It´s so colorful, love the shoes!

Loves Ray Ban Clubmaster!!

Kiss

Blogger Streetyle said ... (9:27 AM) :

this is the first time I say "WOW", the color is really cool!

Blogger luis_andres said ... (9:30 AM) :

i love all in that woman. but isnt fair...she is obviously a model

Blogger stacy said ... (9:34 AM) :

kicking old school with the club masters.

and if you're going to be kicking - best be doing so in brilliant yellow pumps.

right on!

Blogger daydream said ... (9:50 AM) :

Does shoes are perfetc. The color. Delicios.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:53 AM) :

beautiful colors. obvious nose job.

Blogger Deb Oh said ... (10:03 AM) :

the yellow heels are perfection, as is the stormy backdrop

Blogger Evan E. Roberts said ... (10:09 AM) :

@ luis_andres: How can you tell she's a model?

Green is my favorite color and I love this shade against that water in the background.

Blogger Jorge from W Palm Beach said ... (10:09 AM) :

I like the simplicity of the outfit, and no accessories at all! at least as far as we can see. The clutch holding bare essentials, and that's it! The colors of the dress and the shoes are harmoniously discordant! The fashion equivalent of agreeing to disagree? Brilliant! Jorge from W Palm Beach

Blogger Jay_ said ... (10:11 AM) :

She's beautiful. Very nice picture.

Blogger Carolina Lange said ... (10:14 AM) :

Love her shoes! Great shot!

Blogger .CAMI. said ... (10:23 AM) :

amazing shoes

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:24 AM) :

she's the sun in a gloomy day

Blogger TEXTSTYLES said ... (10:34 AM) :

if you're in Rio who's going to wear black? honestly!

sister's got it all right

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:47 AM) :

There is something about the light in Rio that makes all these colours pop, especially against the blue-grey of the sea and sky. Must be very satisfying to photograph. Bright yellow and mint green wouldn't look so good in London, that's for sure.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:56 AM) :

This is a great photo, she so looks natural. The shoes, the dress, the sunglasses and the purse is all so great with each other.

Is it the same place as the pictures: "On the Street...Just Before the Storm, Rio" and "On the Street...Rio Is All About the Hair, Rio"?

Blogger m said ... (10:58 AM) :

Gorgeous. Is she a model?

Blogger Terry said ... (11:00 AM) :

YSL pumps? Ftw!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:10 AM) :

Great dress. Great shoes. But she doesn't look like she owns this look. There is hidden tension and hesitation in her shoulders and face.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:25 AM) :

Love it Love it Love it.

I hope this is what we can look forward too this Spring!

Bold color and classic yet modern living.

love the glasses.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:38 AM) :

Amazing colours. Everything flows effortlessly, but with character. And a great (looks like wood or bamboo) purse.
*Cue Duran Duran*

Blogger rosemary said ... (11:42 AM) :

oh, i love her!

Blogger Federica - Bullets and butterflies said ... (11:46 AM) :

really lovely outfit!!!

turquoise with yellow is (L)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:49 AM) :

The shoes are verging too much on the lap dancerish side otherwise its a great shot. I love the moody sky juxtaposed with the pretty colours. Spot on!

Blogger Dominica said ... (12:18 PM) :

turquoise is such a great colour for summer - the shoes really 'make' the outfit !!
Love 'em !!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:20 PM) :

This is why I love this site. I just bought a pair of yellow heels and never would have thought to pair it with that aqua color. Inspiration!

Blogger TMFA said ... (12:34 PM) :

Love the colours. So Brasilian :)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:36 PM) :

No, she's not a model!!

She is a comum brazilian woman. A beautiful girl, of course, but a working gal, like most of us.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:48 PM) :

Love the shoes. The picture is beautiful!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:01 PM) :

Simply perfect. The color, the wind blown hair, the water behind. Beautiful shot.

Blogger jkh said ... (1:34 PM) :

oh wow. ...those hands.

Blogger The Comet said ... (1:55 PM) :

Beautiful.. there's something of Lolita in her, maybe it's the glasses.

Blogger bi-style said ... (2:09 PM) :

colored outfit! Great dress and fantastic shoes

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:10 PM) :

Um..she is NOT Brazilian.

That is BIRDIE BELL, non?

Blogger måsh måsh said ... (3:02 PM) :

i want to be on vacation and look hot wearing barely-there dresses

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:15 PM) :

The colors are creative...but it would look more romantic/effective without the mustard heels...but I guess this is more fun.

