That color is fantastic on her.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:22 PM) :

i love this! adorable.

Pretty. Very feminine and sweet without being too coy or fussy. Love the pink flowers in the background matching the dress.

love the pattern

Blogger Unknown said ... (12:39 PM) :

definitely. effortless and beautiful. the flowers in the background compliment the dress beautifully too.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:39 PM) :

Pink is my favourite colour what a lovely dress

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:50 PM) :

Here's a photo where it really pays to look at the enlarged image - the details on the neckline and armholes of the dress, the beautiful details of the fabric, such an adorable dress!

The young woman seems the essence of spring in that dress - so fresh!

Blogger Me said ... (2:00 PM) :

I really like the color under the pink pattern...it combines perfectly with the sandals and the bracelet...also is really nice the sun shinning on it!

About the details on the neckline and armholes of the dress...just great!

It will be nice to the same pattern in yellow with white...

Blogger Asi Mod said ... (2:57 PM) :

Love that dress!! Perfect for summer.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:48 PM) :

First I was mesmerized by the sheen on the pattern--it looks like pink on silver, almost, in spots--and then I realized that the back was a totally different pattern in the same colorway! That's a cunning detail.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:31 PM) :

Heartbreakingly beautiful. So glad to see so much style in India.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:31 PM) :

wow, this is a nice one!
first time visit to your site, and i like it...allready the fact that there is a clear red line, that you make very clear choices, quality of the images...nice!
gonna browse it some more!

Blogger The Spicers said ... (6:13 PM) :

So pretty! Love the prim dress combined with the slightly messy hair.

Blogger Rose said ... (8:24 PM) :

She is darling :)
Her look, mood & and outfit are captured with beauty and personality... Great work!

Blogger Unknown said ... (9:59 PM) :

Is the pattern on the front different from on the back?

Very pretty.

I find the absence of a big ole handbag as an accent piece refreshing. The matte bangle bracelet, the slight high heels, plus whatever it is she has in her right hand are all the extras we have here and that works.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:09 PM) :

i'm surprised nobody's quoted diana vreeland yet - "pink is the navy blue of india". THAT'S the pink she was talking about! :-)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:46 PM) :

I'm glad you went to India. The colors! It's always fun and refreshing to get a glimpse of the style of other cultures.

Blogger Cassaundra said ... (1:24 AM) :

i've really fell in love with every picture you've taken in new delhi. they're all so refreshing and beautiful.

Blogger Unknown said ... (1:35 AM) :

Love it!

Blogger Kanani said ... (1:58 AM) :

I was just thinking about the Diana Vreeland quote! She's right, of course. This is very modern, looks great. Oh. I just love India. You went at the perfect time of year!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:06 AM) :

that is the most absolutely cuuuuutest dress!!!
i want it i want it i want it sooo badly!
its so happy and beautiful and pretty..a dress for a summer's afternoon amongst the roses, eating watermelon and drinking cold drinks on some guilded furniture :D

Blogger Kits said ... (3:12 AM) :

Lovely dress and her look is perfect

Blogger Jacq said ... (6:33 AM) :

Lovely dress, and great shoes as well. I would LOVE to live in a warm climate, where these bright colours look so summery and fantastic.

Blogger Blaise said ... (6:46 AM) :

I love the length of her dress.. just a little above the knee.. perfect for her petite frame :)

I also love how the shoes, though still sexy, is underplayed so that the focal point of her look is in the dress..

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:14 AM) :

The pink young lady could be in Paris, NY, whatever and the young man (Lengths and Layers) could be in NYC, New Delhi, anywhere. What you realize so WELL is that we have this common essence and it's all about changing places.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:20 AM) :

I Love her!!!!

Can i get her number plz ???

Thanks

Damien

Blogger LindaLiten said ... (8:54 AM) :

Pink is the navy blue of India. Beautiful image.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:10 AM) :

was it Diana Vreeland who said "pink is the navy blue of India?". It is so appropriate for the picture!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:53 PM) :

pretty curls!

Blogger jst+crs said ... (6:25 PM) :

She is my absolute fav' pic' from India. Great lines, bold colors (great pattern, too), simple and clean-- very feminine. Sohiny may be more physically striking, but this woman's outfit is more memorable. Lovely...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:05 PM) :

cute in pink!

PRETTY PETITE in PINK

Blogger la femme said ... (12:18 AM) :

Wow, I didn't see any women bearing their legs in New Delhi.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:28 AM) :

As a non-Indian, I would never walk around India, even New Delhi, with my shoulders showing and a skirt of that length.

Blogger FredIsDead said ... (4:04 PM) :

That is one beautiful person – inside and out. I am so proud to know her. The pink dress is only incidental.
