I tend to do the same. In fact, when we're walking back home from work, me and my coworker play The Sartorialist Game all the time.
Only in Buenos Aires you don't see people so well dressed.

wow. it's a bit disconcerting to see. where normally on this site people stand against a solem and empty background, largely devoid of action... this man has been captured against quite the opposite. am pleased to see this image. also, to see someone captured in a setting other than a city in a major fashion capital. style can be found anywhere, eh?