Blogger Brigadeiro said ... (3:38 PM) :

The yellow tributes looks amazing contrasted with her aqua blue dress, love the backdrop too. Beautiful picture!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:41 PM) :

the sky looks so menacing and yet she epitomizes sunny summer days. and it works! although must say i am not a fan of the shades (nor was i the first time they were around)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:45 PM) :

boring. and i think the shoes are wayyyy too much for a little cotton sundress.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:47 PM) :

she looks like socialite Byrdie Bell.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:01 PM) :

Takes a certain amount of swagger to pull of those shades

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:10 PM) :

Beautiful girl, beautiful setting. I usually like juxtaposed colors, but these look cheap, like anything you could find in a Chadwick's catalog. I guess pastels, done without elegance, just aren't my thing.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:37 PM) :

I like her choice of purse, more than the shoes. It's the purse + dress that look great together.

Sart, thanks for *not* having any flip-flop wearers in your pictures! There's too much of that ugliness here in San Francisco, USA.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:40 PM) :

love those shoes
and the dress
she looks great

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:22 PM) :

It wasn't til I looked at the big version and saw the wooden handbag and the 1930's-esque sunglasses that is all came together for me. I love it when I'm surprised by attention to detail.

Blogger shawn said ... (6:51 PM) :

Love the composition of this shot, the color of the shoes with the dress, grey wall...all perfect!

Blogger Unknown said ... (6:57 PM) :

god, just beautiful.

Blogger Holly Brindley said ... (7:04 PM) :

i adore those shoes..

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:45 PM) :

She IS Byrdie Bell...
She came to the event....SHE IS NOT BRASILIAN !
but she's still beautiful and really well dressed for the ocasion.

Blogger Jason said ... (8:01 PM) :

I am new to your blog, but I absolutely love it. I just wanted to comment finally because I love seeing what's going on in the real world. My main love is shoes, so I think the yellow is fabulous!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:35 PM) :

love the yellow ysl's

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:35 PM) :

love the yellow ysl's

Blogger Dan in Richmond said ... (9:33 PM) :

I agree with Jorge about the colors- as a famous gardener once said of two flowers, "They clash well together".

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:01 PM) :

i love the way she managed to match green and yellow so beautifully. i'm not sure if she isn't a model or sth like that though and i think this bag is totally spoiling her look
by the way, she doesn't fit in the brazilian girl's stereotype - my opinion

Blogger AlixRose said ... (11:39 PM) :

Its so eye catching, the colors are so vibrant. I long for this ...stuck in the Seattle rain.

i love Seattle I love Seattle (repeat)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:46 PM) :

love her clutch! her dress! her sandals and her sun glasses! ....LOL

Blogger Bedlam said ... (2:33 AM) :

love the shoes, there is something about this wall that has your attention, she has that MONA smile

Blogger Michelle said ... (2:43 AM) :

Those shoes are wonderful, but I agree that it is unfair how beautiful she is--obviously a model.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:26 AM) :

It´s so colorful, love the shoes!

Blogger Cassaundra said ... (3:37 AM) :

I'm not very impressed with this look.....

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:45 PM) :

Her yellow YSLs are cathing my eyes and I just can't do anyting about it.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:26 PM) :

She's spectacular! The colors are leave me awestruck. Fashion inspiration indeed. :] Lovely photo, Sart.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:57 PM) :

This is one of my favorites! Extremely beautiful photograph, and the colors look amazing.

Blogger *** said ... (8:48 PM) :

LOVE those YSL sandals!!

Green adn Yellow, just like brazilian's flag colors ;)

Blogger Unknown said ... (9:23 PM) :

For Brazilians, wearing green and yellow together is a bit weird , because these are the colours or the national flag.
I'm not mad about her clothes.
And I do hate her nose - looks so artificial.

Blogger Sue | Saras | Sohf Travels said ... (12:26 AM) :

Look @ that yellow heels!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:08 AM) :

im in love with your pictures.
the colors in this one makes me so happy. what camera setting do you use? becoming a sartorialist will be my dream from now on:D

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:04 AM) :

i would say this is blue... i never could make a difference with this shade..

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:45 PM) :

I love the YSL heels...great color!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:51 PM) :

I love the position of her hands and her right calf!!

and the clutch... but only in context with the rest of the outfit

Blogger Orange said ... (8:55 PM) :

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:30 AM) :

I like the outfit and composition of the photo;-)Nice!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:38 AM) :

I think the yellow YSL's make the dress "pop"...without them, its just a nice turqoise dress.

Love the shoes!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:25 AM) :

Pretty sure that's Byrdie Bell.

LOVE the YSL tribute shoes, and everything just works.

Here's another picture of her from that same day.
