great shot - especially the tousled umbrellas.

amazing image

Blogger Bellarmine said ... (6:07 PM) :

Love her style. Simple and edgy. The shoes are great!

Blogger junglesiren said ... (6:18 PM) :

She looks fantastic. A woman with her own unique beauty. She wears it all just right. Paired down. Nothing extraneous. And the shoes keep it all feminine (though on another outfit they might bring a masculine edge).

I dig the umbrellas, the wall, her expression, her hair. It's all working.

Blogger Nina (Femme Rationale) said ... (6:31 PM) :

kate!...she never disappoints.

I love the drape of the black against the ivory.

Brilliantly shot! Did you place the umbrellas yourself, or just get lucky with the storm?

The white background is perfect, too.

What's so hot about this outfit is that it's so achievable - you could spend €50 or €1500 and get this look

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:33 AM) :

She looks like Mary Poppins of the 21st century, having landed on the street in the front of the Banks family house, wondering where the kids are who summoned her. (They are all watching TV and playing video games.)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:41 PM) :

It's just after Chelsea - Bordeaux ? :D

Blogger Sage said ... (11:12 PM) :

I can't help myself, but I am admiring the overall photograph more than I am her outfit. You are good, you are real good.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:10 AM) :

THE SHOES!!!

Anonymous Kara said ... (1:05 AM) :

There's something so chic and nonchalant about the way she has dressed herself that it makes me jealous. Even though the outfit has some androgynous undertones, it hugs her body in a feminine way. I love this whole outfit..down to her bright red toe nail polish.
