Mr. Mystery...
Though Mr. Outerwear's coat is snazzy in conception, its sleeves appear to be too long(ditto his trousers).
Nice palette, though.
I always wanted to look like this when I got older. Like an evil Time Lord from Dr. Who. nice.

I like the outfit but the glasses have got to go.
He's a mystery in many ways. What's the deal with the resigned to get my picture taken look; all he needed was Sart's favorite cig to complete the scene.
The coat and the scarf are cool. I don't really get the pants.
The funny thing about the glasses are this: if he were in the midwest, those glasses would be a little too Dale Earnhart. In Italy, though, cool...
I completely disagree with william, I think the glasses and the moustache MAKE that outfit.
Nice coat, cool overall look. But the shoes seem to be too big for him.
I love the coat, but the pants are way too baggy. The shoes are a little sloppy looking, as well. They need a good polish. I do, however, love the scarf with the coat. The sunglasses, though, maybe a little sleezy..
