. Lovely pair. Simple chic.

What a fabulous duo. Beautiful.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:37 AM) :

I wish I could be like this… stylish mother, with beautiful daughter/son! dreaming…

Blogger Kay said ... (11:49 AM) :

I love the daughter's jacket.
This is a great image - I love how it looks a little deeper into a person, as it shows that a person is made of more than just themselves.

Blogger Juley said ... (12:16 PM) :

They are just beautiful.

Blogger Frances Davison said ... (12:24 PM) :

Wow, this is one of my favourite ever photos of yours.

Blogger matilda said ... (12:43 PM) :

If I am not wrong, she's a former model from 80'...Dragana something from ex Yugoslavia...I liked here sooo much!

Blogger Rebecca said ... (12:57 PM) :

Such beautiful women! I love love love the fit of mom's outfit--and the length of those pants! I would be sated if I could create a look this sophisticated just once.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:18 PM) :

i want to see the father!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:49 PM) :

milan is currently so cold that most people don´t even walk barefooted inside.

Blogger Cari said ... (1:50 PM) :

Wow! They are both stunning!

Blogger eli said ... (2:11 PM) :

cute! i love the daughter's outfit!

Blogger Dominica said ... (3:04 PM) :

Love it when mum & daughter go out like that ...are those hello kitty-shoes the girl is wearing ??
My daughter would kill for a pair of those !!!

Blogger SparkleQueen said ... (3:27 PM) :

I love the young girls style, I'm not sure about the shoes, but I guess it is appropriate for her age. Its been said abunch of times already but they're both gorgeous!!

Blogger Alex said ... (3:28 PM) :

Beautiful!!!!

Blogger Peter said ... (3:44 PM) :

Very stylish mother and daughter. Great composition also: the direction of the pipe in the upper left is continued by the length of the two people! Nice!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:52 PM) :

They are both wonderful in their own ways.
As a mother, I appreciate that the daughter is wearing very cool clothes that manage to be age-appropriate, not trashy, and comfortable. This girl looks older because she has a certain sophistication, but I bet she's around 12 or 13, because of her height vs. her mom (accounting for the heels). That age is still just a kid, and this one is dressed appropriately, with style. Bravo to both of them.

Blogger Brigadeiro said ... (4:05 PM) :

Aw, how absolutely gorgeous!

Blogger Stephanie Clayton said ... (4:28 PM) :

They are absolute beauties with great style sense. Simply stunning!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:42 PM) :

one of my favorite shots of yours. by far. could you start shooting more kids?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:52 PM) :

meravigliosa creatura

Blogger Sarah said ... (4:54 PM) :

Beautiful people with style produces beautiful offsprings with style. This picture is the proof.

Very classy.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:01 PM) :

I love the retro 80s "printed knit" feel of the girl's sweater.

Blogger a potential laps of reason said ... (5:07 PM) :

they are dragana capasa and her and ennio's daughter. the mother's clothes tend to be costume national head to toe, though the daughter's couldn't be, no CoSTUME kiddie line..

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:11 PM) :

stunning, it is almost unfair how beautiful these two ladies are.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:16 PM) :

Those cropped little trousers are on top of my must-have list for the coming winter in Sydney.

Blogger Dr. Debonaire said ... (5:39 PM) :

jesus christ, they're gorgeous!

Blogger Joy said ... (5:45 PM) :

They are both so gorgeous, it should be illegal.

Their shoes (both) are fantastic.

Blogger Jack Daniel said ... (6:21 PM) :

These two people are so beautiful. The daughter doesn't outshine her mother, despite the fact she's extremely beautiful. Her mother is the one that really interests me, because of her outfit.

But both look stunning. I wonder how the father looks like?

Blogger thochi said ... (6:52 PM) :

Wow, i fall in love with the mother! What an attitude. With this layered black clothes she looks so elegant, cool, beautiful. And the open legs make her powerful too.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:07 PM) :

To Dan in Richmond;
It has been my experience that by the time your daughter can talk she most definitely has a say in dressing herself.

