I absolutely love her leather jacket. Her upper half adds aura to her bottoms.

Blogger cami falcão said ... (8:57 AM) :

got go to Moscow do some pants shopping!
i'm loving this.

Blogger catty said ... (9:01 AM) :

well-relaxed style, mais hermes's bag. where is she going?

Blogger andrew said ... (9:09 AM) :

if you told me that some girl was looking amazing in a gray sweat suit and a leather jacket and sneakers i might laugh at you! But wow, this has got to be one of my favorite photos on your blog!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:19 AM) :

this is the first time i've seen a russian looking simple and easy and not over the top and cheesy. good for her.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:19 AM) :

Refreshing!!

Blogger citysalt said ... (9:24 AM) :

interesting. lots of sweatshirt/srub-like outfits matched with winterwear in all the moscow shots you've shown so far... and yet, looks very polished.

Blogger Faye said ... (9:57 AM) :

I think the tan really makes the look.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:10 AM) :

she makes a grey sweatsuit look good! is that a birkin bag? she's a breath of fresh air on this site!

Blogger Jackie said ... (10:19 AM) :

love this! doesn't look anything like a style I would connect to Moscow!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:44 AM) :

on paper this is just not supposed to work. bravo to both of you.

Blogger The Spicers said ... (10:58 AM) :

Sweatpants have never looked so good!

Blogger beths said ... (11:00 AM) :

Agree with Faye at 9:57 am--the golden glow of face and hair make the grey & taupe palette work. Lovely.

Blogger junglesiren said ... (11:10 AM) :

Very gym-chic. Gorgeous girl.

Blogger Unknown said ... (11:27 AM) :

Simple, relaxed, polished - great picture and great outfit, not to mention a pretty face. For once, a Russian who is not wearing tons of gold, fur, and slutty clothing. Thanks, Sart!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:30 AM) :

so chic. great proportion and silhouette, & nice to see a smile!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:45 AM) :

And I thought Moscow was about golden belts, overdone hair and 5 YSL bags at once...
These girls are awesome!

Blogger TMFA said ... (12:03 PM) :

Stunning! I think I have to move to Moscow, until now I love every outfit that you've posted from there.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:07 PM) :

and the drop crotch is on the prowl again. this time it ate up a lovely young thing. not even her fake tan could help her.

no, just kidding. LOVE her, she's got just the right smile.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:28 PM) :

i love the fit of the pants. she looks so cool, so relaxed. but maybe less spray tan???

Blogger Jimena said ... (1:04 PM) :

Although I usually hate trousers like those, she looks superb. The combination of the leather jacket with an outfit that almost looks like work-out clothes is fantastic.

Blogger lifesabatch said ... (1:13 PM) :

Love how relaxed but cool this look is. All these recent photos from Moscow are great! My Russian boyfriend would be proud.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:14 PM) :

This inspires me to take my to/from gym repetoire to a new leve (though clearly with the makeup, this is not a post-gym shot). I love that it makes the viewer wonder about the story of where she's going/been.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:22 PM) :

Hmm, les chaussures et le pantalon sont de toute beauté.

Blogger Red Flashlight said ... (1:27 PM) :

I wish I'd kept all my draped, low-crotch, tight ankle outfits I bought in the 1980s. They were super comfy. She looks very cool, with minimal make-up, relaxed, quite zen.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:30 PM) :

She looks like J.Lo.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:06 PM) :

Sart! I see you love these pants so much)) I haven't seen them on the streets so often. You were lucky these days.
Anyway when I wore these pants in summer everyone looked at me with interest not only in Moscow but even in Europe.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:30 PM) :

I guess when the harem pant became acceptable fashion wear, the trackpant couldn't be far behind...

Blogger Sue Puumala said ... (2:50 PM) :

So beutiful pants! Need to find something like those

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:58 PM) :

Pretty girl, but I feel like I am seeing the emporer's new clothes. I am just not getting it.

Blogger Françoise said ... (3:03 PM) :

i had to comment on this photo. she is amazing in her sweatpants oh my god. did not think i would ever say about sweat pants. only wear sweat pants with a Hermes Birkin (or Chanel 2.55 in the worst case scenario). ;)

Blogger Wanderlusting said ... (3:06 PM) :

There is a lot of things right about this outfit, in my opinion, but overall it doesn't really work.

I love the matching shades of grey (though hate those damn drop crotch pants - think I'm gonna start calling them Moscow pants!).

I also love her bag. And the jacket. But combined with the pants it just says rich housewife doing errands in her sweats. I can't stand look, personally.

I do like her tan though, fake or not - she looks very serene and fresh.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:08 PM) :

omg this is fabulous. so fresh. it's inspiring!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:17 PM) :

Normally, I hate those grey sweatpants.
She looks so good in them though.
Very relaxed yet perfectly stylish!

