Comments on "On the Street...Redhead, Paris"
simplemente red
now he can be my friend anytime :)
i love how the shape of his tshirt neck echoes the size/shape of his head.
ahh, the ultimate accessory.
A very beautiful man...
he's beautiful
errr...is he wearing an undershirt?
I don't understand why so many people are against redheads but this guy's hair is AMAZING!! His coif is so full and has just the right amount of curl.. x
500 years ago, someone would have insisted on painting him. It's a classic Renaissance male face with magnificent manes.
he has such a beautiful face and a wonderful head of hair!
is it david brunier?
that hair would be the perfect accessory to any outfit.
Wow. Mesmerising.
i am screaming at all of august 2nd's. oh this is why sometimes pictures don't need words xxxx)
wow!!!
he is hot!
he's beautiful
Too beautiful to put in words...
I've long wished that I could pull off red hair, but with my skin tone I'd just look ridiculous.
I can only imagine how tenderly soft and sweet smelling it is.
so beautiful... i love him.
I love it!! More red headed women...? Please?
That's it. I'm coming back as a red head.
Sartorial excellence indeed... a dude in an undershirt.
pretty Hedi stuff. :)
Woww best head of red I've seen in a while. French men always seem to have perfect tousled locks. I love it.
Portrait of a Young Man - Beautiful.
He's beautiful!
Pure Awesome! Is he a model?
And could you post more of him? ! would love to see him from a different angle.
an instant classic. my fave so far
Wow, what a beautiful young man.
Why Dorian Grey came to my mind now? He's perfect
I'd kill to have hair like that!
must be a model
ginger
I hate to use an internet cliche but...omg stunning. He's spectacular.
Carved out of--what? But meant for the ages.
Many ages.
His youth is perfectly captured here. He'll never be this young again.
Be THIS again.
the texture and color of his hair along with his classic oval face would be a delight to paint....i just may...thank you for the inspiration, as always.
yes Renaissance, completely.
this shot is beautiful! It looks like a painting :)
Perfection. So gorgeous, yet simple and classic.
What a godly head of hair.
I am admittedly jealous.
...angelic...
Love the intense stare. And the white tee plays up the lush red hair. Ah! youth!!!
Son of Tilda Swinton, perhaps?
David Brunier !!
what the, haha nice to see you here, wish to see you soon class mate!
Nizar.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
If only we could buy hairstyles (regardless of our hair-typology) to match out style.
Where did you find the fellow? I'm quite envious of how you're constantly surrounded by eye-catching people on the streets.
He reminds me one of the main characters of the french movie "Water drops on burning rocks", directed by Francois Ozon. Great movie by the way!
beautiful shot of a gorgeous model, nothing fashionable going on though *shrug*
thats some serious red.
that is the fullest, most gorgeous head of hair I have ever seen on a male person. I kid you not.
amazing. his hair probably counts as an accessory, haha.
He looks like a young prince from a fairy tale!
My I love redheads. Parisian?
my redheaded friend and he would make the most beatific babies together....
Very androgynous! that's is what makes him so attractive (i think)
a dancer I would bet.
It's not always about the clothes.
Thank you.
You have no idea how much it means to have a picture of a redhead guy get so many positive remarks.
Redhead for life!
a beautiful face...angelic almost!
I HEART REDHEADS!!!!
a redhead like this just broke my heart. Such beautiful hair, so easy to love.
the first redhead i actually like. well okay, maybe the 2nd. or 8th.
great, great portrait. plus i love how french men style their hair. j'adore!
Botticelli
he's german :-)
I used to have red curly hair that went all the way to my hips.
- I thought it looked to special, but I really miss it now.
Red is harder to pull of as a man, but he looks beautiful and fragile and so intense
cute
who is him?
i think i am fall in love
this picture is over sensitive!
Fragile, slightly angry...deep faraway look!
David Brunier is a model, not a dancer. His eyes are actually blue, hard to tell from this photo.
Sart: How do you use natural light to such great effect?! It must require a lot of trust from your subjects.
Insatiable...you can't buy colour like his!
It is interesting how many people used the word BEUTIFUL. yes, that is what he is, handsome is not the right word for this kind of beauty.
adoring.
oooooh he NEEDS to be a model. wow.
Ask and ye shall receive, etc.

David Brunier
Taille: 1 m 82 - Pointure: 42
Height: 5.9 ½ - Shoes: 8.5
Cheveux: roux - Yeux: bleus
Hair: red - Eyes: blue
Red hair is the best accessory. If only we all could be so blessed.
he stole my hair :)
what a wonderful hair..
i'm having dirty thoughts about this one.
Goodness gracious, is he gorgeous.
Rojo... Red... Rouge... Love the hair style, defenetly.
What a striking man...this shot of him is brilliant :)
He is gorgeous. Wow
Unbelievable. He looks like he should be in a Renaissance painting. Red has always been my favourite hair colour on men. Auburn will do also, of course. :)
Ratatouille?? I think so. http://pegpeg.files.wordpress.com/2007/09/ratatouille-foto1.jpg
Like a less silly version of the character in Ratatouille?
he's the guy version of the "those dancing days" singer. he's face is so artistic.
he's like tilda swinton
and james franco's
love child.
hot.
