This is cool and the jacket makes it much more sophisticated.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:11 PM) :

he (i think?) has a very cool look.
cool tshirt, cool jacket, cool accessories. very androgynous too.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:19 PM) :

adrogyne face

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:29 PM) :

TRES CHIC

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:48 PM) :

So Proud of your Gap photos. I have a copy of the Vanity Fair with Carla Bruni. Now Gucci is advertising on your blog. You're my idol. Since it's so hard to run into you on 5th ave in nyc, maybe I will one day see you in Paris. I am packing everything into one suitcase and moving there. And I don't know French (smile).

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:17 PM) :

The necklace is overdone.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:18 PM) :

Don’t want to offend.. but i really can't see if is it a "She" or "he".. Anyone can help?
By the way, I like the outfit for a She, definitely not for a he.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:21 PM) :

I think its a woman. But that there is a confusion about it makes it even more interesting. Great outfit.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:15 PM) :

where is that lip shirt from! i need it

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:47 PM) :

She looks pretty clearly female to me. I don't understand the confusion.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:11 PM) :

Anna W.'s pose (almost... the hands are not quite there *L*) mixed with Agyness clothes... hahahahaha amusing

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:32 PM) :

he? she? who cares?! she looks effortlessly chic.

Blogger aviewaskew said ... (10:13 PM) :

need..not want...need that fierce red lipped creation.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:10 PM) :

bad ass chic

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:26 AM) :

Where's the he here? Clearly a she, and very lovely too.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:41 AM) :

the lip tee is by vivienne westwood

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:00 AM) :

It is a "He". And he is proud of his androgynous looks. And I think he should be.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:22 AM) :

this looks like karen mok...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:46 PM) :

Hmm. I should have an opinion on this, being a fan of androgyny, but I'm not quite sure. The jacket is lovely, though.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:16 PM) :

yeah it's obviously a girl lol the arms the skirt crossed legs

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:56 PM) :

the attitude those clothes are wore with is... stunning. + love the bracelets!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:32 PM) :

omfg the whole look is fucking fab! I love it!!!!

Blogger Miguel said ... (6:02 PM) :

I love every detail... every accesory and every aspect of this photo! Great.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:29 PM) :

what model are his ray bans please?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:20 PM) :

Inner child is active. Scab on knee.

Blogger miss sophie said ... (7:23 PM) :

love! chic and provocative in a quietly confident way.

Blogger thwany said ... (8:22 PM) :

Blogger LRB said ... (9:12 PM) :

Androgynous Chic. I love her.

Blogger Cassaundra said ... (9:55 PM) :

sexy. that t-shirt is incredible!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:57 PM) :

is this not karen mok?

Blogger Blog Member said ... (2:04 AM) :

sowwy to inform you that it's a he.
look at his neck + you'll see a tiny glint of his adam's apple.
great look, nevertheless, that's why they called it unisex for moi, cos it works regardless of the sex.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:23 AM) :

I have that t shirt, £5.00 from Zara!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:13 AM) :

The shirt is from Zara. Saw it in Singapore.

Blogger alexandra said ... (4:15 AM) :

i know! i love the scab on the knee. it really adds character, in my opinion.

Blogger Unknown said ... (11:12 AM) :

That's a man, if you enlarge the photo you can see stubble. An androgynous look like that with the above the knee shorts and close t-shirt is popular with alot of kids in the music scene in beijing during the summer... I don't know if that's a japanese thing or not, or where he's from though.

I think it looks really cool.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:21 PM) :

"i want to eat you up" ahahaha
what attitude, what a great tshirt.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:18 PM) :

the ray-bans are wayfarers, obviously. they're worn in about every other picture on thesartorialist.
love the westwood tee. and it's so obviously a she, the slender arms, skirt, and crossed legs. she just has her hair back.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:05 PM) :

That may be the most FANTASTIC t-shirt I have ever seen! I want to know this woman! I love the Rocky Horror lips! I would have never thought they could look this chic and polished! This woman is simply a genius!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:08 PM) :

After reading the rest of the comments, I am perplexed. I first glance I thought this was a woman wearing a skirt but I can see how one could think it is a man wearing shorts. The cheeks and lip area is quite masculine. The wayfarers only confuse matters! I am 80% sure this is a woman though! Regardless, he/she looks fabulous!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:17 PM) :

She's a she. she's actually a pretty famous model too, walked for all the biggest designers. Han Jin is her name.

Blogger GianTokyo said ... (12:17 AM) :

hey, he is a Jap guy, quite sure. I'm italian living and working in Tokyo and you can see these kind of guys walking in the street every single day!!! btw Sart... Tokyo is waiting for you.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:20 AM) :

What makes this look interesting is that the wearer of these clothes is a man. And he is clearly a man.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:29 AM) :

Small fuzz on upper lip: a man to me...but the confusion is part of the appeal. Interesting look.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:34 PM) :

HIS name is kang wei hu. hes a stylist or editor or something for some magazine i think

Blogger Jamie Chiu said ... (11:58 PM) :

He is my "girl", the current senior fashion editor of GQ Taiwan/China. He's always fabulous...

Blogger Jerry Glue said ... (5:51 AM) :

Looks very interesting.
Nice!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:03 PM) :

So then it is a man. The fuzz on the upper lip is undeniable and his facial skin is masculine. What a dainty, delicate boy! His seated posture is perfection! So Anna-esque! And the outfit is stunning!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:16 PM) :

so this is a guy? thought it was karen mok

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:32 PM) :

would someone please make up their mind on who this is??? i don't give a rats ass if it's a guy or a gal, but seriously this person has many identities. yow!

Blogger lisa @ luxe said ... (9:08 PM) :

Love everything about this photo, the clothes, glasses and especially the fab jewelry!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:26 AM) :

I just saw another street shot of her on a Chinese fashion website...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:31 AM) :

ooh i was at that show! i dont know how they are wearing that jacket as it was about 1000 degrees in there =]

Blogger Amir Olavi said ... (4:38 PM) :

they're beautiful, love this rocky-horror-picture-show reminecent t-shirt

Blogger Bobble Bee said ... (2:42 AM) :

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:13 PM) :

Both classic and surprising all at once. Bravo!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:00 AM) :

A steely exterior, with a little bit of excitement wanting to escape.

Blogger MsMei said ... (10:48 PM) :

I'm pretty sure this is a man.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:21 PM) :

she looks fierce. the simple upscale rocker look is so timeless and chic.
