LOOK at that stunning smile--it's all I can see! I can tell she has a huge, gorgeous, contagious laugh.

Blogger Jack Daniel said ... (5:27 PM) :

I'd choose an other color for the bag.

Other than that...NICE CAPTURE!

Blogger qiwy said ... (5:40 PM) :

..molto bella & molto carina!!!!!

Blogger Yorens said ... (5:46 PM) :

lovely!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:48 PM) :

Chic and effortless :) Bravaaaaa !!!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:53 PM) :

Really nice shoes, skilful choice.
(Company?)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:03 PM) :

She is adorable! That smile is the best. I'm loving the brown, and those shoes so work- funny how that little bit of color in the shoes unifies the entire look.

Blogger fashionfatwa said ... (6:08 PM) :

How lovely she is! And what a halal student bag. Note to designers: we students need trendy and durable bags that can fit and bear the weight of laptops, books, stationary and other miscellaneous handbag trinkets that can live in the darkest corners and pockets of said bag for months at a time because we know that ONE day that YSL nail pen/extra shoelace/untouched academic diary/8 different coloured highlighters will come in handy.

Blogger Michelle said ... (6:17 PM) :

I love her facial expression! That's her best feature!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:22 PM) :

Sart, these last several images, starting with the affable and awesome Carine Roitfeld, are simply inspiring and energizing. All stylish and beautiful individuals, with smiles so infectious-- and not a hint of pretension (or silly pigeon-toe stance!).

Thank you Sir for brightening my dreary day!

Blogger Kristina said ... (6:29 PM) :

Adorable and Chic. who knew?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:29 PM) :

She´s so fresh and has great skin. Love her leather bag, great quality. And those retro shoes look wonderful!

Blogger J said ... (6:48 PM) :

that smile is the best accessory!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:00 PM) :

Everytime I read your blog and see your pics I am inspired again by fashion. I used to live in Paris and loved the way we dressed there. Now i am working a corporate job where my clothing has become more of a uniform in my life, not a pleasure, boring and predictable! Thank you for reminding me of all there is out there, everywhere, in the world.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:00 PM) :

great smile!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:23 PM) :

i love her. she is so beautiful. so simple.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:27 PM) :

Casual Chic! Love the shoes and bag!

Blogger Dan in Richmond said ... (7:29 PM) :

I love that gleeful, unabashed smile! And the naturalness of the shot. The coat, dress and bag (and that's a big bag) look great together, and the shoes and helmet seem to fit not only her outfit but her overall demeanor. Like her jewelry, too. Nice.

Blogger Emily Wilkerson said ... (7:43 PM) :

This is really nice. I love that coat. Plus, she reminds me of a girl I know.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:45 PM) :

fantastic. dress + sneakers is so hard to pull off, and she does it gracefully.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:12 PM) :

Her smile, helmet and shoes tell me she's got a great story! Thanks Sart!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:56 PM) :

where can i get sneakers like those?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:00 PM) :

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:42 PM) :

Love how casual and fashionable this outfit is. Very chic and very Milan. I need to move there.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:52 PM) :

this photo made me smile!

Blogger feliciamesadieu said ... (11:15 PM) :

I really don't like this look.I don't see any "Significance" in the outfit, other than it looks like she may have had on heels but then changed into sneakers to get on the subway. Its natural but careless. I don't like it and I want to know exactly what the photographer thought when the picture was taken???????

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:14 AM) :

Her smile's cute, I'm sure it's contagious. I'm digging these student photos!

Blogger pepastyling said ... (1:24 AM) :

Please anyone those sneakers!! any clue? I need them!!

Blogger Brigadeiro said ... (2:27 AM) :

That smile is so infectious! :)

Blogger Unknown said ... (2:32 AM) :

I agree with all the positive comments; in addition I want to add that I'm jealous of her legs, because at first glance, the shape of them made me think she was wearing heels. Alas no, she just has great legs.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:08 AM) :

Love love love the blue of that dress! And the way she wears it with sneakers....even more feminine somehow.

Blogger Unknown said ... (3:39 AM) :

Nice attitude, absolutely and I love her dress and every item looks cool but, I guess I woudn't go with a brown coat and a brown maxi bag at the same time...Anyway, she looks glorious...such a beauty!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:32 AM) :

where can i get the inner dress?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:38 AM) :

Great shot - love the brown and navy tones, love the scuffed sneakers but most of all I love her joie de vivre.

