These are Dutch Girls, the one on the right is Xavièra, she is the fashion director of ElleGIRL in the Netherlands!

they both work for ellegirl (I guess in the netherlands) and whenever I see pics of the two of them from fashion week they are always arm-in-arm wearing something crazy laughing like schoolgirls...
