Guess I should speak for myself but this won't get many hearts beating much faster...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:15 AM) :

oh i'm liking the cardi, but a little too feminin for my taste. btw scott, the new add is fucking up the pictures on my mac. hasn't been a problem before, thought you wanted to know

Blogger mila said ... (5:17 AM) :

The way he looks, the fabric of the sweater... He has an adorable Charles Dickens aurea...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:18 AM) :

I'm all for cardigans on guys, but I think the trick is to have one in a light material, cashmere for instance, and layer with it, instead of it looking too much like it is something your granny wears or knitted for you, as is the case with our youngster here.

Blogger dnqcnn said ... (5:34 AM) :

skinny jeans
skinny guys
love it
and the expression too

Blogger londondog said ... (6:15 AM) :

Adrian Brody's long lost twin?

The cardie works for him but you need to be a soulful eyed, rake thin artisto type to carry it off.

Love the moody melancholy of the photo.

Blogger ad said ... (7:10 AM) :

sorry, no personality...it looks boring

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:12 AM) :

That cardigan looks amazing.
He has a casual yet arty look about him and the way he has his hands in his pockets is very delicate.. just so.

Blogger Alice Olive said ... (8:17 AM) :

I'm not noticing what he is wearing as his face is so beautiful and striking. Love his hair as well.

Blogger MARIA H said ... (8:33 AM) :

now, this is Parisian Grunge, but grunge nonetheless.

I'd say there is a myriad of examples in the streets of Paris.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:46 AM) :

Wearing gran's sweater knocks this down a touch.

mltt

Blogger X said ... (8:48 AM) :

loving the sweater!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:12 AM) :

nice!

Blogger Sonia Levesque said ... (9:39 AM) :

With the big eyes, fragile yet forceful look, the long hair... If I was to make an adaptation of the 70's show "Albator" (Captain Warlock for English folks); he'd be my first choice!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:01 AM) :

I'm not trying to be disrespectful, but is that a man or woman?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:40 AM) :

A for effort, but F for stealing his grandmother's sweater without her permission. Just, no.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:47 AM) :

His poor granny must be shivering without her cardie.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:51 AM) :

Is this a man or a woman?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:55 AM) :

OMG he's gorgeous! I love his watch =)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:56 AM) :

yikes.

Blogger Adam Osgood said ... (11:17 AM) :

Gorgeous sweater. I love the soft feminism of the whole look. (The bauble bracelet is a great accessory as well)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:23 PM) :

Would this be considered a cardigan or a jacket

and where can I get one?

-- desertwind

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:31 PM) :

Wow. He's beautiful. And I wish I could borrow that sweater!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:37 PM) :

the bracelet adds to it alot, love his whole look.

Blogger Cerré said ... (1:00 PM) :

I want this over-sized cardigan. Perfect for the fall

Blogger marie said ... (1:04 PM) :

I'm stumped--is this person a man or a woman?

Blogger Laguna Beach Fogey said ... (1:05 PM) :

Interesting photo, Scott. Nice cardigan. Or is it a cardigan jacket? It reminds me of the oversized sweaters that frumpy, ageing hippies like to wear in Hampstead, Berkeley, or New England. It's photos such as this one that remind me why I greatly prefer classic English and Italian style over quirky French and American fashions.

Blogger Unknown said ... (1:17 PM) :

ah, petit! why so sad??

everything drags down down down. . .

Blogger Directorial said ... (2:00 PM) :

Very sad eyes. Androgynous and woeful. Looks like a lot of pain there.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:08 PM) :

the person is a man dressed as a woman.

Blogger Style Salvage Steve said ... (3:21 PM) :

wow he is very Brody-esque but better looking. Are people questioning this chaps sex because of his hair or his cardigan. it is quite ridiculous. There is a place for both thin cardigans and thick cardigans in a man's wardrobe, especially if the man either has youth on his side or experience. It is great autumn styling!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:22 PM) :

Very androgenous. He does look like Adrian Brody but such a sad face!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:54 PM) :

Whimsy and sadness duel... to a draw. Nicely done.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:26 PM) :

He's said because this sensitive soul sees the world for what it is. Qui fait la vaiselle ce soir, mon petit?

Blogger Unknown said ... (7:33 PM) :

The "I hate my dad" look is back, I see

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:58 AM) :

If only his hair weren't such a state, he would be perfect.

Blogger Anastasia said ... (7:09 AM) :

Nanna chic...he looks good!
beautiful cheekbones!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:45 AM) :

Very Patti Smith...circa 2007.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:50 AM) :

Negative on grandma's cardigan.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:59 PM) :

I love his feminine style! And the fact that he's gorgeous makes it even better....

Blogger cool said ... (3:15 PM) :

oh hey conor! haha

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:34 PM) :

Christ almighty this is perfect! Absoluetly everything about this is perfect, the entity of the clothes, the shades, the casual but highyl dramatic feel..... I'm stunned.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:21 PM) :

ehh I like the outfit a lot, but the hair + bracelet makes him trop femme for my comfort. Bedhead hair and a metal watch and this would be my look

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:40 PM) :

like her lips! what a look! drama...

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:31 PM) :

morgan luka

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:05 AM) :

He looks abit like adrian brody

Blogger Jayce said ... (11:57 AM) :

moral of this story: wear just about anything with confidence and someone is bound to appreciate it.

Blogger Mo said ... (1:35 PM) :

Lovely face, he holds himself so well. The plan was good, but fell apart becasuse the cardigan is just too bright and chunky.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:39 PM) :

Beautiful face. Cool shades. Love the watch/bracelet combo. That ratty sweater is bleh. Imagine everything but that pilly old cardigan and it gets much better.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:35 AM) :

this guy is gorgeous. i am in love with him.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:39 AM) :

Wow ... Some of the haters here really need to get out of their suburban exsistence & actually visit N.Y / London / Paris etc.. & see that baggy jeans & a t-shirt doesn't quite cut it in these enviroments ...

This guy looks great. I think many ppl here just don't get it - as usual.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:32 AM) :

Were Bright Eyes playing a concert in Paris? Throw this boy in the washer and dryer (shrink up that wretched sweater) and then we'll talk. Maybe.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:10 PM) :

just perfect! but its the depressed scandinavian look more than the parisian, isnt it?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:20 PM) :

Cardigan -

Dries Van Noten - Fall/Winter 05/06

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:49 AM) :

Amongst the worst looks I've seen on this wonderful website.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:46 AM) :

so delicate...love him!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:56 PM) :

Love cardigans on guys! As long as they are a bit oversize - the cardigans I mean. With skinny jeans... mmm yummy....

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:47 PM) :

If I looked at the way he wears his hair, the clothes he has under, the sunglasses he casually hangs on his black t or shirt under... I would least expect him to throw on that cardigan.

The only thing that signals the cardigan could possibly be the bracelet stringing large black spheres.

Interesting personality and style.

dior homme model..

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:56 AM) :

I'm sorry, but what's wrong with wearing 'grandma's sweater'? OK, lets say that this actually were a sweater his grandma knitted. I personally think there is nothing cooler than being proud to wear it. Its a very personal form of expression. Can a garment get any more special and personal than if it were made by someone you love?
So lets say this were a designer sweater, regardless, I still say the same thing. This guy doesn't care that some of the rest of you are too hung up to get it. That's your problem. He's rocking this thing.

Blogger Jared said ... (12:24 AM) :

Yea Morgan is pretty chic at times. He did styling at YSL previously.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:49 PM) :

Ha Morgan, I think you look great... but have sen u better. prefer u with glasses...