They are a beautiful family!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:51 PM) :

this duo is unstoppable! so stylish, cool, and collected...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:42 PM) :

FIERCE!

WORK IT OUT MOM!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:13 PM) :

Jeez, think these two are confident enough? Haha, loving it.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:04 AM) :

What a lovely pair! I love the proportions of the clothes. The most authentic thing is the daughter's shoes... in typical teenage fashion, they're the piece left "undone," which gives the photo an arresting feeling – like she was caught playing dress-up. That said, I'd love to see this outfit with a pointy-toed flat...maybe dark burgundy, or even a dark peacock blue – but brighter than the bag she's holding. Or maybe classic black Keds. Keds rock.

Blogger Cassie Jo - Tofuscloset said ... (12:18 AM) :

gorgeous pair!!!

Blogger Edmont Dantes said ... (5:16 AM) :

Why can't all the girls her age dress like that?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:28 AM) :

It's exactly like comptior des cotonnier ads concept.

Blogger Barbara said ... (5:31 AM) :

Definitely superior gene pool here! Lovely pair, age appropriate and stylish. The daughter is wearing her mother's jacket - it's too big which gives her a grunge feel. I do feel that the shoes, while totally in keeping with the girl's age, look slightly tacky....

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:45 AM) :

People like these make me love Italy! So much style and class...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:34 AM) :

Keeping their own shoes, they could swap outfits and still be perfectly dressed. Not to mention true beauties.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:22 AM) :

they look like they're out of a comptoir des cottoniers add.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:17 PM) :

awww. power puff girl shoes? so cute. she is going to grow up to be a beautiful woman.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:10 PM) :

Yes, please photograph more kids/teenagers! There have to be stylish ones out there!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:41 PM) :

rare are the ones who could wear the daughter's outfit and actually pull it off the way she does.

Blogger Maria said ... (5:30 AM) :

This makes me miss Italy...ah.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:58 AM) :

i noticed the mother first.. IMO she is the beauty in this picture.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:33 PM) :

I really appriciate the daughter wearing flats without socks in the winter...I cannot stand wearing socks and the colour is so bright, how lovely!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:31 PM) :

Look Dark is beaultiful!

Blogger SARA RUBIN said ... (10:29 AM) :

I love the daughter's look. It's as if the shoes are a little surprise. They seem to have Blossom from the Powerpuff girls on them which I find hilarious.

Blogger Taylor said ... (1:43 PM) :

i love the daughter's coat

Blogger Mary B. said ... (9:13 AM) :

her mother is an awesome dresser!

Blogger PPP said ... (2:24 PM) :

I can't believe that's mother and daughter! Amazing!

Blogger Shaynuh said ... (8:03 AM) :

Wow what a stylish pair! I love the daughters look more because her look seems more daring. I think anything that deals with combining color with patterns and textures is daring! Wow, I still can't get over the pattern of the poncho sweater and the berry longsleeve I assume, and the blue bag she's toting and those flats, what a HUGE statement like "Yea, it may be below negative but I'll risk it"! lol! =)

Blogger Ashman Mahfudz said ... (10:01 AM) :

Isnt that Elena Koudura?

Blogger Unknown said ... (5:03 PM) :

VERY stylish mother and daughter duo. It's fun to see what the daughter might look like when she grows up: sophisticated and put together.

Blogger Acromatic said ... (1:52 PM) :

This is so stunning. There's something very surreal and yet fitting about the two of them. Their expressions alone tell a story.

Blogger Anastasia said ... (8:16 PM) :

now thats one classy mumma...i love how elegant and sophisticated she looks and how she doesnt compete with her daughter like so many mothers do...

Reminds me of Isabella Rosselli and Ingrid Bergman. Beautiful mother daughter, high class sculpted faces. Beautiful.

Blogger Shauna Lea said ... (6:29 PM) :