Blogger Unknown said ... (5:29 AM) :

sart, when are you going to publish a book? just thought of chapters, like one on school kids/college kids or one on pocket squares, or one on that weird 20s era party on governors...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:57 AM) :

Italian girls are so fashion!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:57 AM) :

I wish I could buy that smile... she´s so beautiful and (I have to say it) cute.

And please, tell us about those shoes!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:27 AM) :

Wonderfull, this student really take it to the next level, beeing a student and have outfits that good, wow!

Blogger Simone Rene said ... (7:49 AM) :

I love the naturalness of the picture. The lady is comfortable in her style and her clothes..we should all look so put together with such comfort and ease..sigh

Blogger Jorge from W Palm Beach said ... (7:50 AM) :

Love it. I particularly like the way she plays multiple lines starting with the 2 necklaces, the v-neck of her shirt/dress and the lines of the trench. Although nothing looks expensive, it all looks very comfortable without being frumpy- I would venture perhaps she has worn these pieces many times. I seem to recall Hogan made shoes like these. Again, the worn-in look makes this very soft and attractive. Jorge from W Palm Beach

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:11 AM) :

Gorgeous! She is so full of life, I want to be like her in a few years

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:44 AM) :

she's perfect. style style style w/out looking contrived. and she's happy. i think this is my all time favorite of your posts. not sure why she struck such a cord w/ me. it's something i would wear, down to the rings and bracelets. love it!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:55 AM) :

She's gorgeous! a great example of how to do chic and sophisticated when you're young and having fun. Love love love those sneakers...

Blogger Ivy Lane said ... (9:06 AM) :

Um... I think the photographer was thinking "i must capture this adorable person in a snapshot NOW."

Blogger mette said ... (9:45 AM) :

The mix of d.blue and brown is great. She looks so comfy in her clothes and her great smile proves it.

Blogger The Spicers said ... (10:54 AM) :

her outfit is irrelevent; the expression makes the shot!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:02 PM) :

What a relief to see realistic shoes on a European woman! Maybe I won't feel as self-conscious wearing the shoes I need to wear walking miles on hard, city streets next time I go. Seeing European and Asian women tottering around on heels just to look stylish is demoralizing.

Blogger Missy's Got Fighting Blood said ... (1:08 PM) :

Gosh, I wish I had an outfit like this to wear today!

Blogger Missy's Got Fighting Blood said ... (1:11 PM) :

I want that bag!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:00 PM) :

she looks so happy and comfortable in her own skin (and her own awesome sneakers...).
love this shot sart!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:25 PM) :

This is an example of a person's smile just making the clothes stand out even more.

A very unique photo, well done.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:01 PM) :

i love her style. that ring is to die for. she looks sooo down to earth.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:28 PM) :

I think youcan find shoes like this at Camper most seasons. The big rounded collar on the coat is the same as the trenches Marni did about four or five years ago. LOVE it.

Blogger Lady Lala said ... (3:56 PM) :

perfect shoot!! love the shoes...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:48 PM) :

Quite a nice expression but the look.. so boring..

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:32 PM) :

Simple shoes (the brand) are also great for looks like this. Made out of recycled and organic material they make a statement. They have the cutest boots too. This is my favorite way to dress. Looks effortless.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:03 PM) :

HELPPPP! I need those shoes? any clue??

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:21 PM) :

great shoes

Blogger Mastroianni said ... (6:41 PM) :

Anonymous, she's out of Bocconi, the leading Italian business school: you don't wanna be too "original looking" n there. She's done a good job for the context.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:06 PM) :

Superb! Magnifique! Wonderful and effortless dressing that she carries off so well. I love that she's young and naturally beautiful. And those shoes.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:41 AM) :

Love her. Love this.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:31 AM) :

dear Mastroianni, I am very glad you published that comment because I have already contacted Bocconi official and would like to study in the MAFED program there but haven't been able to talk to 'real Bocconi people', pls share insider tips like the one for this really cute girl whose personna makes the simple outfit out...

She looks so nice!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:45 PM) :

I love the shoes, as an avid cyclist I love to find cute comfortable shoes- I'm a little tired of 5-inch heals, not too practical.

Blogger Unknown said ... (7:50 AM) :

So simple,relaxed and chic!!!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:57 PM) :