Although I don't have such beautiful red hair, I have the same texture of hair, and it is difficult to get a cut such as this that doesn't frame my face and make me look too...cherubic. also, his look would be so different if he had pronounced facial hair.
love
um...hello, Dorian Gray!
looks like the guy from Ratouille.
Amazing portrait, Sart.
I have red hair (I'm a girl) and it's nice to see a red-headed guy working his hair without shame.
Why so serious?
We could have gorgeous french red-headed babies, me and him ;)
Wow. That is an incredibly arresting picture. A serious work of art.
Joel Meyrowitz would very much love this photograph, as he did a body of work on Red Heads. Great portrait.

Daywalker.
What a beautiful young man. He belongs as a statue in Greece.
Flâneuse watched the boy from the painting. The boy was solemnly assessing his coiffure, a mane unparalleled in Flâneuse’s interested observation. The boy from the painting darted his hands in, around, and out of the flames atop his crown, in a sudden movement that spoke of necessary restraint in taking his hair from unruly to half-tamed. Such hair must be treated as the finest pastry, the moment between perfection and destruction could rest in a fleeting pat. The boy from the painting rested his hands, and glanced at Flâneuse in the glass. Flâneuse rose slowly from the frame and brushed her own tail of flames around the boy’s ankle as they finished his toilet for the day.
He could be Tilda Swinton's son! Gorgeous!
what a pretty boy
ohmygod. his so hot
can't find the words..
This is a beautiful photograph!
a tad too Bram Stroker's Dracula
there are no words.
Thank you very much for this shot. Is perfect.
i wonder if he knows hes a god? this boy is so cute, so casual, and yet something sophisticated comes across in his eyes. i wonder if he is trying to look serious/sad or if that is his true personality. either way he should rejoice in his good fortune to be born a man, in europe, with such amazing features. im sure he could get whatever man or woman he wants :)
OH YES!
I wish i had vibrant red hair, white skin, and freckles. He is wonderful ^.^
I think it's pretty disingenuous to say "on the street" when you are taking a picture of a model, especially a picture where it's not about the outfit they out together, but their pure beauty. When I see "on the street" I don't expect to see professionals at looking good, but the unknowns. I think it would be more fair if you would label when you are choosing someone from the fashion industry to feature and when you are truly photographing someone "on the street."
what a beautiful young man!!! there needs to be more positive images of redheads so.......fantastic!!!!!!!!!
Very interesting character, i like it....
i'm breathless
mdesiree
i did shoot this guy "on the street" in the same manner i shoot everyone - his background in a dirty delivery truck.
whether it is clothes, hair, posture I will shoot whatever inspires me.
as fey and arresting as can be... :)
WOW! This looks like a painting.
i wish someone would do this to my hair! lucky guy...
oof. this beauty hurts!
Definitely a dancer...looks like he's wearing ballet getup.
i can't tell if it's a guy or a girl
he totally looks like the guy from ratatouille!!
This is just so beautiful. Sometimes your pictures feel as if they are movie stills, just waiting for someone to press play so we can keep following the story line.
i love it. his facial expression shows calmness yet he has almost a silent power to him.. and his red hair its amazing. i wish i had hair like him.
the boy is gorgeous. Interesting. I love red head guys.
Dorian Gray.
Oh, it's a crimson tide, and my fingers are ready to set sail.
Stunning!
i love this picture, and while i agree with the masses that he is incredibly good-looking, i think it is a testament to your photographic eye that you chose to shoot him. i have a feeling that if i saw him on the street in the marais, he wouldn't look as distinct or stunning.
also, he looks a bit like the male version of gemma ward: fifteen and slightly alien-like.
reminds me of Michelangelo's "David"
envoutant.
I surfed here a couple days ago, and now had to come back just to see him. He's like all of worlds chocolate cake combined in one. I'd give him a home any day.
He should be a model
what a beautiful redhead
Without doubt one of the most beautiful if not the most beautiful person ever to be photographed by you. There are no words for this creature.
i have to go to paris
just 1500 km :D
he's amazing.
18 September 1905,Stockholm, Sweden
silence is golden
tell ray who it is
He looks like my cousin but with different hair. eeek!
He looks just like one of my two brothers...
(damm, I have straight hair)
I thought this was a woman, but either way, I really like *his* hair...red hair is such a rare color (seriously, i don't even know 1 natural redhead) so it looks so exotic and beautiful when i see it.--sidra.
He has such an interesting face, he should be a model.
does anyone know his name? he's definitely a model. was in the yoji yamamoto spring09 show i think. the most perfect looking person!
he looks like the painting on the cover of "The Picture of Dorian Grey" by Oscar Wilde. he's got that vain, almost evil, look to his pretty face.
Wow He is beautiful.
this is David Brunier. he's beautiful but I think he needs to gain some weight. he looks a little too adolescent...I love the red hair though!
:O
He's beautiful