Blogger John-Bryan Hopkins said ... (3:20 PM) :

How casual can look!

The purse is the finishing touch

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:36 PM) :

she looks very comfortable, like she just threw whatever on and went out the door... but i like the nice relaxed style :)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:39 PM) :

The cool thing is that the blouse does not look like gym gear- it could be a very soft grey cashmere sweater...
I would have to agree -if someone was discribing it I wouldn't imagine it good...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:55 PM) :

omgoodness that is so laid back but beautiful, it's like shes gone jogging but has managed to still look gorgeous, I think it's that lethal leather jacket....

Blogger Lulu LaBonne said ... (4:17 PM) :

You put that stuff on any other woman and it would look terrible

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:34 PM) :

Thanks you Sart! I'm sorry New York, London, Paris, Milan, Stockholm... these Muscovites have really livened things up!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:35 PM) :

Gorgeous as usual. So this morning kanye west did an interview on my local radio station and he said how youve photographed him in Paris before and he talked about much he likes your blog and respects your career :) so I just thought I'd share that!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:51 PM) :

i would never have guessed that birkin + trackie pants = good but apparently it does!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:54 PM) :

God I love this!! Just lovely and relaxed. She looks like she is about to jump into her convertible MG and head to a beach house for the week-end.
Once there, she will open a bottle of great red wine and chat with friends in front of a roaring fire while the sound of the ocean tumbling against the shore, echoes in the background - am I painting a picture here?

Blogger Brigadeiro said ... (5:02 PM) :

Love the nonchalant easy cool look, how she pulls off this gorgeous outfit!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:11 PM) :

This is a gym outfit on a beautiful girl. She needs to wear smaller pants, lose the headband and she'll look polished. Everyone photographed on this blog is not poetry, for gods sake.

Blogger Todd said ... (5:52 PM) :

Nice photograph, attractive woman, awful outfit. I can't believe how many of you are positive about this look... no shape in this whatsoever, just an unflattering baggy crotch. Yuk.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:03 PM) :

100% Moscow Style - sporty chic, Birkin and tan!! L-O-V-E!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:10 PM) :

Bonjour,

I can not agree. The pants are horrible. Nice smile.

Merci, Zoé

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:30 PM) :

COOL and fresh!!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:02 PM) :

Hmm, this outfit has never worked for me, so good for her!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:05 PM) :

love it!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:39 PM) :

interesting. looks very polished.Nice photograph, attractive woman, awful outfit.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:41 PM) :

effortlessly cool

Blogger jessicadrhp said ... (9:54 PM) :

slinky look! very comfortable looking.
I think the headband and tan makes her look a little old?
some lipstick might add some bright colour to the outfit too(:

Blogger Montreal Street Views said ... (10:47 PM) :

Not many could make gym wear look so great!
Very sexy.
Nice pic.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:05 PM) :

Sporty and chic yes but def not gym wear. Pierre Hardy high tops? A Birkin? Perfect attire for mall jogging.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:37 PM) :

I detest the pants - they look like maternity, sans the impending baby belly. We love her look because her face and stance exudes confidence - no matter what she is wearing, the bag she is carrying, or the "tan". Nothing is more magnetic than confidence!

Sart, the pic works on this level and for this lesson!

Blogger rena said ... (12:12 AM) :

sweatpants have never looked so good...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:15 AM) :

Russians seem to love a droopy crotch. Maybe that comes from the "eastern" influence rather than the "western" or European look that we are used to. It's nice to see fashion from a different point of view.

Blogger mette said ... (12:30 AM) :

Great bag and I like the jacket too.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:46 AM) :

wow - sweats with a leather jacket/sneakers and a birkin? i never thought that would look anything but trashy, but this looks surprisingly chic.
i can't help but think that a part of that has to do with your skills behind the camera, though.

Blogger Dominica said ... (1:08 AM) :

lovely style for a relaxing day in the city...love the Birkin (am waiting myself for a similar black swift leather one..) And these are the best 'Hammer' pants I've seen so far...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:23 AM) :

At last : A Birkin !!
The previous girls pictured are not at all typical of Moscow style .
Nor is this girl - except for the Birkin which every self respecting woman in Russia wants/owns at least a few of !!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:41 AM) :

I'm in love...

Blogger Jack Daniel said ... (2:44 AM) :

but she looks swedish

Blogger cat minoki said ... (3:44 AM) :

On the first view I thought the sweatpants were made of woolen fabric, like for suits. That was really inspiring to me, but after taking a closer look, it just might be simple cotton. I am not sure. I think the material makes a big difference!
What makes the whole look attractive i.m.o. is the colour palette and the light given from the location. e.g. the floor reflects the colour of her bag...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:45 AM) :

"step up" style :P

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:30 AM) :

oh Moscow style, lovely girls, chav clothing. It is the finest of moscow chav sweatsuits. At least it's not gold belts and stilettos.

