Those leather jeans are just amazing! The hair, the jacket, the shoes: Beautiful look.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:18 AM) :

she's so gorgeous! great shot!

kisses from barcelona!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:18 AM) :

this woman is stunning

Blogger Unknown said ... (10:18 AM) :

Great, great trousers!

And even better colour combination

how do you name that tone of blue?

Blogger Simone Rene said ... (10:19 AM) :

The contrast between the recent New York pics and this pic is so evident..I am a little dizzy, in a good way

Blogger Eric.Granwehr said ... (10:24 AM) :

i really love the color scheme that she is rocking. it matches her complexion somehow. also the fact that she doesn't see to be wearing anything under what looks like a windbreaker is very risky.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:26 AM) :

I love the colors of her outfit; and those pants, oh those pants. She's just oozing with coolness. The hair seems quite effortless. Loved this.

Blogger Dan in Richmond said ... (10:46 AM) :

Terrific shot and terrific pants. I think they'd look great with a dressier top and a less fussy shoe, but then again you could do all kinds of things with them that would look great. I'd call the jacket color teal.

Blogger Laura said ... (11:06 AM) :

She has such a cool look! Almost in the style of the 80s, but in the best way possible.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:12 AM) :

Dig it!! Those trousers are so cool!

Blogger The Comet said ... (11:24 AM) :

This is truly beyond. She is effortlessly impeccable.

Blogger Unknown said ... (11:25 AM) :

oh, i'm in love - the palette, the leather, her hair!

Blogger The Clever Pup said ... (11:27 AM) :

I think this person was a model or a Bond Girl. She looks really familiar

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:28 AM) :

Unadorned beauty--absolute perfection.

Also, I'm awed by the similarities between the pose and composure of this subject and the one directly above. Almost as if they're both waiting/watching for the the same elusive secret to reveal itself. A remarkable juxtaposition, Sart.

Blogger Nur said ... (11:29 AM) :

I just love her hair.Period.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:35 AM) :

Those pants are so fantastic i can't stop staring at them!
They look like they were custom made for her.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:40 AM) :

I recently found your blog and adore your concept. This woman is not only ultra stylish, but she exudes confidence - the best accessory of all.

Blogger diane said ... (11:41 AM) :

The britches are amazing; I haven't wanted anything so bad in a long time.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:41 AM) :

Freshly futuristic.

Blogger Cathy Phillips said ... (11:44 AM) :

She looks absolutely phenomenal in those leather pants! And I love a fall/winter outfit not based in black tones. Gorgeous colors.

Blogger so said ... (11:49 AM) :

the pants are pretty amazing!!
the color is so rich...

her short hair is great too!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:52 AM) :

love these colors, i'd call the jacket a soft sea-sage?

...and those pants!
where can i find a pair similiar to these?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:54 AM) :

"Oozing with coolness" is so on point here. Everything is spot on here and it's easy to say she knows how to play with color and texture. This looks like a blue/green so I'd label it seaweed

Blogger meredith said ... (12:05 PM) :

I think the "hoof" style, very tight trousers spilling over onto pointed heals, was started because of Matthew Barney.
She's awesome, btw.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:10 PM) :

amazing outfit. shoes are hot! however, they look like they hurt like a bi**h! are those pants leather or suede?

Blogger The Concrete Commentator said ... (12:14 PM) :

Nice Job, I love her dark eye liner and eye brows! Love her hair cut too. And those SHOES!! Perfect!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:14 PM) :

Wow she looks ahhmazing, really nice colour scheme, I want those shoes!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:15 PM) :

great choice. I become increasingly curious, how current are these photos? Is it not winter in Paris? this beautiful woman doesn't even seem cold!

Blogger Cecile Johns said ... (12:17 PM) :

all this and no jewelry, she looks ready for war, or tea. this is my inspiration for today.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:20 PM) :

I love her brown leather pants. These leather pants give her an exciting and wonderful look. Great to see!! She is amazing!

Blogger Allen - East Hampton said ... (12:28 PM) :

great shot and i like the idea (or at least, appearance) of a few great elements casually thrown together for some real punch.

