LOve it! I had an outfit very similar to this one I wore a lot as a teenager. Classic!

Personally, I hate shorts, they just don't work in a city....you always woory about what you are sitting on. (Men's shorts are longer, so you don't have to deal with that icky-ness)But this looks vrery nice, and I love how long the shoes make her legs look. Well done!

Blogger Carolina Lange said ... (6:08 PM) :

I love her look! Shorts are perfect for a hot day in NY!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:12 PM) :

Stunning. Love the classic beauty wearing something with such confidence.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:13 PM) :

is that elizabeth von guttman? she did pr for manray in new york when it was around...i was her intern :)she still looks great

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:41 PM) :

What bag is she wearing, yeah i know hard to tell...

Blogger Alice Olive said ... (6:41 PM) :

Simply chic.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:10 PM) :

Super cute! I am working out in order to use shorts like this ;)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:22 PM) :

Ralph Lauren WISHES his ads could look like this. I want everything in this picture...including her legs.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:15 PM) :

When I wear shorts, they definitely don't look this good!
The proportions are perfect and the look is very 'citified'!

Blogger Landis said ... (9:48 PM) :

ok, i don't say this often,
but i'm in love.

and i'm gay.

and she just make my heart beat faster. . .

Blogger Kathleen Dames said ... (10:13 PM) :

I'm NOT a fan of rompers, but she looks great. Her legs look fantastic, and I like the choice of shoe.

Blogger Jenna said ... (10:41 PM) :

I like this look. Its sort of a streamlined version of the coveralls on the woman earlier this week. I like that the shoes and bag kind of match each other and contrast nicely with the jumpsuit. The sunglasses look cool- I wish she was wearing them in the pic.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:05 PM) :

This is a simple yet sexy outfit, made so by her legs that go forever.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:17 PM) :

Although she is pretty, slim and has nice legs,I hate what she is wearing.Black can be a harsh color and this is an example how harsh it can be.The shorts are too short-wish she had chosen a longer skirt. The shoes being a neutral color give the effect that she has no shoes at all.The white bag tops my disapproval.

Blogger benson said ... (2:24 AM) :

I suppose if I gave up my left arm to look like her...the outfit just wouldn't be the same. She's gorgeous...great!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:26 AM) :

Wish it was indian summer over in Stockholm....

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:48 AM) :

Maaaaaaaan, beautiful legs, perfect look, casual LANVIN metalic flats - what a gorgeous picture!!

Blogger Carol Diehl said ... (6:59 AM) :

Gorgeous...most likely well thought out but looks effortless.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:40 AM) :

summer doen't end until 9/22.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:43 AM) :

WOW!!!

Sart, is she single? I want to marry her. This is one of these pictures that transcend look and style giving you a peek at someone inner personna: she is smart, sexy, classy, independent...

Sart, this is truly one of your best shots at so many levels. This confirm what I always thought of you: you have a hell of an eye...

Now can you hook a brother up???

Blogger Cardigans and Couture said ... (11:23 AM) :

Usually I cannot be sold on the one piece romper (similar to Kathleen's comment), but she pulls it off with such style and grace that I can't help but think she looks chic. It doesn't hurt that she's gorgeous either...she proably would look fabulous in a garbage bag.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:40 AM) :

gorgeous. i wanna look as hot as her! anybody knows where the jumpsuit is bought?

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (12:02 PM) :

She is gorgeous. I love the way the color of her shoes serves to elongate and further emphasize her already long legs. I wish the ladies in LA dressed like this!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:08 PM) :

I love her almost invisable shoes - they are great!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:40 PM) :

Simple and Chic!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:21 PM) :

I love it!! she looks adorable. I've been wanting to get a jumper like hers for a while now, but can't seem to find a nice affordable one. She looks great in hers!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:21 PM) :

Effortless.

Blogger Scott_LAurbanite said ... (10:29 PM) :

oh the metropolitan jumper, chic

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:15 AM) :

lovely in black. looks like something i would wear. and look at those legs....

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:00 AM) :

Overall great capture! Beauty who pulls off the outfit very well!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:26 PM) :

Striking, classic...totally pulled together! She is also oozing sex appeal with a hint of looking tawdry...bravo, blondie! You pulled this off in high style.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:04 PM) :

i agree with bopsy & kathleen-- i've doubted the romper because it is hard to pull off (for example, i cite jessica simpson in a terry striped romper, maria menounous and brooke hogan in satin-y onesies)

she looks amazing and i'm inspired!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:45 PM) :

She's very attractive, but I don't approve of shorts in the city. I'd like us all to go back to the days when there were day dresses, cocktail dresses, dinner dresses, evening gowns, ball gowns, country suits, etc., and shorts were for the beach and the tennis court (maybe, if you are very daring). :)

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:50 PM) :

tres chic!

Blogger pig_93 said ... (3:54 AM) :

She does this very well. She's a little skinny, but thats okay. Her shoes make the outfit because they aren't trying too hard.

Nice shot.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:36 AM) :

even though its a very dangerous habit,(agressive melanoma anyone?) i think the best accessory this woman has is her suntan....
perfect

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:53 PM) :

can't take my eyes off her!!!