Blogger jkh said ... (5:00 AM) :

scott loves moscow!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:17 AM) :

Sooo chic !

Her mate could be the Chanel guy.
The only question is : how to be able to dress like that and make enough money to evoluate in an environement that allows you to dress that way!
Even if you are working in fashion, you need to show a more " conventional " look, especially for mens.
I am all for that " casual chic ", attitude but I need the lifestyle ( and the money ), to go with it !!
Cheers from Paris

Blogger Bellarmine said ... (5:46 AM) :

Yeeeeeeeeeees, liking her style very much!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:35 AM) :

From the waist up she looks fine but not impressive. I wonder if this picture would have been taken in NYC.

Blogger Olviya said ... (7:28 AM) :

i like her sport outfit, but... not sure hermes bag feats good)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:01 AM) :

She's a beauty. Like many others, I'm amazed that someone can pull this look off. If only we were all so lucky.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:11 AM) :

I love this. GREAT silhouette. I think my favorite part of the oufit is all the different shades of gray. I'm so into her pants. She looks so effortless--and that jacket!!!!!

Blogger  said ... (11:07 AM) :

Waïe !! Lovely assemblage très chère!
Great fût !

Blogger Wilhelm Carñes said ... (11:24 AM) :

From the waist up (including handbag) it's wonderful. Waist down she's not even dressed for the supermarket.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:26 AM) :

Perhaps it's the monochromatic palette, but a long inseam has never looked more appropriate.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:58 AM) :

Another winner! All these girls look healthy, comfy in their skins, sportif, with brains. Original. Bravo!

Blogger Alice Olive said ... (12:08 PM) :

I love this. Casual although obviously this no casually thrown together mix!

Blogger 086431 said ... (12:27 PM) :

since when is a sweatsuit sartorial? how natural is a tan on the cusp of winter in russia?

Blogger Kim Naen said ... (3:15 PM) :

I loooooove it !
One of my favorite photos on your blog!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:13 PM) :

At first, the way she matched grays and browns and the easy slouch of her clothes appealed to me.
But the longer I look, the less I like. Too much spray tan, the pants/V-neck/sneaker combo looks sloppy, and the bag is boring.
She is a lovely woman, though.

Blogger Unknown said ... (8:24 PM) :

really wouldn't matter what she had on she is just beautiful

Blogger Michael Green said ... (8:31 PM) :

I just turned straight.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:40 PM) :

Love the Birkin! $$$$ Btw, i'm wondering where she's been/going.

Oh, Sart.. I'm in love with all of the pics you've taken. They're all such inspirations when I don't know what to wear in the morning before starting my activities.

- love from Bali -

Blogger Squally Reach said ... (12:02 AM) :

Sometimes I see people on your site who are trying too hard. And then here is this pretty woman dressed casually and looking twice as good as them. Love it.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:40 AM) :

i love her outfit. The grey fit great to her skin-colour. I Think we have to take a look to the russian fashion szene!

Blogger Unknown said ... (6:47 AM) :

i love. so casual! yet so fine.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:18 PM) :

Gorgeous girl.. simple look...I didnt know you could get a tan like that in moscow...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:11 PM) :

I would say that the treat is on the v neck sweater (kachemira?!)… Although the look seams very easy... It's not as simple as that, the simple sweatpants (notice the waist line, the fabric movement, it's not a regular trainies), the simple birkin bag… the simple retro sneakers, the simple leather jacket… and the tan that would look out of place, but it doens't, yes it is beautifully built, yes indeed… very builted!

Blogger lisa @ luxe said ... (1:50 PM) :

Love all the girls in Moscow wearing the drop crotch/harem pants, so fab!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:57 PM) :

finishedandalmostnew@blogspot.com

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:06 AM) :

is it birkin bag?or am I wrong?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:02 AM) :

Dear all! It's so strange to read such comments from you. I'm from Moscow, this girl is a usual one in this City! Yes, she really looks nice and cool and so on. But it's normal for Moscow to wear such clothes! There are lots of girls in looots of gold pretty-pretties and only in D&G but it's not already so common here. We love casual style with a bit of chic. And when a girl is realy stylish, she has natural make up, casual and nice clothes. That's it :)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:03 AM) :

I don't know how, but she made sweats look sexy and chic.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:26 AM) :

perfect!

Blogger Unknown said ... (12:18 PM) :

I should go to cinema with her' to see new Mr.Bond story! She's definitely my style)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:23 AM) :

have to say that the V neck and the head band combination is a good one. The leather jacket popped in this outfit