Blogger Jack Daniel said ... (12:37 PM) :

what beautiful woman

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:43 PM) :

I love how tiny she is and the lack of jewelry is very sexy...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:05 PM) :

The best word for her is - striking!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:11 PM) :

She's very cool!
It's killing me to look at her though! She's not wearing anything underneath and then the open shoes! It's January for heavens sake! Did she wear a jacket or a coat with this? We've got -5°C in Scotland and I wished I could leave the house without a thick coat and scarf! She doesn't even seem to be cold!

Blogger Lenoxave said ... (1:20 PM) :

She's marvelous. I love her profile and the clean sweep of her hair.

Blogger Camille said ... (1:44 PM) :

Her outfit and attitude is daring and tough; few can wear brown leather.

Blogger TMFA said ... (1:52 PM) :

WOW!! Great great shot again. The woman makes the shot definitely. Paris is just #1

Blogger ashley said ... (2:01 PM) :

the shoes! hot.

Blogger Rebecca Leão said ... (2:03 PM) :

Très chic!

Blogger Kiki said ... (2:03 PM) :

Love the choice of colors here and her hair. A modern Djuna Barnes.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:04 PM) :

i like of this colors together

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:32 PM) :

This portrait and the one above are pure killer sir. The pose, the composition, the colors, that profile, so fantastic. And she reminds me of a very young Brigitte Nielsen (styled by Tom Ford Gucci era).

Thanks for sharing.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:34 PM) :

what a gorgeous, sexy, real WOMAN

Blogger JouJou Loves You said ... (2:45 PM) :

I looooove her profile and hair. Divinely strong.

Blogger Dominica said ... (2:50 PM) :

Her face just looks like a painting...angelic ...

Blogger mockumentary said ... (2:56 PM) :

Oh god she's Brett Ashley!

Blogger Rita said ... (3:19 PM) :

The colors and textures are out of this world. I love it.

Blogger Mónica Lice said ... (3:39 PM) :

Love her pants!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:41 PM) :

This woman looks French to me. The one a few posts down does not. Are they both French? I'm referring to their personal styles, not their features.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:53 PM) :

Just brilliant. I love the gorgeous colours and intriguing textures. She wears it all so easily.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:54 PM) :

this is crushingly beautiful and cool. . . . but i find myself irritated by the silver ornament on the shoes. otherwise, perfection.

Blogger Dr. Debonaire said ... (4:10 PM) :

her pants are amazinggggg especially with those shoes... i loveee her.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:12 PM) :

i wonder if the jacket matches her eyes - I can almost make them out thanks to that liner. The cut of those trousers - wowsers! I love it. Her toes must be frozen, but it sure works!

Blogger Hemaly said ... (4:30 PM) :

She looks gorgeous in this outfit.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:26 PM) :

I Love this look - so gorgeous! It's strong, but still feminine - very rock & roll. It helps that she is stunning as well, though. She carries the look so well.
I also like the absence of embellishment - jewellery, watch etc.
The shoes are to die for! Very Chic!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:29 PM) :

Both of these me of photos I've seen from the Great Depression - stark and real. I don't think there's anything glamourous or fashionable going on here. These don't seem like statements being made, but rather reality being lived.

Blogger wip27 said ... (5:30 PM) :

Oh, I just love the pants!

Blogger J.A.F. said ... (5:39 PM) :

The pants are just amazing...that must be the butteriest of leathers and the treatment of them is genius. Good colors, perfect.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:40 PM) :

When you're this hot, you don't feel the cold.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:46 PM) :

love everything about this!!! esp the hair + the shoesss.

Blogger Inspire the Starling said ... (6:14 PM) :

This woman looks vicious, but troubled at the same time. Her outfit is brilliantly subtle, from the sea green jacket to the creased leather trousers...not even mentioning the pointed, strappy heels poking out underneath.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:32 PM) :

Clever Pup:

You're probably thinking of Talisa Soto (model/Bond girl, married to Benjamin Bratt) --? This is not her but she's just as striking.

Blogger Candace said ... (6:53 PM) :

I think it's kinda cool how the layers in her hair mimic the distress look of the pants (which are fantastic by the way...as is the color of her shirt)

Blogger No said ... (7:13 PM) :

I have the sudden urge to purchaseskinny brown leather pants. Those are awesome in so many ways.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:23 PM) :

I'm in love with it. Everything is perfect. The best part is the uniqueness of what she is wearing- the textures and fabrics are uncommon (leather pants?) as well as the proportions- the pants are long and very nicely crease and bunch up at the bottoms over the shoes. The colors are simple and earthy, the shoes are very cute and make a subtle statement. I love it, trés chic!

Blogger Tesh said ... (7:25 PM) :

Wow, lovely pants, lovely hair, lovely woman!

Blogger Ismail said ... (7:59 PM) :

is it leather or suede? regardless, nice and also the shoes r sexxxy, sexy!!

Blogger Geekgirly said ... (8:05 PM) :

Her hair is amazing! Her outfit is even cooler!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:16 PM) :

wow
super, superbe!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:26 PM) :

Any idea where the trousers are from? They are amazing...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:24 PM) :

This look is fantastic. Does anyone know where to get these trousers? Designer?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:33 PM) :

She's like a Jimmy Garrison solo wandering the street.

Blogger lenmeister said ... (10:03 PM) :

I love her look, laid back and easy while being "chic"! Great eye sart, now that's fashion! Although her look is flawless I reiterate, "gladiator" like sandals would've wrk great with this as well, preferably earth-colored and had her wear a pair of aviator sunshades, ouch! Thats how close she is from a fashion mag shot!

Blogger Unknown said ... (11:20 PM) :

she looks fantastic!

Blogger Starck Mad said ... (11:43 PM) :

This is SO gorgeous, and I think it shows the stylistic 'continental divide' around the world.
If this woman was sitting on a bench in Chicago, the looks that she would garner would fall into the category of 'how odd' or 'she must be in a band' etc etc.
Kudos to cities like Paris, London, Tokyo and New York to a degree, that function as wonderful 'Petrie dishes' of brave, and confident styles.

Not to mention, this is yet another gorgeous photo!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:45 AM) :

the pants are incredible, and i'm so relieved she's not holding a cigarette.

Blogger SparkleQueen said ... (1:09 AM) :

Nice shot, love the wrinkle on her sleeves and those leather pants!?? and the caged sandals...I love it, the whole thing/

Blogger Tina Frey Designs said ... (1:46 AM) :

As with all the Parisian women, she is stunning. A cool, confident, unfussy sense of style. Love it!!

The pants are great!

Blogger Candidly Chris said ... (2:11 AM) :

her outfit is quite intriguing! I love it

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:44 AM) :

The colours are nice, however they make her skin look too orange. I really like her shoes!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:16 AM) :

Now why would she be cold? She looks smokin' hot in them leather pants! LOL!

-AM

Blogger Joy said ... (4:17 AM) :

Those pants. Those shoes. This woman is absolutely gorgeous. Her eyes, her hair--everything about her is so beautiful. PERFECT picture.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:39 AM) :

wonderful style, she's GORGEOUS!
amazing shoes!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:53 AM) :

I'd never have picked this style if someone described it to me, but it is perfect!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:12 AM) :

I can't even stand how fabulous she is - those shoes, those pants! And of course her marvelous hair...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:21 AM) :

Those oxblood leathers are amazing. This woman, wow! I love her hair.

Blogger Charlotte said ... (10:42 AM) :

I don't think we have the color yet. It's not sea sage and it's definitely not teal.

I think I'd call it dusty peacock, or powdered teal. The grey tones are essential and what make it looks so fresh with the red-brown trousers.

Gorgeous.

Blogger SpoonfulofPB said ... (11:17 AM) :

what a beautiful profile. love this shot.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:19 AM) :

Kisses from PORTUGAL!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:49 PM) :

Wasnt she featured in the french vogue two month ago or so?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:51 PM) :

she looks stunning.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:13 PM) :

Very cool and striking. I really love this photograph. And this woman is absolutely gorgeous.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:08 PM) :

Great to see MA-1 bomber jackets are returning!

The texture and colour of this look is just amazing! I love how she combines those brown leather jeans with that jacket!

Sart, could you please try to capture men wearing similar bomber jackets?

Blogger Grace Yim said ... (7:31 PM) :

Only a few woman can pull off those brown leather jeans. They're bold and out there! Her gladiator sandles top this all off. She has this quiet yet strong presence in this photo. The look in her eye and the positioning of her body all give her that. It's beautiful.

Blogger Julien said ... (8:00 PM) :

This is the best picture and model i've seen on this site ever!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:20 PM) :

I love the outfit but the shoes....im not too sure.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:38 PM) :

stunningly fashionable. the colors, texture, every little detail. plus a statuesque face. you can stare at this pictures for a few minutes still absorbing every detail and capturing the full frame. one of my Satorialist favorites so far.

I'M IN LOVE xx

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:36 PM) :

She is Leonor Scherrer. She's the daughter of the fashion designer -Jean Louis Scherrer.

Blogger seawallrunner said ... (11:01 PM) :

She is beautiful, and so detached.

I love the pants - the length that is a titch too long, the straps of her shoes (thank goodness, a closed toe - I'm tired of the current trend of open-toe-everything) and oh the beautiful hair...

But the blouson, I am not too crazy about. Love the colour, but the puffy sleeves give me pause. Just too roomy. Back to a positive note - I wonder what material the jacket is made of. Looks like silk, but likely microsuede?

Finally, even more positive, back to the shoes - what kind of heels did they have? Stack heel? Stiletto (if so, black or silver)?

Lovely haircut, turquoise blouse and shoes

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:43 PM) :

It's an interesting look. The combination of colours is nice. The fabrics, too! She seems dressed for the camera and not for the real life. The shoes make the look eccentric and let it"breathe".This woman seems to have a natural elegance. What I don't like is the partly shaved hair.

Blogger bespoke said ... (6:03 PM) :

She is beautiful. Awesome.
Flawless look: the leather skinny pants is simply marvellous.
The shoes are very elegant: Gucci?
And the sweater is the it piece of the season according to me: loose, light colour, technical material.
I wish a got this touch of nonchalant elegance, the morning when i dress up... this morning was awful: I didn't see any appropriate piece in my so called wardrobe... I should take a look
at the new All Saints shop , frehly open in Paris.

Blogger Lizzytish said ... (5:48 PM) :

What IS the reason for French women looking so chic? Do they spend more on clothes? Surely they're not all born with that sense of style! Please tell me!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:20 PM) :

I am speechless.. at 19 I aspire to look this amazing one day. My hair is a touch shorter than hers and I've been looking high and low for a photo of a woman with a partially buzzed head.

You are very lucky Mr. Schuman to see such gorgeous creatures on the daily.

Beautiful eyes but I believe her nose was done... it looks quite artificial
As for the clother: A!
Great combination of color and style
Shoes:C-!
Unfortunately they don't match, in my laygirl opinion she should wear either boots or flat shoes, nothing open.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:46 AM) :

I love her profile, the hair follows the profile perfectly.
I am not so impressed with the Jacket. With the shoulders the way they sit in the jacket as well as the tell-tale zipper. The Jacket appers to be an old Members-Only jacet from somewhere back in the 1980s from J.C. Penny Dept store.
The Pants are perfect for this woman What a fit! The shoes are reminisentOf a roman sandel. I Just Love the overall color palet in this shot. Perfect blends for stunning color on this woman.

Blogger cool said ... (8:57 AM) :

the colours in this are so rusty, they complement each other very well! i love how her splash of hair is a similar shade to her leather pants (which by the way are amazing! where can i get a pair!)
the shoes are great and add detail to the whole outfit! love it

Blogger Dhppy said ... (4:03 PM) :

I actually don't like a thing she's wearing, but the hair and facial expression are so compellingly cool that I accept the rest. The more I look at your blog, the more I understand what it is to be fashionable: clothes don't make the man, they serve the personality.

Blogger HC said ... (12:37 AM) :
